First off they let someone else check-in to our room. Then the shower drain was clogged and dirty in the new room. Can’t say I’ll ever stay here again.

Pros (+) Location was great for my event.
Cons (-) Staff was rude and curt, as if checking clients in was not their job. Shower was very bad - nearly impossible to divert water from the tub to the head. At $229/night group rate I expected better.

Pros (+) Location was great. Close to downtown and the gulch. Free breakfast was appreciated
Cons (-) There was construction going on that started at 6am on a Saturday. We were never offered earplugs. Never really told about it. I would have stayed in a different hotel if I had known this especially for how much I had to pay and the fact that the "relaxing" part of my vacation was ruined.
