8.8 Excellent
Pros: The bed was great and the breakfast is very good. I loved the location and while the gym is a little cramped it has all the equipment you need and is in good shape. Staff was very friendly and supportive. Outdoor restaurant was great.
Cons: WIFI could be more consistent and the TV system could be better, weak sound and fuzzy channels.
7.9 Good
Pros: Breakfast and room
Cons: Hot water was not available during bath Advise guests about min bar
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Every moment spent at the hotel. The check in was wow!!!! We were welcomed like royalty, with fresh cold apple juice while our check in process unfolded. The atmosphere was just breathtaking.
Cons: Having to say goodbye to the hospitality and the place that was more than home away from home.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The views of the ocean are breathtaking
Cons: N/A
10.0 Excellent
Pros: View, room, staff
Cons: Club sandwich——too much bread which was too thick, too toasted (I like toast but it just fell apart in my hands), not much chicken.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful property and excellent location... value for money... good quality food and lots of things to do... enjoy drinks or coffee tea or try your luck in the Casino... something for everyone whether travelling alone or with family.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The only good thing about the hotel is location and the restaurent and hotel is charging for location otherwise for this price far better places shall be available nearby
Cons: The check in staff was not upto expectation. The bathroom was very normal like a 2 0r 3 star hotel, room decor was nothing great and the veiw was also not good.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I liked everything at the property. It is a classy hotel and we were fortunate to get a large sized and spacious family room with walk-in closet. On the top floor there is a viewing deck from where you can see the ships passing. The location is quiet and close to other restaurants like Spurs and ATM machines. The breakfast buffet is very good.
Cons: I would like to mention that one has to aggressively ask for good rooms especially when the hotel is fully booked. The first room we were given didn't have a working ac - it was noisy and we asked to be moved to another room which fortunately happened the next day.
6.3 Good
Pros: Comfortable beds and pillows. Good sized room and bathroom. Staff were friendly.
Cons: Very dated interior and could do with a refresh. The pool area was sad and the water uninviting and murky.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Incredible sea views and good food. We upgraded ourselves to the most exclusive suite which had a balcony and a bath overlooking the ocean. The cafe gets busy on Fridays and Saturday so it was nice to dance and the staff at the casino were incredibly friendly! The spa and the gym have excellent facilities!
Cons: 1. The bath we had had no hot water during our stay, only the shower 2. The security guards constantly harass guests of color asking them whether they are guests at the hotel and which room number they are in, while others roam freely at the pool etc. We would get asked at least 5 times a day! Unacceptable! 3. The rooms that don't face the sea face à big solar generator and are unpleasant 4. The female réceptionist was moody but the gentleman was amazing
8.3 Excellent
Cons: Food at cafe was pathetic & the bar they need to send them for training for cocktails very disappointed at this standard hotel

Pros: Excellent hotel , although I feel that this time around their food prices are just ridiculous
Cons: Also safety was an issue as one of my friends came to visit us at our room and because his famous and they obviously know him a card to our door was given to him. 9.6 Excellent
Pros: Best Western Coral Beach Hotel - still a little paradise in Dar es Salaam with the perfect location in northern Dar. Breakfast offers a rich variety of food and beverages.
Cons: The quality is of high standard, there is nothing negative to be mentioned.
7.1 Good
Pros: Breakfast was not good at all, Saturday and Sunday it is supposed to be till 11 am. We were down for breakfast at 10.20 am Sunday and found all the serving bowls empty, no beans, sausages etc. In the cooler where the yogurts and cheese is kept there were only three pcs of cheese with no serving tongs, no butter....
Cons: Our rooms AC was working when we checked in and stopped cooling in the evening and we reported the matter before leaving to go out. When we came back very late at night we were requested to move into another room. Upon entering our existing room we found the AC was working and cooling well so we decided to stay in the same room. Next night the AC stopped working and one of the ceiling lights started flicking even when switched off. We had to turn off the main switch so that we could sleep. To make matters worst there was maintenance going on in the next room starting early morning with a lot of banging. Lastly when we checked in to our room the guys were fiddling with the safe for almost 20 minutes. They got the safe working but when we wanted to check out the safe would not open and we had to call the reception to get it opened.

