Very friendly staff, attentive, quick to get us going and show us the car. Drop off was very good, and staff were efficient. Receiving invoice immediately through email was great. I would definitely use Kayak again, and car rental with Enterprise. Not all fees were included in the price. There was a premium location fee and an extra fee for a different location. When we picked up the employee was very kind and helped us as best as she could. There was also no clear break down of our receipt and what we paid for. Overall, the experience was okay.
