3 of us were in the business class. All good except the Flight out of Mumbai is too early. It is at 6:30 am. Reporting is at 4 am. We had to get up at 3 am. US connection has 4-5 hours of layover. It would be nicer to start the India flight late (give more time to sleep at home) and have less layover duration in IST.

The flight departed on time and the staff was professional.
Process for on line checking needs a lot of improvement. Very frustrating.
Food not good, flight attendants not the best, not accommodating very ruff
Crew announced boarding started and they asked passengers to form a queue. Actual boarding didn’t start and queue was not moving for around 40-50 mins. Very poor management.
M pretty much done with kayak and all other booking webs and apps. Scams all around my long trip.. Losing hundreds of $$ in extra charges and delays. Done with Turkish airline too. I will never use Kayak again for any of my bookings in the future!
I canceled this flight after turkish airlines did not provide any consideration for a death in the family while in Singapore
Istanbul to Miami Sector the plane was nice and clean except for no WiFi during the entire flight. The flight from Karachi to Istanbul was another story .The sad part is we paid for business class to be comfortable. The foot rest didn’t work. The flight attendant had to push the seat to put to recline position and/or put it back. This was not only for me but for other passengers in business class. The tray table would not come out so had to get help from the passenger sitting next to me. I understand that they may have to use old planes but Turkish Airlines have to make sure that the things are functional especially the duration of flight is six hours and they are charging a lot of money. It seemed that i was flying a domestic sector instead of an international flight.
No wifi at all during the entire flight from Istanbul to Miami.
Staff didnt want to work, had to get up to get food and ear plugs myself even after calling the attendant multiple times. Both bags were not recieved in Dubai, called the next day to confirm bags were recieved and had to go to airport to pick up the bags. Now coming back to LAX one bag made it and the other bag is still missing.
Check in crew in Charlotte NC was superb. There were 6 of them plus what looked like a supervisor, helping to answer questions and keep things moving. Never saw so many check in crew. Then some of them showed up at the gate later for boarding. Great. The flight was mediocre. The seats were small with little leg room. The screens kept coming on when we were trying to sleep and wouldn’t shut off. I know we paid far less than first class but does that mean we should be shoved in there??
+ Clean, modern plane. - Despite the cabin had only 50% occupancy I was cramped in a row with 2 other people. Almost all other rows had only 1 person. I would have expected the airline to offer assistance other than a flight attendant to tell people in the back of the plane to find available seats. Next time I will not purchase an upgraded seat and hope I get my personal row for free.
The plane is very old and the seats are very small and the distance between the seats is very narrow for a rage person to seat comfortable
We were unable to select our seats (wanted window seats) when checking in online. Assigned seats were very uncomfortable.
The flight was cancel and then changed the gate 3 times and nobody communicated to that change I don’t take any trips whit that company
Flight left late. Missed connection. Rebooked in the morning. United couldnt find rebooking. Had to buy a new ticket to get home. Horrible all the way.
Boarding pass could not be used in normal way due to reasons beyond my knowledge, there was argument for 3 hours and the whole episode was miserable specially when you are traveling with 83 yr old sr ctz in such long hall flight. Air india should be avoided if possible, Lufthansa should take a note of this harassment
my daughter was throwing up and I did not get any help. The food was such bad quality. the plane was clean and the entertainment was great
My luggage is missing. No one can give me information on its whereabouts. I am frustrated. All my personal belongings and daily medications and other electronics are in that luggage which I need urgently.
. Actually, the seats were quite comfortable for taking a nap. My connections went like clockwork. If you need to make a change in your flight to call the airline directly. It will save you dollars.
