Pros:Car was clean, new, and a good price.Cons:There aren’t Payless parking spots at BHM airport, so I parked it in an Enterprise spot upon returning. When I returned the keys to the Payless desk, the employee asked why I didn’t park it in the Avis section. Like wtf, get your own parking spaces or tell me to return to an Avis spot when I pick upReviewed 20 May 2019

No frillsPros:Good price and at the airport.Cons:Interior of car smelled a little like smoke. Not bad but noticeable. They did not tell me that the return was self park and it was not clearly noted until I found a space. Going back to the counter was an extra step but worth the cost savings.Reviewed 20 Feb 2018

Description is accuratePros:This was the least expensive rental option on Kayak. You get what you pay for.Cons:Car was dirty and smelled bad, however, there no mechanical problems. It got us where we needed to go, but my family will not allow me to rent from them again.Reviewed 22 May 2017

Great experiencePros:Customer service person was very friendly and not pushy and over selling. We were able to get in and on our way quickly. Vehicle was in good shape and ran well. Flat tire. High rates to extend contract during stCons:Initially given a 40k mileage vehicle with a leaking tire, which I was allowed to replace after a few days. Nonetheless, we would have liked to receive a quality vehicle. Charged a higher rate to extend contract during a winter weather state of emergency.
