Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, modern style, and cleanliness, with several highlighting the vibrant atmosphere and quality bar experience. However, many reviews mention issues with service, such as slow or unfriendly staff and problems with room service and billing. The breakfast offering also receives criticism for being expensive or unavailable at times. Overall, while the location and cleanliness stand out positively, improvements in service and breakfast would enhance the guest experience.