7.1 Good
Pros: Breakfast was good. The area was peaceful and serene. Great landscaping. Very private.
Cons: The beach was very dirty.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We came here on our Honeymoon. This is the Paradise on Earth. Very friendly staff, very friendly general manager, very clean rooms, very close to the beach. In nature, far away from the noisy main city. Cottages very spacious. Fresh food tailored to your wishes. I will definitely come back next year. Thank you very much to everyone in the resort. M+L
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The rooms are huge and comfortable, with a spacious patio and a hammock. The beds are enormous and very comfortable. There are only 10 rooms so even when the hotel is full it is quiet and tranquil. The location is gorgeous. Make sure you take the cliff walk and then walk to the adjoining beach at low tide. It's spectacular. The food was tasty, although a bit pricey. Breakfast is a buffet with a varied selection, especially considering the size of the hotel. Very relaxing, gorgeous place. I love it here.
Cons: There were some issues with our food orders, but the manager was very apologetic and worked to solve the problems. Make sure you order food quite a bit in advance and double-check the orders and time. Cocktails are very expensive.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Peace and quiet, lovely beach, great staff
Cons: Room could have had a small kitchen, cooking area next to the fridge
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Large property, comfortable room, good large beds, clean and wonderful beach and sea view, good quality food!
Cons: Nothing particularly, Wi-fi limited... the coffee is not the best!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location is great. Food is awesome and staff are very professional
Cons: The hotel needs to be careful with its day visitors - four people came for the afternoon and brought their loudish music with them - not good for a place that calls itself 'peace'!
5.8 Okay
Pros: Staff hospitality
Cons: too costly
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The beauty of the area was reflected by the quality of the hotel. The staff were professional yet kind and their attention to detail impeccable. Spotless, excellent food, amazing location and outstanding accommodation, what more could you ask for.
7.5 Good
Pros: Beautiful location. Breakfast had many choices.
Cons: The wiFi service is limited and not easy assessable at both locations provided by the hotel. The check out process was confusing due to booking online with a credit card and future explanation of staff that the payment must be made at checkout. No wifi service at check out point to follow the accuracy of information, and no contact with the manager at that time. The check out took up to forty minutes which delayed other plans that our family scheduled for the day.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: with Protea great!
Cons: Reducing plastica disposable

Even before checking in they have just received me very well and offered a welcome drink understanding the pain or long distance travelers. We can feel the empathy in there service. The kitchen staffs gone extra mile to serve my dinner even are there service hours with no hesitating. Even housekeeping staff was having her own power to decide for giving extra Complimentory water bottle when asked for with no silly additional approval's :). There was two incidents if forget my cash pouch in the room and still my money was safe.. Breakfast buffet was very will panned it was multi cuisine with good options for Indians. The manger was so helpful in giving us insights about the city and giving contacts that can help us on our line of business, which was an extra mile. Pros: This hotel is right in the middle of the business District. It is walking distance from everything , you can go to Kariakoo market by walk , or to Znazibar Ferry and there are always many modes of transport. The rooms are well appointed and very spacious. The staff ware absolutely wonderful, especially the reception staff, very efficient and kind.
Cons: the restaurant is huge but badly lit, it looked like it needed work. Breakfast was very basic. Electric plugs in the room are not easily accessible, although plenty. Bed linen needs upgrading. Bathroom had a nice multi headed shower, however only normal shower was functional.

Cons: Some of the breads were stale and I saw a bug crawling on the bread in the morning during breakfast.
7.5 Good
Pros: Staff were friendly especially atbthe restaurant
Cons: Being forced to pay when was checking in while i could pay when ws checking out..not sure if its their policy but didnt find it cool
7.5 Good
Pros: I am just height phobia so i did not like the upper rooms. Room 9 was really cool but it had a cigarette smell which kept me sneezing all through.
Cons: I would have enjoyed the down rooms factoring that i have phobia for heights. Room 9 cigarette smell should have been off to create comfort for the clients.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The staff and management was super friendly and very helpful. They allow us to leave our motorcycle in their secure parking for 7 days while in Zanzibar. Nice sized suite, top laundry and excellent restaurant.
Cons: Not much, it was good overall.
6.3 Good
Pros: The hotel has a nice courtyard.
Cons: This isn't really a hotel but more like an apartment square. The room I stayed was big, but very poorly utilized. The bedroom is looking on the street, which means its quite loud at night. The pool looks nice on pictures and the Wi-Fi is horrendous - If you have to work it is really annoying.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Good choice, opens early which suits, location is fine - no problems with bfast
Cons: The rooms are always closed up. I refer bright and airy! Otherwise all good - I am a frequent stayer because I like the facilities and the helpful staff.
7.1 Good
Cons: The old bed mattress and old noisy AC machines
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very good service from very friendly staff.
Cons: The church next door might wake you up every day at 6 am if you are in the mezzanine rooms.
6.7 Good
Pros: Breakfast and coffee was good. Room size was good.
Cons: No recognition of Marriott Rewards (Bonvoy) members, long/slow check in and only one of the staff willing to help with checking in. He was amazing though single handedly checking in, providing information, carrying luggage to the room and so forth. Room blinds didn't come down so your window is open (thankfully it was a back area/ground floor).
6.7 Good
Pros: Location and size of the room
Cons: Old hotel. Needs to be upgraded if compared to other properties in Dar

