We had two issues, first the backseat seat belt was broken - Enterprise quickly exchanged the car the next day. On the day of return, we noted that the window washer wasn't working and we were compensated. Love that Enterprise takes responsibility for their vehicles thru and thru! Thank you! For some reason, my reservation did not include the enterprise near the airport which the shuttle drop me off to. I asked the girl behind the counter if I could start over and simply rent a car from scratch. She said it would be well over $200 including the airport fees. This was over $100 more than my reservation. I said is there a shuttle that can take me to the Enterprise office I have my reservation with? She said they do not have a shuttle. I called the Enterprise office asking if they could pick me up from the airport . The answer was the same: no shuttle! The girl working at the airport enterprise said they honor my reservation 24 hours. So I actually walked the 5+ miles to my original Enterprise office. When I arrived, it was closed. After walking 5 miles to get there with my suitcase… Really!? I ended up renting an Uber to take me to a Turo Rental. That’s how I spent my freaking Friday. It’s also impacted my departure plans. Absolutely no convenience, no honoring my reservation, closed office, a nightmare! I will never rent from Enterprise again and will continue to share my story with others.Reviewed 7 Nov 2022

Booked a full size car and they gave me a tiny SUV as that is all they had. Car was not properly ready either , missing wiper fluid and had to check air on all tires. Poor experience.Reviewed 6 Nov 2022

The representative who handled my rental of a 7-passenger was very helpful in that he answered any and all questions I had about the vehicle. I was unfamilir with certain features and he easily explained what I needed to do (i.e., never used a vehicle with a "dial:" geer shift on dashboard. He was friendly and helpful in any and all questions I had. Upon return, the representative there was able to email a copy of my receipt to me. The only thing that could be better relates to the parking lot (is on Paradise Ave., which near location becomes a one-way street into airport area). Their lot is in a position beside another car rental company (lots side-by-side with devided fence). For a new customer, it was hard to determine exactly where to enter their lot. Better signage would be helpful, i.e., "Enter Here/Enterprise" or similar which could be easily seen by drivers.Reviewed 30 Oct 2022

The pick up agent and the drop off agent, who's names I do not recall were very good and helpful. The vehicle had a few issues that I brought to their attention. 1. Knocking noise from engine. Checked oil level and found it to be several quarts OVER filled. We were lucky not to blow out the rear main seal on the engine. 2. Transmission shifts very harshly when down shifting. 3. There was NO windshield washer fluid 4. Poor gas mileage due to engine miss and maybe being over filled with oil.Reviewed 23 Oct 2022

Let people know the rental pick up is not at the airport and that this location in Las Vegas closes at 5:00 pm…we went to enterprise rental at airport were told at wrong place…had Uber to hotel and Uber to pick up car the next day….very inconvenient…Reviewed 17 Oct 2022
