And passport recognization in sydney troubled a lot us for re checking and identification of our faces to passport ...it was irritating as if we r some wrong we did ..passport photo was without usage or somehow it was like dat not clear picture of us... Maybe due to moist it was like dat...no one was listening to us and made us to wait for long time ."

Pros: "We flew Air Canada’s Economy Plus from Vancouver to Sydney and Air New Zealand’s Economy Plus from Auckland back to Vancouver. NZ’s Economy Plus product is far and above AC’s. Everything from the welcome, to the meal, to the level of service is great. I really felt that NZ treated the Econ Plus cabin as distinct from Economy (including having 2 dedicated washrooms), whereas on AC it felt like we were merely Economy with better seats. I compare NZ and AC because we were so genuinely impressed with what we purchased. We would definitely book NZ Econ Plus again, and the January seat sale is a great time to do so!"

Pros: "The business class on Air New Zealand is the space and comfort level all airlines should have in all classes of seating. I could comfortably fly to Europe from California in business class on this airline."

Pros: "I had read quite a bit of negatively but although I have had better service and more comfort it was better than I had herd it would be. The in seat entertainment system was better than any I had experienced."
Cons: "For the most part the crew was very nice. But the attendant we had lacked some professionalism and seemed very tired. We didn't always get what we asked for as well with no explanation why."
Pros: "The plane was not full and luckily i was put into an Economy Couch row, so i got to lay down and get a great sleep. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The food was lovely."

Cons: "flight was seriously delayed, poor communication from staff & NZ Air app to travelers re reason for & how long delay would actually be. Shortly after we finally boarded I got a text saying our connecting flight from Christchurch to Dunedin was cancelled. So, we were flown to Christchurch & given hotel accommodations for the night, only to be flown BACK the next day to Wellington to catch a flight to Dunedin. All in all quite infuriating."
