Cons: Not much to complain about except the parking fees. Those seemed excessive. Friends thatcame for drinks and dinner paid $50 for parking just as we did for the overnight.

Cons: Breakfast took a little too long to prepare. People on the move would not be able to wait for the service, although the food was excellent.

Cons: Pretty pricey for a boutique hotel. Elevator is super super slow and sometimes doesn’t work.

Cons: The elevator. I thought that I was going to get stuck, more than once.

Cons: The pool area was a little confusing. It was hard to tell which chairs were taken. The chairs by the shallow end of the pool were occupied by people who didnt seem to want to get wet which was frustrating. The hotel room felt like a store. Too many items for sale. This also took up precious space for personal items.

Cons: A dresser for clothes in the room would have been nice. There were hangers but no space to put other items from suitcase.

Cons: Staff were very rude and not helpful. Would not accept cash for incidental room fee

Cons: - The first room I stayed in was small, had a view of nothing but the rooftop A/C units, and had incredibly noisy ventilation system. The very polite front desk staff moved me to a different (and much nicer) room upon request - $10 bottles of water in the room. Come on guys, a complimentary bottle of water won't kill the margins. - 'Hotel-branded' flip flops for sale at $20 instead of the inexpensive complimentary slippers that are normally available at hotels of this level

Cons: The service was horrible! The bartenders and waitstaff in 3 different venues within the hotel were awful! Rude, not attentive at all, for a place that automatically adds 18% gratuity on top of the additional tip, shame on them for having bad staff at such a iconic and beautiful hotel. This literally ruined the ambience and enjoyment of my stay.

Cons: Very hard to sleep in when staying by the pool. Lots of noise every morning from both the hallway and the pool. Hallways smell like weed. Even though we knew we had to pay for parking, $36 a night is a bit extreme

Cons: My room smelled terrible. I didn't like the staff because they were very rude to me for walking around the hotel at night.

Cons: The lift was close by and was a little noisy early hours of the morning.

Cons: Really no complaints. I do wish the pool was open later though so we could have enjoyed it more

Cons: No elevator available to get up the very steep stairs; hard to negotiate that with a heavy duffel bag

Cons: Everything. The minute we get there we are ignored for a good 15min while the front desk flirted with a girl in the lobby. We are finally helped, but with attitude from the minute I opened my mouth to check in. Then we were told I had to have a passport to check in. I provided my out of state drivers license and was told that still wasn't enough. They had to have an itinerary showing that I planned on leaving. Nothing on the website we used to book advised anything about having to provide a passport and i have stayed at sevreal hostels around the US and never once did they require a passport to stay at their establisment. I even double checked my itinerary details when we left to see if there was any disclaimer. We ended up just cancelling our reservations as long as they didn't charge us. The guy checking us in was rude the entire time and had little to no care if we stayed. Never again.

Cons: Communal lavatories and bathrooms. But this is a hostel so it's acceptable.

Cons: Long flights of stairs to room. Very slippery tiled shower floors -- I fell! $2 extra for towels.

Cons: The only thing I didn't really enjoy as much (and this really couldn't be avoided) was sharing a room with 7 people. Not that they weren't nice; just the awkwardness of not having much privacy and trying not to make much noise when you come in late or head out early. Other than that, it was great.

Cons: Everyone showers in the morning so the water gets really cold. This is not their fault though:)

Cons: There were no full-length mirrors! This is a problem for me--and I imagine other not-tall travelers, because I couldn't get close enough the one mirror in the room to apply makeup. The shower leaked and the toilet made weird noises. The hallways did not seem to have any kind of noise absorption--you could very clearly hear everything that every said, even when they weren't being loud. The cleaning staff yelled backhand forth to each other early in the morning right outside my door. There was no way to have tea in the room, and it was outrageous that they charged $4 for tea in the eating area.

Cons: Could not get adequate towels despite repeated requests. Tiny room, no space to hang out, difficult for three adults to move about in the room. No bedside lamps. Bath towel had a ragged hole in it!

Cons: Room was small for the price, bathroom door needed to be not see through, and it was a lot farther from the Hollywood bowl than stated

Cons: Beds extremely uncomfortable and staff not very friendly at all. I attempted to call the front desk several times when we first arrived but no answer what's so ever (almost as if the guy at the front desk avoided talking to me)

Cons: There was no parking is there were people screaming up and down the hallways there was smoking in non-smoking rooms and when I woke up in the morning for the little sleep I could get there was throw up in the hallway and none of the employees had any idea I was even there not worth it never stay there again.

Cons: Their very small parking garage was full. There wasn't any street parking available. We had to park down the street and pay $25 to park in that lot. For that $25 more, we could have stayed at a much nicer hotel that had parking for us. We were trying to save money by staying here and it cost us more because of parking.

Cons: Parking was unavailable. Website said there would be parking. I use hotel.com a lot (need a room tonight) however I no longer will use unless I get a refund
