Cons:The pick up in Boston was horrendous. Waited 30mins for the shuttle which by then was packed even by pre-COVID standards. ZERO safety protocols in place. Then it took another TWO hours in line to get a filthy car with multiple warning lights activated. No thanks.Reviewed 1 May 2021

Pros:Upgraded from compact car to a Mitsubishi Outlander, which was the only positive of our experience.Cons:20+ minute wait in line at Boston Logan, on top of 40+ minutes just for the associate to help us?!!! Their name tag said they’d been there for 15 years, but they were slow as molasses and had no care for us and did not make me feel valued. There were no Payless reps at their airport (what?!!!), so a random other person had to try and come help. When we FINALLY got our car over an hour later, we drove it 2 miles only to have an emergency notification come on saying “Pull over safely. Car will stop soon” WTF?! So we drove back, got back in line and waited 40+ minutes to be helped by another terrible associate who didn’t care about us. Once we finally got our second car, it was 2+ hours later and no one even apologized for the inconvenience. I already called customer service, and they said “oh okay we will get back to you in a minimum of 5 days”Reviewed 10 Sep 2020
