The owners weren’t in and the dogs barked until the owners were home at almost 2am. I was so tired and so frustrated. I called the front desk but they only told me these are “vip guests since they’d been there 14 days” and so they had so sympathy. I thought we deserved a discount especially since I called in to request a quiet room at booking and the day of arrival. We were having our first night away from our baby and all I wanted was sleep. They didn’t offer and discount. I would never stay here again. Poor facilities( pictures look clean and the floors are grimy). Beds feel grimy too, our air filter needed changing. Stay away!

The AC is a window/wall unit, which means the AC may not be as quiet and cool as some wish. I'm used to it because I live in an old building and have a window unit, but I can see how someone who lives in a newer building might find this odd for a hotel. Nice toiletries in the bathroom with shampoo, conditioner, lotion and body wash. Nice location in walking distance of coffee shops and eateries. Basically, this is a no-frills hotel that is a perfectly decent place to lay your head.

Cons: Priced up to 230$/night. (Varies by day) for that price I expect some level of luxury-esq. yet only had a loud window AC in the record setting LA heat of early July. No microwave, No ironing board, not even an ice bucket/machine, the only closet looked like it was bought at ikea a decade ago, the fridge was ridiculously small ones that can barely fit a six pack of bottle necks. The room came with 2 towels and I was told no when I requested a 3rd for my daughter.... I needed to get a roll away bed for my 5YO which then charged me 10$/night for which is crazy to me. Parking was 25$/night (no valet) which I talked down to 20$ but it’s in a tiny cramped lot, if you get back late you’ll be lucky to find a spot. Location is sketchy at best, at least in walking distance to restaurants if your crazy enough to cross a street in LA. Bottom line, it’s a low end hotel at resort prices... will not be returning.

Cons: For 2 of the three nights I got almost no sleep. There were other rooms around mine where numerous ( 5 in one room?) people were loudly yelling, partying, and who know what else. The management was unable to handle this.
Also, I had a truck which is $30 per night extra, not $20. I found this out as I left. It wasn't a great experience all around. But that said, the staff was really nice, especially the parking lot guys.

When I asked for an iron and ironing board, they were in poor condition. I'm not sure if the iron was working properly and it water spilled out from it when I got it. Ironing board was old and stained.
Some of the upholstery in the room was stained. Didn't bother me, but might bother some people.
Why is there not even a vending machine to get water? I had to resort to just filling several small glasses of water from the lobby.

After reporting the problem, the staff behaved strangely, arguing that they could see nothing on the cameras, that the cameras were not working, or that they had no access to them. Elevator is closed to the garage at 9pm, I’m sure it’s a safety issue, but it’s just an inconvenience because you have to walk around to get back inside. Breakfast needs more variety. Just want to say that it is LA your gonna hear the traffic and noisy neighbors are gonna happen, if you’ve ever lived in apartments or condos, noisy neighbors happen. If you want more out of a hotel in LA than pay a higher price!

Cons: Well to start shower curtain and shower curtain rod were falling off the wall mildew in the bathroom floors were not clean beds were hard and uncomfortable .. The photos that were shown were not even close to what the accommodations were .

Each of our guest rooms features 27 inch television, refrigerators, coffee makers, hair dryers, iron and ironing boards. We have a restaurant that serves dinner and room service daily. The lounge is also open daily and offers happy hour specials. We offer free parking in our garage for your entire stay.

Cons: The Couch is too small for suite with this price. Should have larger refrigerator and a must have a Microwave. Additional seating chairs is needed.

Cons: Wish there were more power outlets or a power strip by the desk for my laptop. Had to look really hard to find power outlets. The coffee in the room left a LOT to be desired.

Cons: We enter our room around midnight the first day. The air was off so the room very hot and stinky. It smelled like an old person's room. The handle to the shower was broken. There were no curtains, just an old fashioned shade.

Cons: The rooms are a bit run down. Management would definitely make the place even more attractive if it invested in new shower heads, for example.

Pros: The location was convenient for most attractions.
Cons: The hotel is old and poorly maintained. I had to switch rooms twice. The first room had issues with plumbing, second room had issues with air conditioner. I will never stay at this dump again, spend the extra $$$ cause you get what you pay for!!!

Cons: I was given a smoking room when I booked non-smoking, which the room smelled horrendous and I woke up with bad allergies the next morning. I couldn't even stay the second night after my plans during the day because it was so strongest bad. and roaches.
