Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very clean, comfortable, breakfast was great, & the owners were very friendly & helpful!! Located right near a bus stop that was very convenient to get around!
Cons: Surprised that it wasn’t air conditioned; however, we were able to sleep with the window open, so we remained comfortable.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We thought we would arrive late and communicated with the owners, they were very accommodating and told us not to worry. Upon arrival we were greeted by the owner who gave us loads of information about the bus routes, restaurants and any other information we requested. There is parking but I did reserve in advance. We were on a busy road however that did not bother us at all. We were situated about 15 minutes from the City Center by bus. The bus line that goes past the property takes you to City Center and beyond. We were given loads of information by the owners regarding some things we wanted to do in the City and their local knowledge was extensive. I would definitely stay there again.
Good 7.5
Pros: Alan and Maria the owners was very kind. The room was small but clear. The breakfast was tasty and plenty. The accomodation is 15 minutes from the city centre by bus which station is in front of the hotel.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Lovely hosts, nice rooms, excellence breakfast choices. Great plaxe to stay. Since we couldn't attend the breakfast at the last day (had to leave early for the airport), we even got a breakfast to go - thanks again very much!
Excellent 8.3
Pros: The beds were soft
Cons: That breakfast was extra at a B & B. Although it was very good!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very helpful hosts. Good location
Cons: Small double room but good for the price.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The most amazing about this accommodation was the breakfast. Every morning we could choose between 5 types of breakfast all served with tea or coffee, toasts, butter and jam. The hosts were very sweet and polite. There is a bus stop in front of the house and a supermarket 5 min walking. There was heating. If I visit again Dublin I will choose the same accommodation.
Cons: I didn't like the size of the room - for Ireland and UK small sized rooms are widespread, but I am not used the bed to take the whole space of the room. We had some difficulties with controling the water temperature of the shower.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great breakfast, location is really good, near from the airport and to the city center also, just need to take one bus.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Lovely hotel, very comfortable with a great bar and restaurant. The transport to the airport was a nice touch.
Excellent 8.3
Pros: The bathrooms were super nice and the beds comfy. The shuttle bus to and from the airport was of great convenience. The breakfast was magnificent, a wide range of choices. The hosts were quite friendly and the overall experience was fantastic
Cons: Got confused with the booking process especially when selecting options like breakfast. Had to cancel my initial booking and rebooked which was a bit of a hustle. If there was a way one could amend the initial booking to add extras such as breakfast etc that would be great otherwise our stay was great.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great location to the airport. The facility is very modern and extremely well run
Cons: No USB ports in the rooms
Good 6.0
Pros: The check in staff were friendly and very nice
Cons: Our tv didn’t work and it took an hour to get fixed (as in a new remote) and then it stopped working completely the next day but it felt like they cut it off maybe lol
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Great shuttle bus to the airport. Located close to public transportation.
Cons: Room service quality of food was poor.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Wonderful selection & service at breakfast. Staff very friendly.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff was amazing. We checked in early in the morning due to a delayed flight and the manager gave us free breakfast because we were only staying the room a short time and because we looked very tired. It made a huge difference.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Lovely hotel. Food excellent. Kind helpful courteous staff.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great room. They had outlets for international chargers. Front desk helpful and friendly.
Cons: None
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: The beds were very comfortable.
Cons: The wash rooms were not clean and run down. We requested for adjoining rooms was not met. The room we were given was a disabled room with low basin and toilet flush tank running.....
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Great room....

