Good 7.5
Pros: Very warm welcome. Nice and friendly landlady who gave lots of good advice to public transport and tourist activities. Clean room with a shower which offers a decent jet of water. Good breakfast - different menus to choose. As we had to leave before 6am to catch our early flight we got a breakfast to take along.
Cons: The walls between the rooms upstairs are so thin that you can hear everything through it. Important to know as the double room with garden view is located next to the bathroom shared by several rooms.... The breakfast is limited to one of the menus offered. Means half a glass of orange juice per person only, my request for a yoghurt to add to a bowl of cornflakes wasn't possible (milk only available).
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Nice and kind host. Amazing breakfast, one of the best B&B I‘ve ever stayed 100% recommendable!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Lovely hosts, nice rooms, excellence breakfast choices. Great plaxe to stay. Since we couldn't attend the breakfast at the last day (had to leave early for the airport), we even got a breakfast to go - thanks again very much!
Excellent 8.3
Pros: The beds were soft
Cons: That breakfast was extra at a B & B. Although it was very good!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location was perfect and made getting to key places in Dublin. The breakfast was excellent and the owners were very helpful. I normally struggle sleeping at other places than my own home--I slept great at this B&B!
Cons: No complaints.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very helpful hosts. Good location
Cons: Small double room but good for the price.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The most amazing about this accommodation was the breakfast. Every morning we could choose between 5 types of breakfast all served with tea or coffee, toasts, butter and jam. The hosts were very sweet and polite. There is a bus stop in front of the house and a supermarket 5 min walking. There was heating. If I visit again Dublin I will choose the same accommodation.
Cons: I didn't like the size of the room - for Ireland and UK small sized rooms are widespread, but I am not used the bed to take the whole space of the room. We had some difficulties with controling the water temperature of the shower.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great breakfast, location is really good, near from the airport and to the city center also, just need to take one bus.

Excellent 9.0
Pros: Staff are great -it's like a 2nd home to me at this stage. Food at dinner and breakfeast was top class. Great job and please keep up the high standards you have set.
Cons: Noting comes to mind.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location
Excellent 9.0
Pros: It was clean, modern and had air conditioning (in a country with very few hotels or B&Bs with A/C). The shuttle bus ran regularly and on time. It's very convenient to the airport.
Cons: The bathroom needs upgrading. The shower/bathtub is awkwardly shaped and the curtain sticks to you. Also, they need fans in the bathrooms to extract the humidity.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very modern and spacious
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The front door of the hotel was across the road from a large park with mature trees so you could go for a walk to recover from jet-lag. The room was quiet so you could sleep well no matter what time you arrived. The hotel is a short distance from Dublin Airport (shuttle buses provided). The reception coffee area is comfortable with a good alternative of teas. 5 minute walk to bus stop for travel to city center (bus travel to city center 30 minutes although the announcements before the bus stops were difficult to hear). Good city maps and tourist information provided at the hotel.
Cons: Not clear during booking that breakfast was not included. Need to warn customers that you need exact change for bus to city center although the hotel provided a helpful card with locations and bus times was provided. The hotel should be clearer that the paid car parking at the hotel appears only to be by the day (my arrival was about 14:30 and departure was 11:50 the next and still had to pay for 2 days - once on my bill and once at the parking garage)?
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Check in staff was lovely, polite & welcoming. Breakfast and coffee was amazing, breakfast staff were also lovely. Hotel grounds and room were lovely, no complaints at all, bar the check out staff, she was rude and let the place down.
Cons: No complaints, bar the check out staff, she was rude, firm/arrogant.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great room. They had outlets for international chargers. Front desk helpful and friendly.
Cons: None
Good 7.0
Pros: Very close to the hospital my relative was staying
Cons: Room was cold

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Such a beautiful place - such a wonderful atmosphere. Highly highly recommend

