The floor we were on was very outdated. The hallway smelled musty but the room was fine. The room was clean and comfortable but needed a few repairs (bathroom door handle was broken and one of the curtains was ripped. Valet parking is $55 a night which seemed overpriced but since the room itself was free, we were okay paying that amount. The location is close to all of the Nashville nightlife so t...

Doug, Sept 2021
Asked valet about a self park option and the guy was too busy to help. Went to the front desk and the guy was rude. There was a customer in line who told me about the street around the corner where parking was free if I could find a spot. We did and saved 50 bucks! As a Hilton diamond member we did not get treated as such. We should have received a digital room key to avoid the long line to check ...

Pros (+) The hotel has a very nice lobby and is close to Broadway, easy walking distance. Happy hour at the bar from 3-6 was good. Concierge was helpful but pushy to sell tickets for bus tour.
Cons (-) Bathroom in the room seemed a little run down.

Pros (+) The proximity to downtown and the courtesy of the staff. The hotel manager was great to work with and happily resolved the main issue we had.
Cons (-) There was no indication that parking was valet only, or that it would cost an additional $35 per night. I think the A/C in the hotel rooms needs an overhaul, the actual room never got close to the temperature set on the thermostat, it wasn't unbearably hot; but it sure wasn't 65 either.

Pros (+) I was woke up shortly after 5am by the construction crew banging with sirens and screaming. It was horrible. The hotel said they didn't know ahead of time a complete lie the building next door has been being built for over a year i found out. The wake up call (not that i got any sleep) was a half hour earlier than requested. Room service was horrible the food was not good and it took over an hour ...