Excellent 10.0
Pros: The room is superb
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Spacious room, nice bar and restaurant, friendly staff and great shuttle bus
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Everything very well Very nice staff very funny very kind Dany
Good 6.5
Pros: Resturant was convenient and food was good. Pillows were very comfortable.
Cons: Like many European hotels the american amenities were lacking, unfortunately we weren't carrying basics as the stay was last minute and unplanned, the ability to shower would've gone a long way. TV channels were very basic (maybe 20?) and at least half were not in English. But it beat spending the night in the airport for sure.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great place to stay near the airport with complimentary shuttle service.
Cons: Not a lot to do near hotel.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great room Great breakfast
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Good bed nice staff
Cons: Had no water in t room had no milk stain on pillow
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Near the airport, a few minutes drive away from howth and malahide, the room was spacious and comfortable.
Cons: No free parking for guests. That would have been awesome
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Possibly the safest choice if you need to stay near the airport for whatever reason. If gigantic hotels with lots of amenities and comfort are your thing, you will be in heaven. Great bar with food till late, very spacious and clean rooms. Free shuttle bus to airport every 20-30 minutes!
Excellent 9.2
Cons: Leaving hotel at5am no warningsign and steped into mucky puddle beside outrer exit door
Excellent 9.2
Pros: We stayed there years before, this time the decorations and comfort was much, much nicer
Cons: I like more italian food, my husband fancied more grilled food. It is a shame that you can't order both from different restaurants
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Easy airport access with shuttle bus.
Cons: Somewhat noisy because of arrival of other guests - notably aircraft crew. Parking was horrendous and there was almost no baggage carts in the parking area.

Good 7.0
Pros: Food & staff very good
Cons: Need to confirm if friends who visit you are allowed to stay in reception once bar closed at night for drinks as a hotel guest guest
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff is great and they go above to make your stay great.
Cons: Is a bit far from the city center. But the bus stops just across the street from the hotel and a 10 min ride to down town.
Good 7.4
Pros: Checkout time of 12. Friendly staff. Convenient location (close to city center and airport):
Cons: No air conditioning made sleeping difficult a few nights. The double room had 3 beds (two doubles and one queen) instead of two queens. No couch or armchairs in the room.
Good 7.4
Pros: Location was convenient and non-room facilities and restaurant were quite nice.
Cons: We we reserved and were sold “an executive king” with a view and upon arrival were told no such accommodation exists (caution!). in fact, our executive king was actually a quite small king room, with a view of parking lot and busy street and no air conditioning. It turns out that is situation with many of the hotel’s rooms. The only way to get ventilation is to open a window which gives you much highway noise. Not at all a restful setting.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The breakfast was good
Cons: The location was not ideal..
Excellent 8.3
Pros: Near the bus station. Restaurants just across the street. 15” to Dublin city center with bus, depends on traffic. Room dated, but clean. Good value for the money. Good restaurant and nice coffees.
Cons: Our room was small as well as the bed. If you re taller than 1,90 m, it might be an issue.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Helpful, friendly staff at both the front desk and bar/restaurant. Comfortable clean rooms with nice amenities. Location was easy to get to and easy to get to the airport the next day.
Cons: Carpeting in room had a few stains, and the cart for dirty room service dishes outside the elevator a bit tacky.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Large sized room, close to shops and restaurants
Cons: Currently construction going on next door, very loud in the mornings
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff is what I liked the best. Everyone was very friendly (read "very Irish"!) and worked hard to provide well for guests.
Cons: Not really... anything I had problems with was solved by the staff asap. There were some television problems, but I only watched that late at night, and I wanted to get the lay of the political land, so I did want to see that. All in all, it was fine.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Lovely hotel staff lovely
Cons: When we entered the restaurant we were not served or given menus had been sitting for about 20mins ,had to asks for drinks and menus at the bar . During our meal then a guy was very attentive he must have been on his break. Food was lovely.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The breakfast and evening meal was good, and the room service excellent.
Cons: The coffee was terrible.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location
Cons: No

Mediocre 3.3
Pros: nothing the food was awful had to send back my meal turkey dinner the manager in fairness to him did not charge me for it the potatoes were awful not creamed the rost potato was hard and the vegg was either off or dirty i asked for a disabled room!! i got a room on the 3rd floor with no disabled bathroom or any facilities
Cons: i would not recomend it for disabled people 3rd floor is not disabled and no bathroom facilities in theroom for disabled people
Good 7.7
Pros: Peace & quiet
Cons: nothing
Excellent 8.0
Pros: I had the same room as in pictures, clean, nice, just excellent. The location is perfect. Close to the airport (20 min by bus 16a) and very close to the city center (10 min by any bus). Bus stop is next to the hotel. In the neighbourhood are Tesco, a Thai restaurant (very good and not expensive), kiosk, Croke Park. This is the best place to stay in Dublin.
Good 6.8
Pros: valuable price for money, longer walking distance to the city centre
Cons: $review.cons