Pros: Hotel is in a really nice location. The staff is really nice and friendly and helpful. They have an amazing terrace lounge with amazing view and a really nice place to spent your time there. Rooms are very clean
Cons: The hotel even though has a really nice option and selection of food, still every time you order you are not sure of what they will bring..Over the times i was in there, every time all orders where different
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff were amazing, the room was very comfortable and views from room and particularly from the Citrus Lounge were stunning.
Cons: No alcohol
9.6 Excellent
Cons: Was a nice stay will definitely visit again
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is situated in the city centre with easy access to the rest of the city via uber or taxis. It's close to the Zanzibar Ferry Terminal and several other vantage amenities in the city. The rooms are very spacious and clean and staff are generally warm and helpful. The view from the 17th floor was absolutely breathtaking both during the day and at night. The pricing was very reasonable considering the room sizes and location (maybe because it was off peak season when I stayed there). I definitely recommend it for anyone hoping to explore Dar es Salaam
Cons: The breakfast was quite monotonous and lacked variety. The hotel doesn't serve any alcohol so guests have to find their own means of getting to a nearby bar or lounge. Not that it is difficult to find a bar that sells alcohol (in fact there are many nearby) but its not ideal if you don't want to go out of the hotel.
7.1 Good
Pros: hotel is in good location.
Cons: breakfast has not many choices.
5.0 Okay
Cons: Terrible room service, unable to make change, only one bath towel, hand towels had bad odor, room was warm and musty
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Was a great location for business. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Cons: The evening spraying of rooms is not the best solution for mosquitoes. Why not buy the electric mosquito coils for the rooms? Its quite effective and environment friendly. The restuarant at the rooftop didn't have much to offer... no alcohol too.

Pros: A real warm welcome from reception to the room. I checked in earlier in the morning and according to the policy of the hotel this should have been charged...the girl at reception escalating the case and the manager (Mrs. Tumaini) provided a reasonable solution. I was able to check-in. This can't go without mentioning the excellent service of Yohane, the porter. He was always there To make sure we enjoy our stay. He helped me out to get a reliable taxi driver and he even negotiate the best rate To meet our budget and expectations. He always went beyond and didnt hesitate a second to go extra miles. On our way back from Zanzibar we decided to stay in this hotel again. And since we had an early morning flight, 5.00am, Mrs. Tumaini and her Team was able to give us the room at a great deal. This time Yohane was off duty and we met Emmanuel, the porter (if I am not mistaken)...again it was an excellent service.

Pros: The location is perfect. It has the most amazing view from the pool and restaurant. The rooms have ac and that's amazing with the heat in the summer. Also they have musquito spray in every room, that comes in handy.
Cons: The rooms are okay, we had some problems with the shower, it could only be hot like hell or cold as in really cold. But we only stayed one night in that room, the other shower was just fine. Another bad thing was that we got called to come back because they forgot to charge a bill for like 20USD. We got stuck in traffic after and almost missed our flights.

Pros: It is in an easy location from the ferry and the rooms are nice and large. It is clean and the bed is very comfy. The porter was very nice and friendly
Cons: It's not a particularly nice area to stay and when we ate there in the evening, it took two hours and there wasn't a lot of food available. It was noisy during the morning call to prayer and it was a disappointing experience all up.

2.5 Mediocre
Cons: The rooms are not clean and there is no useful products in room like iron. And we booked room for 2 people but they gave us breakfast just for one person. They told us we have one breakfast for free and one breakfast will be charged. So we had to pay for one breakfast. It is ridiculous. I saw a lot of hotel in different countries so far and this is the first time I see a room for 2 people but breakfast for one people. And also they can't take payment as usd. Even if they accept they can't give exchange in usd. Also the personal is not kind to us. We don't like anything.
