Pros:
When I arrived to pick up the car, the car I reserved was available. I was informed that I could accept a two-car downgrade or an upgrade to a 15 passager van. Needless-to-say, neither was acceptable. It took nearly 45 minutes to convince the agent to request a car trade with one of the other renCons:
trading a car with one of the other rental car agencies, in order to honor the rental agreement should have been the 1st option. I was eventually given a Malibu instead of the premium vehicle that was listed on my reservation. Additionally, the car's gas tank was only 3/4 full. Better service.3.6 Poor

Cons:
I reserved a car online, and flew 800 miles . But when i arrived they told me i was not eligible to rent because of a deductible in 2004. Something I still have no knowledge of. Also poor customer service in Huntsville. Alabama.8.4 Very Good

Cons:
The Lin’s seemed to move slow when I was picking up the car. There was only one person in front of me and it took a good 10 minutes to get me through the line. I’ve always thought car rental companies should pay attention to that metric. The last thing someone wants to be doing after a long airline flight is wait in a slow moving line.2.0 Poor

The vehicles in my area were advertised falsely. When I arrived to Alamo to pick up the vehicle I found on Kayak, they told me no cars had been available for weeks and had no idea why I found otherwise. Kayak should follow this up. These types of issues can create unnecessary stress for travelers.2.0 Poor

The drop off was easy.Cons:
We had a 6:30 pm pickup. We waited over an hour in the heat to get the car. They only had one person scheduled to clean the cars and he was working for three other car rentals in the airport. Very unsatisfactory!Avis

Car rental staff was nice, the location can't be beat--just get off the down escalator right by Baggage Claim and there it is!Cons:
Renters were at the mercy of whoever looked at the long list of reservations and did not authorize delivering more cars for rental until an SOS from the desk staff. Waited over an hour for cars to be available so they could rent them--NOT professional at all and very unhappy customers!6.4 Okay

They upgraded me to a larger vehicle for no additional charge.Cons:
I returned it early before office hours. They billed me $229 which was more than the rental fee for an extra driver. But corrected it after my complaint.8.4 Very Good

No one meets you at drop off so you have to guess where to leave vehicle. I carried my paperwork in to the Dollar Office and gave it to rental employee. I was asked if email receipt was okay, which it was.2.0 Poor

Hated everything . I was left without a car in Huntsville, Alabama.Cons:
The Dollar counter was closed. A sign referred me to Hertz’s counter. The sign said they were closed at 5pm. My flight was delayed. There was no alternative. So, no car. Disaster.9.6 Wonderful

Specifically asked at Nashville if I could change my payment method at drop off (different location) and was told yes. At drop off they said they can't do it, that I need to call Nashville, and they can. Called Nashville and they can't do it over the phone, I need to go to that location (i'm in a different state now). Called customer care- and they just had an attitude with me telling me if I want to change it I need to go to Nashville.10.0 Wonderful