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Owner lovely very personable, great value and warmly welcomed.
Good 7.5
Pros: Close to the airport with easy access.
Cons: Poor lighting for reading.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Great breakfast.
Cons: Cold water, radiator in bedroom not working.
Good 7.9
Pros: Excellent location for bus transport to/from airport and into the city centre. Excellent communications with the hosts made it easy for us to "self check in". Good restaurants and pubs within walking distance.
Cons: Older building with squeaky floors. Woke up at night when the people above us moved around (they were not stomping).
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Great location. Lovely street filled with pubs and restaurants. Mostly focused on young adults seeing as the Dublin City University is just down the street.
Cons: Room was a bit dirty when we arrived, like a hair tie laying around that wasn’t mine or my friends.

Excellent 8.8
Pros: Airport shuttle, breakfast to go as we had an early start.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Breakfast is all the same at every location. It would pay to come up with a new menu
Cons: Nothing
Good 7.5
Pros: The breakfast was very good.
Cons: The pillows were flat.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: I arrived a lot earlier and the initial staff was not friendly. I went next door to the Carlton and staff was very accommodating. I checked in later to the Holiday Inn and morning staff was a lot better/friendly. The location is only good for one night.
Cons: The earlier male staff was not friendly.
Good 7.0
Pros: The breakfast was really good. Little disappointed in the size of the room.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Everything was okay, cleanliness and delicious breakfast included
Cons: -
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Breakfast area clean and comfortable
Cons: No wash cloths
Good 6.3
Cons: Front desk Staff weren't so friendly and even the bar staff are not that approachable... They don't even know how to smile...
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Location was excellent for access to Dublin Airport. There was a lovely park across the road if you were looking for a place to walk. The breakfast was good for a continental breakfast - there were some hot foods. Everything was fresh. The staff were helpful. There is a small bar in the hotel, but you also have access to the bar and restaurant next door. There was a free shuttle to the airport. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The 12:00 pm check out was a bonus.
Cons: Nothing really. Just note that if are driving and put Norwood Park, Santry into the GPS it doesn't take you to the hotel. You need to put in Swords rd, Santry.
Good 7.9
Pros: It's a lovely hotel and we would stay here again, but we found the room size a good bit too small for the price we paid. Jennifer at the reception was wonderful and made our check in a delightful experience but the staff in the morning was too robotic with customers. We realise that you have plenty of tourist staying here, but a bit of "Failte" feeling wouldn't go astray ;-) The shuttle bus was a great and highly appreciated service and we also appreciated very much the take away breakfast for early departing customers. Thank you.
Cons: Takeaway breakfast consisted out of blueberry muffin, Orange and joghurt. I am not very fond of muffins and blueberry flavour is my least favourite. An offer of a savoury sandwich like ham and cheese or just Cheese or ham sandwich would have been lovely. Just an idea..
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Breakfast was lovely , lots of options
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Nice location Close to airport and good access to Dublin . We stayed at beginning and then at end of our trip. Great choice.
Cons: Nothing...

