Cons: The frustrating/irritating parts. 1.) Room keys that quit working around 8:30 AM on the day of checkout. I had to go down to the lobby twice before I finally got a key that worked. 2) housekeeping came knocking at 8:15. I had not even thought to put the do not disturb sign out yet. But they woke up my daughter who was still adjusting to this time zone. I had picked her up at the nearby airport the previous night late. 3.) Elevators not working - there are really no interior stairs in this facility; and since all of the elevators on our side of the building were out of service - I had to "walk around" to the other side to the very busy elevators to get to the lobby more times than I wanted to. Especially to get replacement keys. I think a minimum service level would be to have at least one elevator on each side working. 4.) Pool was murky and not very warm. And I was the only one in it. Summarizing: The staff were very kind and friendly - the food and service great - but facility seems to be in need of maintenance. I don't think house keeping should be knocking before 9:30 AM.

Cons: Be careful of pamphlets slipped under door for Pizza Orders. The Hotel is doing there best to stop these people . These Scammers are trying to get your C.C #. No Address on the Pamphlets is key.Play it safe>>>. See desk if you'd like to order Pizza for delivery.

Cons: The overall feel of the property's rooms was not up to par compared to the other Embassy Suites where we have stayed.

Cons: The lines at the breakfast buffet got a little chaotic because everyone stood in the slow moving omlett line until they realized they didn't have to unless they wanted one. Plus it got backed up finding clean tables. Buf it was obviously busy due to the holiday weekend and the staff was not standing around doing nothing.

Cons: The location is in the middle of an office park, but the downtown shuttle helps with this.

Cons: The breakfast area needed more help and more organization ..food was great !

Cons: The bed was HORRIBLE. MY wife and I had the worst nights sleep during our entire trip here. The bed felt like a firm foam pad covering a pile of boulders. There is a knob to adjust firmness but that didn't operate as advertised. The main reason we get a hotel is for rest therefore I give the place a 2 start rating.

Cons: Under construction. Pool was closed. Carpet, lights, fixtures in bathroom all worn down. I guess that’s why they started construction. FIRE ALARM went off at 8:30 am.

Cons: Directly under plane traffic. Booked specifically because of indoor pool for the kids, pool was closed entire stay for "maintenance". We had 2 very disappointed kids.

Cons: I hated the adjustable bed. It was on firm and was basically flat! I weigh about 220, but that shouldn't flatten the bed haha! I actually had to sleep on my wife's side which wasn't a bad thing :)

Cons: Room was cramped. Front desk Staff seemed bored and unmotivated.

Cons: The hotel as a whole had a stench. It was a mixture of moldy and dirty carpet.

Cons: Staff did not know answers to questions about the shuttles. That's not that bad but don't give wrong information like we received!.

Cons: Walking into the room, we were hit with a thick, damp feeling and smell. We thought maybe it was because it had recently been cleaned, but we stayed 3 days/ 2 nights and the dampness never went away. The room seems to have been recently updated, but some things were overlooked or put on the back-burner, e.g., the plastic "window" in the shower had holes in it. Cleanliness - seemed mostly clean, but there was a stray hair on the wall of the shower. Breakfast - had some hot options like sausage, eggs, biscuits, and gravy, but no "fresh" options like fruit and yogurt.

Cons: The bed wasn't super comfortable and the provided toiletries aren't that great.

Cons: A much quieter ac unit that didn't screech and howl all night long

Cons: Not enough coffee in the room, powdered eggs and dry sausage patties for breakfast

Cons: Dirty floors, door needed repair, wireless is nonexistent, price was too high for the quality of the furniture in the room.

Cons: Got in from a late flight and stood outside the "lobby" in the rain for 10 minutes before someone would answer the phone and let me in to check in. Finally got to my room and the entrance light switch didn't work so struggled in the dark to find a light. No hair driers in the room-- very frustrating when you are there for an interview the next morning. Ceiling in the bathroom looked like it was going to cave in at any moment. Stains all over the comforter. Very uncomfortable bed. Would 100% recommend staying ELSEWHERE.

Cons: the place is totally run down no longer maintained - nothing worked all damaged and cracked; forgot a headset ont he night stand - they claim that could not found it!

Cons: Where do I start? My non smoking room smelled like smoke. Toilet seat was broken. Mens facial shavings still in the bathtub from previous occupant. There was a penny and crumbs in my supposedly "clean" and made bed. Coffee pot was without coffee cup, sugar, or cream. I think it's pretty obvious that the housekeeping staff totally sucks.

Cons: The kitchen and bath area in my room were infested with roaches. From the moment I entered roaches kept coming out the walls and getting on the refrigerator, microwave, counter and even in the shower. None of which I was able to use. I had to shake all my clothes before I left and left them all in my suitcase throughout the stay. Also there is NO FREE BREAKFAST.. You get coffee and put out a tray of snack bars (1 bar in each pack) and that is it. Claiming they have free breakfast is simply false advertising.

Cons: When we walked into the bathroom the floors were sticky, the lamps were broken,and after a few hours the television blew out.

Cons: This was the WORST Hotel that I have EVER stayed in. When I checked in, the carpet was Nasty, the trash can under the sink was over flowing, I had a pillow with NO Pillow Case and the pillow had Big Stains all over it. The Walk Ways were littered with Cigarette Butts and trash, This Hitel was Disgusting!!!!

Cons: Vomit filled elevator on morning of 6/11/2016 when departing. Cigarette and ash filled halways and elevator , every day and night .

Cons: My non smoking room reeked of smoke so bad i could barely breathe. Also, sketchy people in lurking about basically 24/7.
