Cons: "selected our (3 in a group) seats 24 hours before. but in Doha, the ground crew named Mohammed changed our seats . usually in usa you need to ask if you could do that. but that guy printed the new boarding passes and then said we change your seats. i told him that was rude and not courteous to passenger. he had no answer."

Cons: "When flying from New Zealand to Doha, we departed Auckland at 15h25 and due to the time zone, most passengers body clocks would have been expecting sleep within a few hours. However we were flying West and thus into daylight. Sadly the window seated passengers were not asked to close their window blinds to block out the sunlight and many were left open. This made the cabin very bright and a difficult environment in which to sleep. Too much advertising before the on board videos, but otherwise content was good."

One guy barely opened his mouth and talked by pointing fingers. So rude! The food portion size is an absolute joke! Never have I seen such a skinny sized meal. It was insane. I’m a lean guy and even I wasn’t full! The quality of the food in the second service was awful. My rice wasn’t cooked all the way & the bread was clearly stale."

I was in front of the bulkhead so there was no other place to store my items except the overhead bin and the flight attendant took the space in my bin for some baby items she thought she might need for another passenger. I had to store my personal items away from my seat."

Flight left Denpasar on time and arrived in Auckland some 30 mins early, which was nice. Enjoyed a late dinner - the mie goreng ayam was particularly tasty!"
Cons: "In the past on overnight flights Emirates I have received a pyjama set in the Business Class, which made it very comfortable to sleep. But this time this was not given, so I had to sleep in my day-wear, which was a bit uncomformtable."

Pros: "The departure and return flight time, for the price I paid, I felt like I was in more than an economy flight. The meal, the baggage quota, the entertainment. The time flew because by the time the movie had finished, we were starting to descend. I will always look for this flight with Emirates. There is no other flight in comparison, in what you get for your Buck. I believe that other Airlines, ie., Qantas, Virgin Aust, both give you a flight and service, for nearly the same fare but you only get 7kg luggage, no meal just the basic entitlement, tea/coffe/water with a biscuit or something like that and NO ENTERTAINMENT, NO COMPARISON!!!!"

There was one announcement made 10minutes after boarding was suppose to commence to say the boarding will be delayed. No details as to why, approximate time."

Felt my rights violated, I HATE to dispatch luggage... and in the end there was space left on the airplane luggage storage areas. Not nice"

Long flight from Boston to Zurich was so hard to bear. I understand making money...but this is ridiculous!!"

Pros: "I bought 2 tikets from Chicago to oscow and back for me and for my son. I live in USA, son lived in Russia but he received immigration visa and I had plan fly to USA with him. From Chicago I used my ticket and say SWISS staff what my son will have trip only from Moscow. I paid for 2 tickets around $1700. Today when we should have trip back to USA, SWISS company said what ticket for my son do not exsist. And I spent for new ticket 220000 rubles about $3600. Nobody in SWISS company do not said me what my tocket for son canceled. I am shoked !!!"

Maybe the working conditions have changed; they seemed harried and annoyed (in coach, at least). And I don't think they had to stand in line for an _hour_ to check in (thanks, LAX)."

The line of more than 10 people formed in the aisle trying to go to the lavatories, and the flight attendants would not move even after repeated requests by a parent who had a two year old needing to go. The lavatories were vacant at the time. Why can't they clear out and let people pass through. Never seen this type unaccommodating behavior."

For such a long flight, it would be great to have power outlets to charge devices while flying. Flight was also kept very cold. Not very good entertainment options."

Cons: "The agent at the check-in had no clue what he was doing. He had to ask his neighboring agents a dozen questions to check us in (4 passengers, 3 bags and 2 car seats). On top of that, his whole demeanor was condescending, treating us as if we had never flown an airplane before. We are big are traveling light, so we had 2 small suitcases, small enough that we never have to check them in for the US domestic flights. I asked the check-in agent if the small ones were needed to be checked in or if they could be taken as carry-ons. He made a big deal that they were too big and had to be checked in. But when we boarded the plane, we saw that about a quarter of the carry-on bags in the plane were as big as our small suitcases! We were in row 30+. The leg room was the narrowest I have had in all international flights I flew in. Having longer than average legs, it was pure torture for the duration of the overnight flight. The best part of the dinner they served was the croissant - that should give you an idea. I don't think I would voluntarily choose Swiss Air again."

