Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's location, noting its proximity to major attractions and public transportation. However, many reviews highlight significant cleanliness issues, including dirty rooms, stained linens, and the presence of bugs. The breakfast offering is widely criticized as inadequate, with guests describing it as minimal or non-existent. Service quality is also a concern, with reports of rude or indifferent staff and slow responses to guest needs. Parking is another negative point, with complaints about high fees, limited spaces, and poor security.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) Night shift receptionist.
Cons (-) Clean. Clean. Clean. Fix fix fix. It was so sad to see such a jewel in such bad condition. Haters didn’t work. So had to BB transfer rooms. Dirty sheets. Dirty floors. Dirty walks. Dirty everything.
