Find cheap flights from Auckland to Belgrade

Emirates is still my favorite airline. The good, entertainment, crew, and value are excellent. Unfortunately, the flight was delayed taking off and arriving - which caused me to lose my ground transportation plan. While delays happen, more communication about the delays would be helpful.

Emirates is always great experience, however, they should reopen their lounge in Istanbul. The IGA lounge is not worth it

On the Dubai-Gatwick flight the only meal options were Beef or Chicken. No vegetarian option. This was a surprise. I would usually order in advance but did not this time. Would have been good to know that a vegetarian meal is not available as a standard meal. Thankfully it was just me travelling, but if I’d had my kids with me that would have been a big problem for us.

Service needs to improve. Air hostess do not register flyers request and we need to keep on repeating our request to them on multiple occasions

Checkin and boarding staff at Delhi Airport is not cooperative with passengers Their behavior very humiliating . They don’t allow Lap top bag and Ladies’ purse/vanity bag which most of the airlines allow besides cabin baggage and check in baggages. They try to charge extra payment on the pretext of small variations which normally other Airlines staff don’t do. Airline staff should be courteous & cooperative but check in staff of Emirates Airline at Delhi was not so at all.

Absolutely terrible delays for 3 hours changed seats after we paid an upgrade on both legs. It appears it’s up to us to request a refund after they down graded our seat. Never again !!

WORST AIRLINE EVER—FOOD WAS MEDIOCRE AND WIDEBODY 777 BOEING WAS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE! IT WAS NOT WORTH THE MONEY THAT I PAID.

Seat and leg space is much better than the Qatar airline. The crew I would like to say is not meeting the requirements of emirates airlines cause it almost 20 years I am flying with emirates this time I really feel that crew is not behaving well someone asked for water waited more than 30 minutes and there are more incidents in this flight.

Superb experience. I hope they bring back the fast track option at Heathrow immigration.

Had the salad which tasted awfully spat it out but still got food poisoning 1 after running to toilet crew would not let me sit near toilets I was stuck in window seat

Delayed flight… caused the missing of my connecting flight in Zurich. Had to wait 10 hours in airport for new flight which was also delayed by 1 hour. No apologies and minimal compensation.

Flight was delayed, but otherwise it was a fine flight. Recommend boarding group by group, instead of calling up three groups at the same time

It was great! Friendly crew. Good food and service. Great snacks. But one of our luggage did not come to Chicago. Stood at carrousel until the end waiting for our bag and it wasn’t there. Then we had to rush very fast to catch our connecting flight to Cleveland and almost missed it

Everything was fine except for very old audio video equipment. I couldn’t use my own headphones because there’s two-port audio plug and the headphones provided are useless. The displays are really old as well. Definitely need to be updated.

On time flight, I requested wheelchair in Zurich , when I arrived they were no where to be found, I had one hour between flights I had to walk with great difficulty.

Far above average. The level of quality and service has really improved and passed most US carriers on this route. Go Edelweiss!

we were late to get to this connecting flight and SWISS decided to wait for us . Very nice of them

The Zurich airport is a disaster with to small trains running between the terminals, the trains was overfilled (not good in Corona times). It was no directions in the airport with proper lines so you did not know if you ere standing in the right line. They checked your passport 3 times in the airport = a lot of standing in line. Service on the plane could be a lot better, The cabin crew could have offer more to drink (water, coffee, tea), the food sucked.

Flight was delayed for 4 hours and they misplaced my luggage too. Appalling.

Being a QR Platinum member traveling in business class, I expected the staff to be more courteous. Unfortunately, the lady staff was rude attending business class 1K side.

The rows of seats in economy class are seriously close to one another making eating and resting just about impossible - there is hardly any legroom. Anyone larger than average size would have an incredibly uncomfortable flight. I had to basically share my seat with the lady passenger next to me as she was too big to fit into her allotted seat.

Food was good, attendants were friendly. Seats were not comfortable. Did not receive any amenities such as eyemask or earplugs that would have helped sleep. Additionally a large group of passengers boarded very late into boarding and were a disruption for almost the whole flight. Flight attendants did their best but the kids were making so much noise, kicking seats, and half the time no adult was sat with them so they weren’t being managed.

More facilities to transport to the gates......felt too much walking distance

To many ads. 3 or 4 between each movie. All repetitive, all related to Doha which I was just passing thru.

Wore experience due to delay and took me 3 days to reach my destination.

They have misplaced my one checked bag which I have not received in Philadelphia and have lodged complaint with American Airlines, the staff of Indigo was rude with us, at the checking counter, I think she purposely withheld my one of the checked bag, because the American Airlines staff told me that bag was not received at Doha airport. Kindly help me with one of my checked bag to get it. My flight was from Mumbai to Doha and then Doha to Philadelphia.

Too many boarding protocols. Never experienced with other international flights.

I didn't understand why I got dropped off at departures on exiting the plane at Doha aiport. I had to find my own way to immigration/baggage reclaim which wasn't easy as staff in the departure section just tell you ti scan your boarding pass. This was very poor b qatar Airways. I spent 2 hours soyung this out and once I got to get my suitcase it was delayed. So instead of getting to the hotel at about midnight I got there at three in the morning. I wonder why I upgraded to business?

