Seemed to me that too much space on plane dedicated to the premium 'cabins' for the uber rich, but they were interesting to look at."

The size limits on carry-on bags and personal items was smaller than other airlines, unnecessarily so for the latter given the size of the space under the seat in front. United is inconveniencing customers without any justification."

Cons: "There was a rude passenger that yelled at me as I was exciting the flight suggesting that I cut her off as we were getting off the plane thinking that I took her bag. It was outrageous and completely ruined the flight for me. I realize this has nothing to do with the flight but it just made me feel so crumby and attached that I felt the need to share it. Also the leg room was a joke. We barely had any room to move. I probably won't fly coach on united again due to the bad taste it left in my mouth. Unfortunate because it's hub is in chicago."

Plane was delayed five different times and delayed for both flights. still at airport actually waiting on plane to take off when it was suppose to at 834 pm now it's 1142 pm so three hours later. I don't know who is running united airlines but it's a joke and should be shut down. There is so many people upset right now, horrible airlines."

Horrible leg room and person in front of me had seat all of the way back so she was on my lap and I had to ask her to move up. Food just so so - carbs with carbs (pasta with cous cous). There was very little information about the flight delay (when would we be boarding, etc.)."
