Cons: Parking is in parking garage close to hotel and is paid parking. Its downtown though, so maybe to be expected. They do a $100 fee on card used to check in. Hoping this is one of those refunded debits where they are just testing card.

Cons: We arrived at 4pm and finally checked in at 4:40. We were given misinformation on the parking right next door to the hotel. First of all, parking clearance was only (6-8) for the parking structure next door.

Cons: My room was on the second floor right above the area where guests come in and the valets are parking cars. They couldn't help it but guests arrived all hours of the night and just their normal conversations woke me up occasionally

Pros: The building was beautiful and central to everywhere we needed to go. There was a minor issue with the toilet. We called the front desk and within 5 minutes the maintenance person Donnie was there. He was friendly, quick and efficient (fixed the problem in about 6 minutes) and we were able to close out our amazing stay. Would certainly come back and definitely recommend. Breakfast was up Embassy Suites standards, which means well about average.

Cons: Overpriced. After booking I seen a significantly cheaper rate the same day of our stay which the staff said they wouldn’t match at check in. I was also disappointed that we had to pay an extra $20 for parking and that is wasn’t included in the price of our stay.

Cons: I was kept up all night by the steam heat valves. There seems to be a pattern in reviews that if you are in a room ending in 26, this is the case. When I went to the front desk, they seemed to know and just gave me another room. This is obscene. Nobody should be assigned rooms that they know will keep you up all night.
Additionally, the construction in the lobby and changing of locks make the overall experience a pain. Add to that the insect in my room and the running toilet and I'm not happy. They did address all these things, but that was really not enough.

Pros: I liked the room a lot and how nice everyone was. I was surprised how quiet it was considering my room faced the interstate. Never heard it.
Cons: I didn't like that the parking was $10 a night. It's parking lot parking and it's slightly gated in but not completely. I parked on the street for free on the other side of the gate. And the lot connected to the hotel is small and filled and you had to park in a different lot across the street. It seemed like you could just have guests put a tag in the front window to show you're a guest--and not charge. Otherwise, what's the point. It seemed like I could've parked in the lot and no one would've known. That was the only thing that seemed a little off. But wouldn't necessarily bother anyone. Also, I used to live in the area so I knew my car was just as safe parked on the street as it was in that lot.

Cons: Parking staff consisted of five people when we checked in, but only one person in the evening on New Years Eve. Unfortunately, people who were not paying guests of the hotel parked in valet parking. We paid $30 for valet parking and we had to park 1/2 to 1 mile away from the hotel and find valet parking staff for help. It took us 30 minutes to find the member to park our car. The only valet parking staff member working on a busy night had no idea she could tow unauthorized cars in valet parking. We do no suggest paying for valet parking or even stay at this hotel on a US holiday.

Cons: The construction made for a certain amount of inconvenience in the parking lot, but that is of course temporary.

Pros: Location and a very comfortable room - bathroom a bit dated - a well designed shower stall rather than the tub shower combo would be better suited to the feel of the room (few people use a tub in a hotel)
Cons: We only stayed one night - but for us it was a very good hotel and we got a great price - so all in all no complaints. Staff were really good.

Pros: We were very pleasantly surprised by the location, the cleanliness of the hotel, and the friendliness of the staff. We got there two hours early and they allowed us to check in with no problem. The hotel is centrally located and you can walk to so much!

Pros: We got upgraded to a larger room for free! The staff was nice, indoor parking is a plus. Close to lots of bars and restaurants.
Cons: The room was very nice, however, the 'lounge' area had a poorly installed door and was VERY noisy. The balcony faced the highway and the truck/car noise was very distracting. The noise woke our 2-year-old up a few times during the night.

Cons: I was thrilled that the rooms were not carpeted as I suffer from allergies; however, they need to be thoroughly swept and mopped. There was filth along all the edges, corners, and legs of the furniture. I'm not talking about just a little bit that was missed, this was build up to the point of filth. I own a cleaning business in Fort Wayne and found these floors disgusting. I didn't even want to remove my socks!

Cons: Partying in the parking lot every single night! Loud music and whooping, yelling, laughing til 2:00am. Motorcycles having a rev up contest for two hours. Our socks were dirty from walking on the floors in our room. We left, found another hotel!
