KAYAK is a travel search engine. That means we look across the web to find the best prices we can find for our users. With over 2 billion flight queries processed yearly, we are able to display a variety of prices and options on flights to New Zealand.

Sometimes travel dates aren't set in stone. If your preferred travel dates have some wiggle room, flexible dates will show you all the options when flying to New Zealand up to 3 days before/after your preferred dates. You can then pick the flights that suit you best.
Scores according to KAYAK customer reviews
Pros: "Fast boarding. Early arrival. Comfortable seat."
Cons: "I had to ask 3 times for an arrival card from the crew. Bread was dry. There should have been a breakfast served prior to landing, but no food service after 1 a.m. though flight arrived at 7:40 a.m. Timing of meals was not convenient for me at all. They wake you up at 1 a.m. for your main dinner. I would have preferred to sleep until 5 a.m. then have a good breakfast. The amenity kit in Business Class was substandard when compared to other airlines"
Pros: "I liked the size of the cups for drinks: smaller than usual."
Cons: "You could train some of your crews to behave more polite to the customers like they do in the Japanese airlines. Male crews tended to be nicer than female crews."
Pros: "Crew , amenities and food"
Pros: "Amazing crew! They handled a full flight with screaming indisciplined kids and clueless adults with grace. Entertainment was great as usual"
Cons: "Singapore food and drinks quality has deteriorated significantly. Flights are always packed with uncomfortable seating. These days you get amenities only if you ask."
Pros: "Crew, food, time all great."
Cons: "WiFi did not work. Flight data unavailable."
Pros: "Amazing crew and service. My kids were well looked after in business class even though my 2 year old was a little sick. Book the cook meal was excellent and great entertainment options. Seat was enormous!"
Cons: "Nothing significant!"
Pros: "Crew will do anything to help"

Cons: "Flight was canceled. They moved passengers to the Lufthansa but didn’t tell us even though we checked with the counter every 20 min. Apparently a text went out that we didn’t get"
Pros: "one of the crew was rude. my spouse forgot to fold-up the cup holder, the hostess heat the holder so hard while walking. I don't know but it appeared as very very rude."

Cons: "We ask for wheelchair help from Perth to brooome but it was not provided ."
Pros: "Customer service, food, seats"
Pros: "excellent - comfy plane, great service, excellent stuff."
Pros: "Comfortable seat, variety of entertainment (sceen) , good food options and friendly and courteous service."
Pros: "the boarding, the attention to detail exactly how i remembered Singapore Airlines from many times i travelled."
Cons: "The food was disgraceful, the entertainment, the quality of the movies was poor.."
Pros: "(Previous PE comparisons: Turkish AL, Air NZ, SAS) Ease of check-in, on-time dep/arr, crew attention and responsiveness, seating within the range to be expected of this class."
Cons: "Plane condition: Cosmetic plastic panel below monitor and seat back pocket on Seat 31E fell off when foot rest was lowered; had previously been secured by adhesive tape. Panel removed by crew. In-flight entertainment system: Persistent intermittent loss of sound while listening to movie or TV program. Food: Tried to use "Book the Cook" feature touted by Singapore's website. Was unable to get on site for that purpose. The last try a message appeared (late September) that site was being "rebuilt." On the flight, there was no menu of choices; we were offered 3 vaguely worded choices which boiled down to beef, chicken or vegetables. Those appeared in not particularly appetizing forms and combinations--P.S., we like east and southeast Asian cooking and had just spent 3 weeks in Japan. Failure to provide information about possible delays due to WRG deplaning location at LAX: Although we are frequent fliers to and from LAX, we'd never heard of the WRG. It would have been helpful if the crew had informed us upon arrival that there could possibly be a wait on the plane as buses were used to transport us approximately 1/2 mile to TBIT. Generally: We chose Singapore because of its reputation for excellence. Belying the name of the class, both Turkish AL and Air NZ treated Premium Economy passengers as "junior" business class. Singapore treated us as coach with a roomier cabin and seating pitch."
Pros: "The cabin crew were fantastic. Food was abundant. Most boarding systems worked well. Choosing seats was confusing on website so we were allocated seating. The newer planes had a fantastic touch screen entertainment system. The seats on the newer planes were much more comfortable and roomy"
Cons: "The small seats are squishy on the older planes. The entertainment system on the older planes were dated and difficult to use. I felt sick after the flight to UK but felt fine coming home after one long flight on a newer plane."
Cons: "Flight was late due to the eternal airtraffic mess at suvanabhumi whenever it rains"
Pros: "In general it was all very good - I flew Premium Economy but I didn’t see much difference at all between that and Economy. There was a bit more leg room but that was about it, Having said that Singapore Airlines overall is pretty good - toilets kept nice and clean and everyone well taken care of."
Cons: "Older plane not so comfortable for a long flight. Movies, not much choice and far away from seat."
Pros: "Top notch service. Very comfortable in business class. Very attentive. Would definitely fly with them again."
Pros: "Friendly efficient staff. plane 777 business class seat comfortable, and flat bed, once you figured out how to operate it was also comfortable. Food was good but not excellent compared to previous flights."
Cons: "Singapore Airlines business class lounge in Melbourne was less than impressive and the food was atrocious. Lounge in Singapore was large but still overcrowded. Amenities much better and the food was plentiful and interesting."
Pros: "Loved the food/Movies/seats."
Cons: "No air vents and the cabin was very very stuffy and warm for many people. I’ve never heard one child cry for 7+ hours before until this flight. But everything else was decent to say the very least:)"
Pros: "Brand new aircraft, excellent service and food"
Cons: "J class seat, 12A window. Top of my seat curled around my sides, which blocked vision thru 1.5 of the 3 windows I had access to. The enclosure also protuded into my left bicep when I had my elbow resting on the arm rest. Table on my right hand side was too close to my body, and to high to reach a drink easily, I literally had to lift my whole right arm to pick up a glass."
Pros: "Great service."
Cons: "Disinfectant smell."
Pros: "Excellent crew"
Cons: "My seat was very hard"
Pros: "It’s worth it to pay a bit more for the extra legroom seats."
Pros: "In flight entertainment systems"
Cons: "I had beef with mashed potatoes but I found the beef was quite tough."
Pros: "Excellent attention to service and comfort."
Pros: "The trip was uneventful, with the usual excellent service."
Pros: "Everything SIA stood for, we experienced it, despite the unfortunate delay which the ground crew couldn't have done much about."
Cons: "Unfortunate delay caused by technical issues. I'm just glad we found it on the ground, instead of in the air. But the delay was REALLY long."
Cons: "Outdated Cabin Fit Out"
Pros: "The main course"
Cons: "Items missing or substituted in the veg but was ok in regular meals. In one veg serving, no salad or dessert was included. Margarine instead of butter for only in the veg meal."
Pros: "The staff were so friendly and helpful."
