Super long, slow moving line to pickup the car in Boston. We had booked at another location that closed super early (I should have double checked their hours), so we had to go out to the airport location and wait in line for nearly 45 minutes and pay more than double our original booked price, so that was a bit annoying. Maybe side-issue: my email service (gmail) converted local times to my home time, so I was under the impression our car was booked for 5pm, when it was booked for 3pm, so it added to the confusion...Reviewed 25 Sept 2025

The service was terrible. It truly was. The service desk took over an hour long. The lineup to get cars for all of us took over an hour. It was crazy. There were no cars available at all. Some had waited from 11:30 am to 2:30pm. Mine was for 12:30. The car had huge scratches down the side. And your staff that drove the cars in after being washed. Well you should see how they drive in the pick up spot. Like nascar. And I’m surprised they haven’t smashed into the wall and damaged your cars.Reviewed 4 Sept 2025

When I picked up my car there were issues created by one of the customer service reps. I was expecting a bigger can than Kia Teluride as we were going to be 6 adults travelling. The lugage space was very small. I was given the option to check it or leave it. I saw that they upgraded cars not for one but for two customers and I asked if it can be done for me too. I was told to pay for it for no reason. I declined and I told them it is poor customer service to deny one and allow others. Then comes the biggest shock I was told to take another car instead of the one I was shown to try. No explanation again take it or leave it. Since I was running late I took a car and discovered that the back seat was not vaccumed and cleaned. We got wedding party favors and more. This is for me my last booking through Kayak (they informed me even the insurance I bouthg is not good) and from Budget.Reviewed 6 Aug 2025

2 big problems: - when picking up the car the Lied and said only had electric or 14 passenger van. Once they found out electric car wasn’t charged, they said they had gas van - had flat tire. There were much closer budgets with plenty of cars, but they all refused to allow exchange. Ridiculous! Had to spend 3 hours to drive to and back from a dirty airport in Rhode Island to get car Absolutely greedy, and poor customer service.Reviewed 22 Jun 2025