Okay 4.0
Cons: I got food poisoning from the salmon pizza in the Italian restaurant - left my details at reception - Still waiting for a response
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Location Shuttle bus
Cons: Price
Excellent 8.0
Pros: I did not have breakfast as I left to go to the airport for a 8am pick up , so I did not have time for breakfast , but when I stay the next time I will be sure to let you know how the breakfast was
Cons: The Italian kitchen , who ever served me my 3 pints of Guiness , needs to learn how to pull pints of Guiness properly , the pint was filled in one go and the temperature was not right either it was too warm .
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Close to airport but much nicer than typical airport hotel exp. great bar and restaurant Shuttle service very good
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Bed was very comfy, but just even a tiny bit TOO warm! Shuttle bus to airport extremely handy, and driver very helpful in getting my luggage on and off bus
Good 6.5
Pros: Resturant was convenient and food was good. Pillows were very comfortable.
Cons: Like many European hotels the american amenities were lacking, unfortunately we weren't carrying basics as the stay was last minute and unplanned, the ability to shower would've gone a long way. TV channels were very basic (maybe 20?) and at least half were not in English. But it beat spending the night in the airport for sure.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The shuttle was right to pick you up
Cons: The food was quite expensive and portions were small
Excellent 10.0
Pros: 24/7 access, very flexible on eating arrangements Free shuttle bus to/from the airport
Cons: No
Okay 4.0
Pros: Location was ideal and the rate was good
Cons: There was rust in the bath and the towels had stains on them. I had a dessert in the bar and got the wrong bill.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Nice hotel very convenient for the airport. The have a excellent shuttle bus service to and from the airport
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Easy airport access with shuttle bus.
Cons: Somewhat noisy because of arrival of other guests - notably aircraft crew. Parking was horrendous and there was almost no baggage carts in the parking area.
Good 6.0
Pros: The location is very convenient to the airport.
Cons: They nickle and dime you for everything.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff is great and they go above to make your stay great.
Cons: Is a bit far from the city center. But the bus stops just across the street from the hotel and a 10 min ride to down town.
Good 7.4
Pros: Checkout time of 12. Friendly staff. Convenient location (close to city center and airport):
Cons: No air conditioning made sleeping difficult a few nights. The double room had 3 beds (two doubles and one queen) instead of two queens. No couch or armchairs in the room.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The bed was amazing, especially paired with the fan
Good 7.4
Pros: Location was convenient and non-room facilities and restaurant were quite nice.
Cons: We we reserved and were sold “an executive king” with a view and upon arrival were told no such accommodation exists (caution!). in fact, our executive king was actually a quite small king room, with a view of parking lot and busy street and no air conditioning. It turns out that is situation with many of the hotel’s rooms. The only way to get ventilation is to open a window which gives you much highway noise. Not at all a restful setting.
Excellent 10.0
Cons: We could not switch on bathroom light withought room main light.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The breakfast was good
Cons: The location was not ideal..
Poor 1.0
Pros: we got an oversized room..comfortable beds and free water and a spotless toilet
Cons: on check in the very rude local lady told my wife we could park somewhere up on homefarm road after the booking clearly stated parking available. We just had a 2 hour drive from Cavan for a christmas party then having to deal with this.I had a car full of presents and was not leaving my car on the street so i went in and told the lady i moved 2 cones that were blocking a spot she lost the head and called the manager.he then brought me to the sport and decided it was ok.the main problem is they are building a lidl next door and all the workers were taking the spots up leaving none for the hoteliers
Okay 5.0
Pros: Comfortable room
Cons: Building going on. Drink very expensive. Menu in Bar very misleading.
Excellent 8.3
Pros: Nice room.
Cons: I was surprised I had to pay an extra €8 to park my car in their car park
Okay 5.0
Pros: Our first stag was great..
Cons: Our second stay we were put in a very small doubke room yo uh could hardly move on and the bed was more like a three qtr size. Check out was a stuff up as we had thought we had paid but apparently not. We received a call while at the airport. Very poor.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Helpful, friendly staff at both the front desk and bar/restaurant. Comfortable clean rooms with nice amenities. Location was easy to get to and easy to get to the airport the next day.
Cons: Carpeting in room had a few stains, and the cart for dirty room service dishes outside the elevator a bit tacky.

Cons: i would not recomend it for disabled people 3rd floor is not disabled and no bathroom facilities in theroom for disabled people
Good 7.7
Pros: Peace & quiet
Cons: nothing
Excellent 8.0
Pros: I had the same room as in pictures, clean, nice, just excellent. The location is perfect. Close to the airport (20 min by bus 16a) and very close to the city center (10 min by any bus). Bus stop is next to the hotel. In the neighbourhood are Tesco, a Thai restaurant (very good and not expensive), kiosk, Croke Park. This is the best place to stay in Dublin.