Food and entertainment was very very bad. Also, Doha airport is very bad. Entertainment was same for last 1 month....no change. Old movies. Food quality was sub par.

I was flying with Turkish Airlines from Tashkent to Dallas and from Dallas to Tashkent. In both directions the flights were late. I missed my connecting flight from Istanbul to Dallas in Istanbul airport because of that. That led to a no show case with a rental company in Dallas and I lost 460 US dollars. On the way from Dallas to Tashkent with a layover in Istanbul the plane was also late and I almost missed my connecting flight to Tashkent. Then my bag did not arrive with the same plane and only on the next morning flight from Istanbul. I was about to leave Tashkent the same day to Astana in Kazakhstan and then from there for work in Saudi Arabia. Luckily I had an excess in time before the next flight and I manage to get my bag back. Otherwise I would have missed 3 flights automatically because I couldn't travel for work without my bag and all valuables in it. So, overall, very bad experience with Turkish Airlines. Will never use these airlines again.

On my flight the menus showed different food and different was available. I think that was a miscommunication maybe. Other than that flight was wonderful.

I took a nine-hour flight in economy class, and the seats were quite comfortable. I even managed to take a long nap, which rarely happens. There was a good selection of movies, and the complimentary kit included socks, ear plugs, a sleep mask, lip balm, and a toothbrush with toothpaste.

The crew was amazing. Super polite and welcoming. Excellent communication and service.

The plane is very small according to distance flight . Seat not comfortable according to the class of business class realy very bad ..

It was ok. This flight was for my 80 year old grandparents and when they arrived to Beirut no wheelchair (as requested) was waiting for them. My grandpa had to pick up his own luggage, he got soooo tired. No one to help him as we submitted the request ahead of time

Terrible seats are very uncomfortable and narrow. Really hard time eating and painful buttons.. crew was very rud not allow anyone to stand not even to go to the toilets

I ended up paying $170 Euros for luggage for a 4 hour flight. Ridiculous. On top of the delay.

I was in business class, without the business class amenities. Large seat with lots of legroom, but no TV or bed. Food was okay, but I did enjoy the Turkish red wine.

The seat did not recline and we called the stewardess, he forced it to recline, but when we landed, it did not come forward because the seat was broken. The stewardess came, He tried to do it but couldn't do it, the flight commander came and spoke to us in a bad tone, telling us to get out of here, she waited at the head and acted as if there was a child and we couldn't get up, it was very shameful, I don't even know if it's true, but she said if you don't get up, the plane will not land and will keep turning around. Then a passenger pushed the seat from behind and it worked. Then we wanted to talk to the supervisor again, but she did not come next to us. We fly so much and this is the first time we encountered such a style.

This flight was operated by Air India and it was good experience

Check in and baggage drop was a disaster in both IAD and Frankfurt. It was unclear whether we were to go stand in the Lufthansa line or the United Airlines line. The supposed Service Desk in Frankfurt to get checked in with my 88-year father was chaotic, disorganized and they only offer seating to folks there to get a wheelchair after first making them stand for 30-45 minutes in a line, when seats are right there on the other side of their closed off area. Very frustrating on both ends in the experience.

Flight was cancelled. Rebooked after 5 hour delay. Pregnant daughter rebooked following day with 12 hour layover in Düsseldorf. However - I must applaud and praise the Business lounge hosts who were EXCEPTIONAL in trying to rebook and arranged for our daughter to standby for last flight of the day - which she made. The terminal B business lounge reception staff were AWESOME

Everything and everyone Was great it’s just the person next to me weight over 300 pounds and was hanging over his seat and pushed up next to me was the worst 10 hour flight of my life the crew and everything else was a 10 out of 10

The flight left 2 hours late from Munich therefore we missed our connecting flight to Charlotte.

While booking through Lufthansa, when flight is operated by other airlines, you don't necessarily get the quality of Lufthansa. That said, I was passed over on both meals served. While I had my eyes closed or asleep, no attempt was made to serve me or wake me for the service, which is something new. When I took it upon myself to get out of my seat, track down an attendant, and ask for a meal, the attendant would kindly serve me. Of more concern, however, is the lack of selection for the meal. Being diabetic and insulin dependent, I could not eat what was served. The first meal was pasta with a small slaw/salad and a bun. The second meal was a muffin and another pastry. In all, I could only eat the salad, which amounted to next to nothing. Fortunately (for Discover) I had brought food/snacks to carry me through the flight. Otherwise, I might have reached a low blood sugar. With diabetes becoming more prevalent, Discover may consider more eating options to accomodate all passengers.

Okay, the flight was over an hour late leaving LAX! I barely made my connecting flight! Very stressful experience! Lufthansa 747 biz class needs a serious upgrade to its seating! The food was good, but the staff was mostly very cold but did a good job!

The checkin process was horrid because of a rude staff, the crew pretty much ignored the request for a bottle of water soon after boarding. Not all the crew were bad, but there are certainly some bad apples in there.

Give at least coffee or juice as it is an international flight.

Missed our flight to London and we were put on coach seats to Munich.
