Cons: Flight was a little warm but was able to get it cooler via help from crew but got warmer again towards the end of flight. Overall good flight though

Pros: Air NZ sent my mom away when she arrived to board the plane because she could not hear well. This resulted in a 68 year old women spending the night at Heathrow. No apologies, no upgrades, nothing. Air New Zealand is a heartless discount airline. Terrible experience. Avoid.

Pros: They were very generous with food and drinks. It was a pleasant flight.

Cons: Our seats were uncomfortable. We did not like sitting on the front row three deep. We would have preferred the extra legroom seats we had on the 1st flight

Pros: I always like Singapore Airlines. They should continue to be the best.

Cons: Some flexibility to select food choices even if we book the flight in short notice.

Pros: When the seat folded down (business class) into a bed, it gave almost a twin size bed that was flat.

Cons: Being in business class, I had expected the food to be better. Also, the red wines offered were only a sub selection of the ones in the menu.

Cons: Left 45 minutes late though we boarded on time. Pretty bad for a 50 minute in the middle of the morning.

Pros: New Zealand Air staff were friendly, informative and courteous throughout the entire flight! I was floored by their service and by what was offered. They even worked to arrange for people to move around (some were packed 4 to a row, but there was plenty of space throughout the craft).

Cons: Delays on both ends, including a substantial delay waiting for an open gate. Food was poor. Flight attendants were occasionally impolite.

Cons: Seating in economy is tight. You really cannot move without annoying the passengers on either side. This also makes eating difficult.

Pros: The seats are comfortable. I was fortunate to have a gap in the middle seat. On my flight there was a delay due to a person needing to disembark before the flight took off. The flight dealt with the person inconsiderately and explained to everyone the reason for the delay.

Pros: Strong crew service is the highlight of flying Air New Zealand. Plane comfort is good, with nice ambient lighting, decent seats and reasonably spacious toilets. At least for now, they have in-seat entertainment screens with lots of current offerings. Our flight had free wi-fi, a real plus.

Cons: Boarding with Air New Zealand at Heathrow was complex and poorly organised when compared to the smooth and efficient process at LAX. This has been the case each time I have flown this same route with this airline.
