Pros (+) Staff was good and attentive.
Cons (-) Headboard was lose and it banged against the wall with the slightest movement . Bathroom stank every time we ran the tap. TV froze every 3 min and required you to restart it.

Cons (-) Unfortunately, our toilet overflowed the first time we used it. Staff came to fix the situation quickly; however, they did not use disinfectant to clean it nor the floor that was flooded.