Okay 4.0
Pros: It was close to a big supermarket and mall with restaurants.
Cons: Shuttle bus to/from the airport is not reliable and it is not complimentary. The hotel could use updates and more amenities considering they charge over $--/night! They also double charged my credit card and has not corrected those issues.
Good 6.3
Pros: Location handy for the airport
Cons: Poor night sleep with heating coming on in middle of night. And we didn't enjoy our meal.
Good 7.1
Pros: Easy to get to. Free underground parking. Not far from Dublin or the airport.
Cons: The bed want very comfortable. A bit hard and unforgiving. The room lighting was truly terrible.
Okay 5.5
Cons: But nice building hotel. That is strict rules list
Good 6.0
Pros: Close to bus into city.
Cons: Twin beds! Few power outlets. No place for luggage.
Poor 1.0
Pros: None
Cons: The staff are not friendly and not helpful. There is a rule that 5 people cannot sleep in the room even a family of 5. They offer us a ridiculous price from 2am and check out at 7am. The hotel shuttle ends at 12:30. Overall, bad hotel experience.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Breakfast was excellent as was room service food. Great variety and plenty; of tables free. No queue.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Location, professional and helpful staff, room, food.
Cons: Surprised the hotel charged for internet access.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Good option, close to Dublin airport. Clean, decent food options in house.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I loved the location in relation to the airport and the airport shuttles that were offered. The staff was super helpful and friendly the entire time. The room was amazing! Taking a nice hot bath after my trip around Ireland was great.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Staff at the front desk very friendly and helpful.
Cons: No complainants.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff was wonderful. Upon checking in I mentioned were on our honeymoon. They upgraded our room and had champagne and chocolates sent up.

Good 7.5
Pros: Clean rooms, comfy beds, cosy in the winter. Handy location if you have business in nrt Co Dublin / airport area.
Cons: Parking is a bit hit and miss.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Convenient, spotless clean, pleasant staff, no fussyness and nice food and menu. Always a nice stay
Cons: Parking is sometimes restricted due to residential location... but not a reason to not consider staying
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Excellent airport shuttle bus service and clean, comfortable room.
Good 7.9
Pros: The hotel itself it great. The receptionists are very helpful and friendly, they directed us to the easiest way to get into Dublin. The breakfast is really nice, the executive room is clean, the bed is extremely comfortable and its not far from the airport.
Cons: The location isn't the best.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: The bed was amazing! Toilette clean and spacious. Staff is helpfull and friendly aswell.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Clean and warm with extremely helpful and friendly staff
Okay 4.0
Pros: The free airport shuttle.
Cons: My room was 80 degrees and didn't get much cooler. I realize most (perhaps even all) business in Ireland don't feel like they need a/c when the island stays cool. However, in a fourth story hotel room that has been baked by the sun all day, you either need to have a/c or windows that open more than an inch to cool the room. It took an hour and 3 requests to get a couple of tiny, tabletop fans. The staff at the desk and the porter were very unhelpful. I had just wanted to spend a night resting between flights, but that didn't happen. I should have spent my money elsewhere.

Pros: They let us check in earlier. The gentleman on the phone was very friendly and responsive. The room was clean, thought a bit small
Cons: TV reception was poor. I informed the front desk and the lady who answered said that she'd send someone to look into the problem. Unfortunately, no one came. I wanted to watch the Ireland vs Switzerland game.
Poor 1.0
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Not too far away from the centre and handy there was a bus stop just outside. The rooms where lovely, big and spacious. Daily cleaning and coffee making facilities.
Cons: The spa was a little dated and the bed was very hard, I kept waking up with pins and needles. On the whole though the rooms were great.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Bed very comfortable Room and hotel decor really exquisite Reception very helpful and welcoming
Cons: Staff during breakfast can be more helpful
Excellent 9.6
Pros: This is always our go-to hotel in Dublin when we stay! It is just so perfect in every way! It’s so close to the city without being actually in the city and there is a centra right outside incase you need anything ☺️ I’ve stayed here more times than I can try to count and I will forever choose this hotel when going back to Dublin! It honestly ticks all the boxes and is definitely brilliant value for money compared to all other hotels in Dublin! We’re going to be back in November for my graduation in my masters degree and we cannot wait!
Cons: Nothing

Excellent 9.2
Pros: Less than ten minute drive to the back of the airport. Secure underground parking. Supervalu/Centra across the road. Extra pillows in the press and a window that openned.
Cons: We were unable to turn off the radiator. It was extremely hot in the room when we got there and during the night. Thankful the window openned. But it was still a waste of energy. There was also limited signage to find the underground parking.
