. It was so unorganized! They kept all the passagers waiting while they do there meeting, they said they would open checked in by around 4pm but instead they took another 20mins to check people in, on top of the that they kept as changing lines like 5times! The check in in new york was very horrible! The people at the check in counter acted like they were immagration! Asking for our birthcertiface and old passport, it was the first time i ever encountered checkin who acted like immigration officers! They made it so painful! We were already waiting for almost 5hours! Horrible service! I would never fly Singapore airline again after this experience! Won’t recommend it to anybody!

The checkin staff at Delhi Airport was very rude. Instead of solving the problem they started shouting. Also there was no one to pick helpline of Singapore Airlines. Must avoid Singapore Airlines if you have another options.

In-flight entertainment system: Persistent intermittent loss of sound while listening to movie or TV program. Food: Tried to use "Book the Cook" feature touted by Singapore's website. Was unable to get on site for that purpose. The last try a message appeared (late September) that site was being "rebuilt." On the flight, there was no menu of choices; we were offered 3 vaguely worded choices which boiled down to beef, chicken or vegetables. Those appeared in not particularly appetizing forms and combinations--P.S., we like east and southeast Asian cooking and had just spent 3 weeks in Japan. Failure to provide information about possible delays due to WRG deplaning location at LAX: Although we are frequent fliers to and from LAX, we'd never heard of the WRG. It would have been helpful if the crew had informed us upon arrival that there could possibly be a wait on the plane as buses were used to transport us approximately 1/2 mile to TBIT. Generally: We chose Singapore because of its reputation for excellence. Belying the name of the class, both Turkish AL and Air NZ treated Premium Economy passengers as "junior" business class. Singapore treated us as coach with a roomier cabin and seating pitch."

I travel a lot, I usually fly Qantas and they are very good at providing seats closer to the front. I will be reluctant to fly Singapore Airlines again due to the fact that they were not accommodating at all."

i booked vegetarian hindu meal for my flights from delhi to hong kong, and hong kong to los angeles. on first flight, they said that they do no have my meal information. thank fuilly some veg meals were still left and i could eat. However, on second flight they game me hindu non vegetarian meal, and I ate shrimp without knowing. pathetic.

Pier Business class lounge breathtaking, with several large rooms with different food options, served to you - the fresh made noodles a must - and a staffed, well stocked bar. Absolutely gorgeous space."

I paid extra for a more leg room seat however, my seat didn’t recline. It was a full flight so I was cramped up for the whole 3 hours. Also they delayed the flight by an hour just to locate a couple of passengers, unload and reload their bags. There were mothers with babies and I found that unfair to have delayed a flight for some careless passengers.

Would like it if my seat could recline.

Flight delayed twice, first in Auckland, then in Melbourne! To top it off my bags went missing. Been on the phone with 5 different people/ departments, still no luck. Never flying Qantas again!

Departed and arrived late, breakfast meal missed as fridge broke.

I ask for a change of flight from Los Angeles to Sydney and I payed $34 but when I arrive in the airport I was checked in the flight from Los Angeles to Melbourne which was de original flight I booked.

Cons: "ruin my seat arrangement for no reason! We were traveling as a family of 7 (2 grandparents from each side, my husband, my 4 year son and myself). We paid $30 per person per seat so that we could sit together and watch out for each other because some of the grandparents are in their 80's. However, when we checked in, we found out all our seats were re-arranged and in the worst possible way! Our 4 year old child was assigned in middle seat no where near my husband or myself. In addition, the family was divided in half, separated by the service station. I had switched seat so I can sit with my son but my husband had to sit at the other side of the service station to take care of the other half of the family because they do not speak English. I was left to attend to my 4 year old son by myself, which was hard to do. what bothers me the most is that there seem to be no obvious reason for them to re-arranged seats in such a devastating manner - it was not a full flight at all. I saw quite a few empty seats in the back. We spoke to the woman who was the head of the stewardess about the problem upon boarding, she said she would try to see what she could do, but she never got back to us at all. The seats were horrible seats for a few reason. First, there were a lot of traffic and noise from crew and other passengers because they were next to the Service station. Second, we were always the last one to receive food service because of the location. This is a problem when you have 4 year old and 80 years old who were diabetics."

Cons: "Our international flight was delayed by over 2 hours. When we called to rebook our connection flight from Brisbane to Cairns, the agent on the phone told us they were unable to help us. The online website also did not allow us to rebook. When we got to Brisbane, the only flight remaining for us was a flight 2hours later with connection. Also, the phone jack was so poor that half of the time you couldn’t hear the movie."

Afraid of missing my flight, I didn't doze even though I had been awake for 20 hours at this point. Once I got on the plane, the seats were so small in economy my hips were pressed against the arm rests and I am not a large person. The man next to me was pressing through over to my side. We both had difficulty opening the tray for meals because they were in the arm rests (not that it mattered, we were never served good). The controls for the entertainment and lights were in the arm rests as well and there was no way to see them because your thighs were pressed against them. The screen for my entertainment was crooked and flickered. The charging port did not work for my cell phone. The earphone jack had to be wiggled and wiggled and then I had to hold my leg perfectly still not to bump it. I eventually gave up trying to use the entertainment screen. I preordered my meal online, but waiting for dinner, already exhausted, I dozed off. I didn't get dinner and no one came around the rest of the trip and offered any refreshments. No water, no snack, nothing. As a matter of fact, I'm not sure I saw a crew member for the rest of the flight."

It would be much more logical, if from the beginning the connecting flight to JFK was postponed to some more appropriate time."

Checkin at KLIA a breeze. MH Regional Lounge ex KUL a fantastic pit stop for those on the go and shuttle flights conveniently departing from the MTB at KLIA, making the journey extremely efficient. Ground handling team proactive in handling passengers with need of assistance. Coordinated well with aircraft team ahead of main boarding party. Seated at 7F and saw the care and attention paid by luggage loading team - even attending to a piece of luggage that appeared damaged before loading it onboard. Crew are naturally kind and personable - and flight deck announcements professionally made with clarity. Flight handling smooth, perfect touchdown in SIN.
