Cons: I would have loved a better view, but I was in a very comfortable room. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows are perfect. The temperature control in the room was on point and I felt very comfortable despite the punishing heat.

Cons: The only thing that I would say needed work was my bathroom in the hotel. There was pink and red speckles all in the shower. I'm not sure if it was dried cleaning solution or what but it made me not want to use the shower at all.

It was a special birthday trip for me, and I had chocolate strawberries, Prosecco, and a lovely little chocolate cake upon arrival. Our suite was large with a very comfortable bed and huge sofa. Great overall vibe. Our friends had a small but well-apportioned corner room with windows on two full sides and an amazing 20th floor view. Staff was friendly and helpful and bar was comfortable with good drinks. We did not have the opportunity to try the restaurant, but will next time. Great location.

Pros: We love the free happy hour and breakfast. Self-parking is located directly behind the hotel. The pool has a nice view of the Discovery Park. The rooms are very clean. And the staff was friendly.

Cons: The air was not working in the bedroom part of the suite and we weren't the only guests with that issue this has been an issue before and I see it still hasn't been corrected. The only other thing I was disappointed with is the size of the pool.

Being associated with the Hilton, i definitely expected a metal knife and fork and a proper plate. I cant imagine anything gets recycled as everything just got dumped in the bin. We were told someone sorts through it, but im sure it costs more for someone to scrape all the food off and sort, than a dishwasher would. It would be nice to be told before hand, that there is a £50 a night per person, surcharge for damages taken. Which after 3 days i still havent got back.

Cons: PARKING. When you factor in the cost for parking/valet along with the cost of the room, it does seem a little steep in price. Other than that, i really don't have anything to complain about. Maybe an earlier check in time.

The hotel manager moved me to a different room. The manager's name is Maggie. She was/ and is outstanding. Every time I returned to the hotel she greeted me by name. The hotel as well as the staff made for an outstanding visit to Houston.

Service was good but I would not say excellent as in the evening it was a bit slow. Breakfast was also good and service very good. We did the buffet tho so I don’t know how it would be if you ordered off the menu. Overall a good experience and I would stay again.

Cons: Even though I had a "Business-Size King room". My room was really small. The bathroom design was horrible, barely any counterspace and the toilet was connected. Gross. The room was overpriced at $120/night. PLUS they MAKE you use their Valet parking-$27 a night!! The location was horrible, real bad neighborhood. Wouldn't feel safe at night. Overall my worst hotel experience. I will never book here again.

Cons: Hotel was hard to find in the direction I approached it. No address marking on hotel. Hotel information did NOT indicate a required valet parking fee. Very unhappy about this. No ice machine on floor tho indicated by signage.

Cons: We were charged $27 to park overnight. This was not mentioned on the website and they was the only place to park all night that we were aware of. The hotel did not advise us of other parking location. We had other issues as well.

Cons: The breakfast offerings were mediocre and the pool was out of service in 100 degree weather. This was one of the primary reasons that we selected to stay at this particular facility. We were very disappointed as we had planned to spend one of our entire vacation days lounging by the pool.

Cons: Multiple brands (Spring Hill Suites, Courtyard, and Residence Inn) in a single building was confusing, mainly because they each have their own check-in desks but those desks don't have big signs behind them making it clear which hotel's desk you're at.
