The manager does NOT know how to use conservative measures in having normal healthy dialogue with customers. He made me pay a 200 cash deposit and said “it was the rules” while he didn’t make another group of Asian guys pay a deposit. Picking and choosing who he “trusts” based off perception is very problematic especially for a manager. In a respectful manner I asked if they had spray disinfectant...

Pros (+) The front desk was helpful and the hotel was close to the concert venue we were attending (The Palladium). The room was clean. It's a budget motel so nothing fancy but fine if you just want a place to sleep.
Cons (-) It's Hollywood so the area is a bit seedy. Keep your valuables with you and lock your car. Your room rate only includes parking for one car. I was meeting my friend who drove separately and was told there would be an additional charge for her car. The table and chairs in the room were kinda falling apart.

Pros (+) Close to the fun things to do in Hollywood. Plenty of food and stores near. Parking and close to metro.
Cons (-) It was far from up-to-date. Had to check out remote. Noise can be heard through walls. A.C. barely worked.
