Cons: No dislikes.

Cons: The maid had to be asked to clean the room after two days.

Cons: I paid for a king with a view. When I checked in I received a double queen with a view. When I asked the staff if I could have a king they said that there were none available and that they could do nothing about it because I booked my room through a third party. When I called hotels.com they did refund me the extra money that I paid to get a king bed. i was disappointed that I did not get a king bed but I was glad I got my money back.

Cons: The ironing board did not have good padding and my shirt had an imprint of the actual board on it. The iron also leaked water all over.

Cons: A little pricey. Just to valet the car for one night was $35!

Cons: When I first tried to check in, they somehow had my reservation for the wrong dates. This was amended once I showed them my confirmation email. Building and facilities were a bit drab and dated.

Cons: Very ezpensive

Cons: Beds and pillows were a bit uncomfortable.

Cons: Average staff, construct in and around hotel.concierge service was a joke. Stayed here two years ago that’s why I came back. Much better then. Next trip to Nashville I will try another hotel

Cons: The hotel does not offer free wifi. You have to pay by the day, and at the high nightly rate they charge it should be complimentary.

Cons: Construction on both sides. Blasting dynamite and jack hammering next door at 6:30am

Cons: Terrible coffee shop

Cons: It is easy to hear people coming back from the bars around 2am and their room doors slamming shut. Also, their were metal platforms on the roadway out front and every time a vehicle ran over them, the loud noise could be heard and we were on the 12th floor. It was very hard to sleep with the noise.

Cons: Only thing I wanted to complain about was only one of the bartenders at the bar. He didn't understand most of the drinks we wanted and got a couple wrong and gave us something we didn't ask for and when we paid him with a $10 for one beer he didn't give us our change.

Cons: Everything went well when the fire alarm went off.

Cons: When they asked me if I'd like a luggage cart, I said yes, but didn't realize that it automatically came with a bellman. In the future, I'd recommend asking if someone can help with the luggage, instead of if I'd like the use of a piece of equipment. One other critique... We have a king bed at home that is way more comfortable than the bed in our room. In general, I can tell that the nicer the hotel, the less likely that I'll wake up in the morning with a sore back from the bed. In this case, I think there's room for improvement.

Cons: In bathroom a tub as well as a shower

Cons: Cleaning staff kept bothering us early in the morning to clean rooms. Don't go here if you want to be bothered.

Cons: The pool was so popular they ran out of lounge chairs in the sun and we wish we could have spent an evening out on the patio after 9pm. Both minor compared to all of the positives!

Cons: Surprised at such an upscale property that there is a WiFi fee if you are not a Omni member or if you do not sign up to be a member.

Cons: The only part I didn't like was leaving. The hotel did nothing wrong, we just didn't want to leave to comfortable bed and the view of Nashville.

Cons: On Sunday we were not allowed to call for our car until after checking out. We waited 20 minutes for the car given the number of people checking out at the same time. Visit ended on a irated note.

Cons: All the extras were overpriced for what you receive - I feel that for what you pay for the room these "ice extras and atrium boat ride" should be included. -Character breakfast-characters only come by your table 1 time and do not go from table to table and really interact with the kids like at Disney-so it was just a really overpriced buffet -Ice Special - pretty small slides and rink - so it was ok - should be included at no extra charge as part of the resort fee Indoor pool - very inconvenient location (long walk to get there from Magnolia area) and only open until 10 on weekend But the worst part was that we had 4 rooms and we were all trying to check out at the same time so my brother got a luggage cart on his own. The bellman was fussing at my mom who was in the hall in a wheelchair next to the cart for getting the cart (apparently getting your own luggage cart is a big NO NO). I'm sorry but to fuss at an old lady in a wheelchair for taking a cart was a little ridiculous - not even physically possible for her. Then when trying to return the wheelchair that we rented from the hotel, the Magnolia Lobby employees said we had to bring it ALL THE WAY back to the main front Lobby. WOW!!!! AND... Check your final bill. They were trying to overcharge us on the $28/per day parking fee with 2 extra parking charges.

Cons: It was raining and you couldn't pull up to the overhead shelter to unload your car. They made you park (an obscene $24.00 per day to park) and unload your car and walk to the entrance. They had shut down one of the check in stations just before we arrived, consequently we were probably 50th in line to check in. We arrived around 5:30 p.m. The line was even longer an hour later. Directions to our room (the place is huge) were very confusing and the elevator to our room was out of order. We took the stairs. Also, one of the escalators was out of order as well. Only two pillows per bed. We stayed at a Holiday Inn Express the next night. Four pillows per bed. Smaller room but more comfortable and much less expensive. Will not go back.

Cons: We paid hundreds to stay including a resort fee through kayak. Then they charged us the resort fee there too. Not to mention they had the audacity to charge us to park, we had to walk really far to a bus, wait for the whole bus to load and drive us 15 min to the hotel where we had to walk thriugh two EMPTY parking lots and around the hotel to get to registration. The room was about what you'd see anywhere (other than the obstructed atrium view) The grout in shower was nasty & tiles are worn & cracked. There was some hunting convention going on and all we heard all day & night were duck calls. NEVER again. Save your hard earned money & stay somewhere relaxing and welcoming.

Cons: They could spend a little more money on the rooms. The bathroom area is cramped and awkward. And this trip we were on a floor with some kind of loud kids acting troup that apparently believed they were the only ones in the hotel! They should have thanked this into consideration when renting these rooms! Also we had no do not disturb door tag so on our little vacation we were rudely awakened at around 8 am by the housekeeper trying to get in!!

Cons: The room had an odor of vomit. Our 9 year old son noticed the smell as soon as we walked in the room. We eventually became used to the smell after spraying freshener into the air

Cons: Expensive!! They tack on extra fees that we were not aware of before arriving, very expensive outdoor parking, resort fees, etc... It's a beautiful place but also confusing to find your room, we had one with a pull out bed only, not a real bed. It was fine but not my first pick.

Cons: Being woken up at 830 on checkout day and being told to get out even though checkout was 11 Food is overpriced and mediocre Snobby work staff

Cons: The room was tiny for the price Poor directions and signage

Cons: Our sheets/comforter were dirty. Our room was on the ground level facing a parking lot, so what we paid for our room was not worth it at all. The toilet seat underneath was dirty also.

Cons: Parking was horrible with the construction. Super long walk to room.

Cons: The long lines to check in... had to wait for a while. There was some event there and it caused a lot of delays, especially valet

Cons: The price and the price inside the restaurants.

Cons: Parlor room does not include a bed. Just a pull out couch. Shower temps tyre was either freezing or scalding. The smell of whatever cleaner they use was overwhelming. Also charge a $20 mandatory resort fee.

Cons: Hallways were stuffy and too warm

Cons: We were very unhappy to have paid $300 to stay at the Hyatt. Our room looked out over a construction site that started work at 6am and was using dynamite-so no napping or sleeping in. We like to nap and then go back out in the evening, but that did not happen. We are also meditators and that was impossible.

Cons: Translucent door on bathroom makes it impossible to use at night without casting light into the sleeping area.

Cons: Breakfast option was WAY overpriced. $19+ for a poorly prepared buffet was enough for us to find a local cafe where 2 can eat well for the same price as the buffet.

Cons: Breakfast was pretty average hotel. Parking was $30.

Cons: My hotel room had a very strong mildew odor. In addition, the group I was working with during my stay were seated in the back area of the main floor near the bar and their was a strong sewage smell back there. Lastly, the hotel conducted tests of its emergency system but did not inform the guest that they were testing and it was not a real emergency.
