Very good location, great staff, high quality facilities and overall great experience. Unfortunately the night we stayed the rooftop was closed due to an event.
We didn’t have a view from our room despite requesting it, instead the view was blocked by some part of the property structure.
Lauren in concierge was above and beyond thank you
Nice big rooms with good facilities. The location was fantastic.
Half the pool has some cabana sun beds which we sat on for about an hour and were then told we had to pay $250 to stay on them so they were empty everytime we went! Seemed unnecessary to me. Also after asking multiple times our room wasn’t cleaned one day and seemed to be a lack of communication.
The hotel is great. very nice decoration, night life, staff, food,... I liked everything but the noise at night.
Our room was on the side of the building where there is a bar on the other side. The room was hence really really noisy until 3am.... and I couldn't sleep well.