Pros: "That was extremely nice of the company that we had that little package with toothpaste, toothbrush, pillow, slippers etc. Very happy about that."
Cons: "I wish I could have access to wifi on the plane, to tell my family how I was doing."

Cons: "Late leaving. Waited an hour in Joburg before we could deplane. Cramped seat (normal on most airlines)."

Cons: "They pack biz seats in 7 across. Most airlines go with 6 across. Lack of space and they charge the same as other airlines. Low value for the money charged. Much better value using if you use any other airline."

Cons: "It was an excelent flight. The cabin crew was very nice and the servise was excellent. The food was very delicious and it was Turkish food. The flight wasn't boring and we even didn't notice how time passed and we landed in Istanbul. We didn't need to wait for our luggage. Thank you very much."

Pros: "The seats are not as luxurious as the international. They do not recline that much and are not pods. No surprise as that is similar to the US. But it was only a 3 hour flight so was fine. Food was same as first trip, solid.. Staff was very friendly."
Cons: "Flight was delayed 2.5 hours. They did not communicate at all the reason. Takeoff was supposed to be 8.30pm, didn’t take off until 11pm. Sat on the tarmac for over an hour and the crew or pilot did not say a word. The beverage service again was lacking compared to other international business class flights I’ve taken."

Pros: "On board entertainment ststem has lots of options to choose from on all accounts. Food selection was good, served hot with large selection of drinks. Overall much better than US airlines that cross Atlantic."
Cons: "More comfortable seats for long haul flights is a must have. Comfort+ Offered a money’s worth alternative to business or first class. Boarding is done away from terminal building which required busess for transportation back and forth. Prefer skybridge instead."

Cons: "The flight was almost full. I was assigned an aile seat at row 37. My seat did not recline- because there is a wall behind it - howevera the window seat had a small recline. The seat in front of me when reclined left an unusually small space in front of my face. I was very uncomfortable. I'm a small person weighs 145 lb. this was my fourth flight with Turkish Airlines and was the worst. My wife next to me in the middle seat was fortunate that the passenger in front of her did not recline her seat."

Cons: "We passed through 5 layers of security and still had a security threat on the airplane. After re-searching everyones bags and seats we finally departed 2.5 hours late. If there is a threat take everyone OFF the airplane. Nobody wanted to be there for the search. Pull us off and bring the dogs on"

Cons: "Stuck in Istanbul airport for three days because of snow. The way the airline handled it was APPALLING. Second night stood in line for a hotel for over four hours only to find out at 3am that there weren't any more. And none of that captures the insanity of being sent to a transfer desk with no way out except buying a Turkish visa and going through immigration. Inexcusable. I have traveled to over 40 countries in the past 30+ years and this was beyond the pale, absolutely a nightmare, and almost all of it (excepting the actual snow delay) in the airline's control. NEVER FLY THIS AIRLINE THROUGH ISTANBUL."
Pros: "I got a little bit sick on plane and the crew was super helpful and supportive."
Cons: "Tbilisi-Barcelona flight was okay but 5 days earlier I took the same flight from Barcelona to Tbilisi where they changed my flight time and nobody let me know!! I didn't receive any information about it and so I had to spend 6 hours at the Barcelona airport!"

Cons: "*Boarding is usually a bit disorganized with people always trying to switch seats. *If you are flying from Germany to Turkey, get on early. The overhead luggage compartments fill up fast. *This is more of a cultural thing: but it is annoying that passengers routinely get up and start grabbing their bags before the aircraft has even retracted the speed brakes upon landing..."
