Car could have been in better condition. It broke down on I4 in FL at 10pm and customer service was less than helpful for an hour. The tow truck when it arrived was great but getting help from Enterprise or state police in FL didn’t materialize. Enterprise should have sent an Uber at their expense as we were 7 miles from an exit. If it wasn’t for the amazing tow truck driver we might still be waiting. I set a reservation and they called me as I was deplaning to tell me they didn’t have any cars and apologized that they couldn’t honor my reservation, so I had to go to Hertz and pay an exorbitant price for a 2 day rental.Reviewed 27 Jul 2025
