Great place and so friendly. Everyone was extremely helpful. Rooms were very nice and very comfortable. Great access to everything. Just valet the car and walked the entire trip:)
The restaurant was nice and the staff was friendly but I didn’t think the food was worth the price. It was ok at best. There are so many amazing restaurants nearby that I wouldn’t waste my money. A single piece toast (yes one piece) with some brown avocado on it is $9. That’s insane.
Perils of booking on the fly online.
Bar staff.
Due to a booking mistake with an online provider, I had no choice but to pay premium price for a room.
Housekeeping
Nice location in downtown Louisville
I did morn like the fact that when housekeeping knocked on the door at 9:30 am to try and service the room and told them no thank you, After telling them no they proceeded to try and enter the room at 10:30 am. This time I had the catch latch on the door that stopped them. I will not ever stay at another Hyatt again. Poor painting throught hotel.
Job Interview
This is a awesome hotel in a great location. Staff at the desk were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was decorated in a very modern style. There was a 65 inch TV in the room. The hotel also has a restaurant and bar. I ate 3 meals there and the fool was good and preparation was excellent. I would not hesitate to stay there again.,
Front desk workers, although eager to assist, did not have a good command of the English language. The accents were very heavy, and sometimes I had to ask them 2 or more times to repeat what they said.
A nice hotel, not worth the money
The location is great, right on fourth street. The bed was very comfy and the tv was huge.
The bathroom was freezing, and the noise from the late night parties echoed from the lobby right outside the door, made it hard to sleep. Valet was expensive and the pool was alright, kind of small. No hot tub. No free wifi, no breakfast included. For the cost, I expected more.
The basic room appeared recently renovated and was borderline luxurious, depending on your definition of luxury. Definitely highly comfortable. High-end bathroom, bed and bedding were marvelous, the robe is a welcome touch. Stayed Fri-Sun, there was a lot going on in and around the hotel. I was pleasantly surprised at how the noises disappeared once my room door closed. The complimentary Wifi was more than sufficient for my needs without having to upgrade, and was trouble-free. Nice to see a hotel that's recognized by 2016 that a couple of USB charging ports on the nightstand might be handy; I didn't have to take my wall charger out of my bag. There's a room safe big enough for a 13" laptop (but not a 15") and the safe has a 110V outlet inside the door, nice. Huge flatscreen with great sound. Room keys are chips, not mag swipe, so you can unlock the door without taking the key out of your wallet. The elevator might leave your stomach in the lobby when you're going up ;) Parking was advertised at $13 but ended up being only $10; there's no integration with the room key though so you have to keep up with your ticket. This hotel is connected to the Louie Link enclosed walkway that runs from Galt House and KFC Yum Center at the north to Fourth St Live at the south. And the staff is great! Highly recommended. Thanks!
location, gym, comfy bed
Loud
The noise in the hotel did not stop all night. When I checked out in the morning there was a drunk asleep in front of my door. Not worth it
