Quality of the vehicle was top notch. I don't see any reason for paying extra money by renting from those "other" more expensive companies.Reviewed 29 Apr 2026

I booked my car through kayak and Expedia, during which I prepaid with my Chime card. When I reached the thrifty counter, I was told they do not accept Chime despite it being accepted during the reservation. I have since attempted to get a refund since I was unable to get a rental car and was nearly stuck in Houston, TX and was told there was nothing Expedia could do because they could not get ahold of thrifty to authorize it, I am now out nearly $350 ontop of the rental price of a different company. I will not be working with Thrifty again and I certainly will not be booking third party through Kayak or Expedia ever again.Reviewed 24 Feb 2025
