Terrible coffee shop
ALL staff warm and helpful. Great location, parking across the street convenient, guest room area generlly quiet, clean room & bath. When in Nashville again will definitely stay at this hotel.
Close to downtown
Average staff, construct in and around hotel.concierge service was a joke. Stayed here two years ago that’s why I came back. Much better then. Next trip to Nashville I will try another hotel
Great hotel but I didn’t get what I paid for
The hotel amenities were nice. The room was clean and it had a beautiful view. Great location! We walked to everything downtown.
I paid for a king with a view. When I checked in I received a double queen with a view. When I asked the staff if I could have a king they said that there were none available and that they could do nothing about it because I booked my room through a third party. When I called hotels.com they did refund me the extra money that I paid to get a king bed. i was disappointed that I did not get a king bed but I was glad I got my money back.
Construction on both sides. Blasting dynamite and jack hammering next door at 6:30am
Great hotel in a great city!
The hotel is very clean, staff very friendly, beds very comfortable. Location is perfect to all the excitement of downtown.
The hotel does not offer free wifi. You have to pay by the day, and at the high nightly rate they charge it should be complimentary.
The beds were super comfortable, the rooms seemed to be updated to a more modern theme, and the location is perfect for checking out everything in downtown Nashville.
It is easy to hear people coming back from the bars around 2am and their room doors slamming shut. Also, their were metal platforms on the roadway out front and every time a vehicle ran over them, the loud noise could be heard and we were on the 12th floor. It was very hard to sleep with the noise.
Overall good place to stay because of location, could get a better deal on price. Helpful staff.
When I first tried to check in, they somehow had my reservation for the wrong dates. This was amended once I showed them my confirmation email. Building and facilities were a bit drab and dated.
The staff at your front desk and valet were great! Very friendly and helpful.
The ironing board did not have good padding and my shirt had an imprint of the actual board on it. The iron also leaked water all over.
Staff was very friendly and helpful Plentiful parking across the street for $10 Great location Room was nicely appointed and comfortable for family of four Aveda products in bathroom Quick, plentiful elevators
