I loved the atmosphere!
Some things were a little too overpriced.
The Lobby & Room Interior is Gorgeous! Friendly Staff Free fruit in water sometimes Ice machines on every floor
I booked a room with a tub and was initially given one without. Once I got the room with the tub , it was nothing like the photos it was a bog standard bath in the bathroom. Photos show bath in the centrepiece of the room , rounded and luxurious. Said I would get a toothbrush and I didn’t , had to buy one from target. Hair dryer had no clasp on the back so other guests hair was tangled up in it and sticking out all over the handle. Bathroom floor was wobbly like it had been cracked and just put back together like a puzzle with no glue , almost slipped . The free drop off service is an amazing touch however it doesn’t state online that they will pick up other people and drop them off with you in the car. The water with fruit by the lifts was a lovely touch however the next time I came down it was gone , so you’re left gasping for a drink almost forced into buying a $4.5 mini can of Diet Coke or $10 chopped nuts.
Great hotel. Superb room and spotlessly clean. The pet fee is kinda steep at $50 but it’s offset a bit by a gift bag of premium treats, poop bags and other useful stuff for the room like bowls and a mat.
Parking, even for paying guests is $35
Bed was one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in!
The rooms were very big. And the location was great also
Hotel can be updated a little. The fee of $35.00 to park your car is a little pricey. And the television was a little far from the bed