Pros: The place was just beautiful and perfect. Excellent and friendly staffs, the room service was awesome. There are shops at about 1-2 minutes walk from the hotel. The buses run every five minutes to the city centre and the bus stop is 3 mins walk from the hotel. The pool and gym were also great, I have no complains as it was an awesome experience.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Staff were very friendly Food excellent Rooms clean and comfortable
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Facilities and breakfast.
Cons: Bath tap dripping
Okay 4.0
Pros: Some of the staff was very pleasant upon arrival. But the tub leaked and when I called no answer I had to walk down to get ahold of someone. The person told me they might move me if the person checking the leak says it’s necessary. They had construction going on. I was not aware of the construction at all. I’m sure if I was a different person it would a bigger deal. Would I come back. Maybe. But it was still disappointing.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff at check in were very friendly and were able to answer my questions about taxis, times etc to the best of their knowledge. I had also ordered room service, the pizza was amazing! And the chocolate desert was to die for!
Cons: The breakfast wasn’t great. The bacon was hard from sitting under the light so I didn’t actually eat it in the end.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Great hotel, high standard for a good price, spacious room, very comfortable and huge bed, great cleanliness in the room and bathroom, fast WiFi, good breakfast, friendly staff, good room amenities (coffee and tea facilities, iron and ironing board, even an alarm clock on the bedside table) , long-open hotel restaurant with good food and drinks, 5 minutes walk to the large Clare Hall Shopping Center, very close to the bus stop to the city center, easy access to the airport by bus from the hotel door, definitely good price for the room quality
Cons: For me, the room lighting was not bright enough. The room was too dim even when all the lamps were on. I missed the brightly shining ceiling lamp. I just love and need brightly lights. Everything else was perfect.
Good 6.0
Pros: Close to bus into city.
Cons: Twin beds! Few power outlets. No place for luggage.
Poor 1.0
Pros: None
Cons: The staff are not friendly and not helpful. There is a rule that 5 people cannot sleep in the room even a family of 5. They offer us a ridiculous price from 2am and check out at 7am. The hotel shuttle ends at 12:30. Overall, bad hotel experience.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Location, professional and helpful staff, room, food.
Cons: Surprised the hotel charged for internet access.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I loved the location in relation to the airport and the airport shuttles that were offered. The staff was super helpful and friendly the entire time. The room was amazing! Taking a nice hot bath after my trip around Ireland was great.
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Room was terrible!! No heat, lamps falling off by bed, shower leaked so much the shower head had to be placed in the tub.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Staff at the front desk very friendly and helpful.

Pros: Room service were lovely, staff all were lovely.
Cons: The shower was cold when we arrived, and the shower curtain was torn.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Staff friendly, plenty of parking, shuttle bus to.airport handy, and excellent bus service into Dublin, we asked to be moved because the wife hurt her knee at work, and doesn't do lifts, we where on the 5th floor, the staff moved us no bother, breakfast very good, if you leave hungry it's your own fault, we also had room service as we got caught out in storm Brendan and got absolutely soaked, came back to hotel decided to get something to eat as we couldnt be bothered going downstairs, we got it delivered to our room, hadn't to wait to long and the food was very tasty, all in all 10/10
Cons: Nothing

Excellent 9.6
Pros: Convenient, spotless clean, pleasant staff, no fussyness and nice food and menu. Always a nice stay
Cons: Parking is sometimes restricted due to residential location... but not a reason to not consider staying
Good 6.7
Pros: The bed was really comfortable and the room was spacious.
Cons: The hotel was very run down with paint chipping off the walls and skirting boards. The bathroom door in my room was difficult to open too. The staff did not engage very well with customers and there was very limited parking available. Breakfast only available from 7am which is frustrating if you have an early flight. No shampoo and conditioner available.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Clean and warm with extremely helpful and friendly staff
Excellent 10.0
Pros: everything. it was amazing! surprisingly good
Cons: nothing
Okay 4.0
Pros: The free airport shuttle.
Cons: My room was 80 degrees and didn't get much cooler. I realize most (perhaps even all) business in Ireland don't feel like they need a/c when the island stays cool. However, in a fourth story hotel room that has been baked by the sun all day, you either need to have a/c or windows that open more than an inch to cool the room. It took an hour and 3 requests to get a couple of tiny, tabletop fans. The staff at the desk and the porter were very unhelpful. I had just wanted to spend a night resting between flights, but that didn't happen. I should have spent my money elsewhere.
