Could be more accomodatingPros:Clean car with enough gas. Convenient to return rental car with deposit box and nice that they let us keep it for 24hrs, though would prefer lower prices for half that time.Cons:Not very accommodating when I couldn't use a credit card, which made us get caught up in rush hour traffic. Wouldn't even take another person's by phone and wouldn't accept interac. The others had to get a cab to come over just to pay for the rental. Rentals in this area are overpriced. Pros:The staff was all very courteous and very customer centered. They did not have the car I had opted for. However, they had a driver transport me to another location that they had it. Unfortunately, this location too did not have the vehicle so I ended up getting a free significantly upgraded vehicle that was loaded and could not have been more pleasant for a long distance trip. I was more than happy with the experience.Cons:The running around between the two enterprise establishments took a lot longer than I expected. The one I was taken to was almost 40 minutes from the original location. Even then, the car I opted for was unavailable and I was delayed over an hour. Additionally, the free upgrade was a guzzler so I may have spent the difference on fuel costs. Nevertheless, the vehicle was immaculate, comfortable and a pleasant surprise in compensation for my time.Reviewed 23 Sep 2017
