After standing in line for 20mins, Budget employee announces that they no longer have cars available and that they would not be honoring reservations; paid or pay at counter. Many customers were upset. We were told to come back the next day at noon for a possibility of having a car available. No guarantees. I ended up walking over to their competitor, Avis who was able to match their price and provided much better, friendlier customer service.Reviewed 25 Jan 2023

Budget had a long queue (waited 45min in line), unable to get the car on time. Counter staff gave wrong information for drop off point (can't drop key at their closed office). Called customer service 6 times and got hung up whenever we seek for solution for the situation. Inflexible in drop off location, delay in car pick up, poor customer service (pushing back and forth different departments) and car was crappy... most frustrating car rental experience ever!Reviewed 3 Jan 2023

I had to cancel because the pick-up day was Dec.25th they would not let me pick up the end of the day on Dec.24th or Dec.26th and pay the same price, if I changed the date the price would have changed by $300+ so I obviously cancelled.Reviewed 2 Jan 2023

The handling of the luggage at the airport was excellent. Unfortunately, when the luggage was received in Israel, most of it was damaged and one of the suitcases was completely damaged. The process of receiving the car and returning the car were excellent.Reviewed 2 Jan 2023

Very expensive options for the insurance. And we also felt a little tricked by the gas package which gives you the option to leave the car empty with the rental agency and they fill it up. It was presented to us as the best option and filling it up ourselves was presented to be very difficult to do right. In the end what was said to be the price for one full tank was able to cover for more than that making it a very bad deal. Again, it is an option and we picked it, our fault, but the way it was presented didn’t feel honest. Also the price at the end was almost 4 times the price for just the car, so keep that in mind. It was very clean though and the car we received felt on the higher end of the category. Everyone was also very nice.Reviewed 20 Nov 2022

Upon arrival. the car I had reserved was NOT available. It took close to 30 minutes to pick up a car. The first suggestion was to return to the airport and pick up our reserved car only to find out that there were none there either. They did give us a higher value car for the booking price. At drop off there was only one staff person, waited 15 minutes for him to finish with the person ahead of us. He was fast and courteous. Overall this location is poor at best.Reviewed 8 Nov 2022
