My pickup was smooth but I had to request another car because my car was dirty on the outside as if somebody ran into mud but I was cleaned in the front. But I was given another vehicle. Drop off was very smooth. When I put gas back in the vehicle, I filled it up and upon realizing that I advised Ms Tamika operations manager and she assisted me because with a credit. Ms. Jackie checked me in and that’s was very good…it took her 5 mins. I will be using kayak and budget again 🙂Reviewed 24 Sept 2026

I booked a pick up for noon we arrived at 3:20, there was No cat available we had to wait 2hrs for the car by which time I had missed the Coast dinner we were suppowsed to attend. When we finally got the car it was dirty and it only a quarter a tank of gas. 👎🏻Reviewed 15 Jun 2026

I was charged for liability insurance though I had declined it when asked. Had to go back to the desk after dropping the car to get it removed. Was told I’d have to email the manager. Was very upset.Reviewed 25 Apr 2026

Got there, they had no cars, Budget lied that more cars would be coming in just a few minutes, so I should wait; no more cars were or did come. Awful experience. It was like the Seinfeld episode; they know how to take the reservation, they don't know how to fill the reservation.Reviewed 17 Apr 2026

They don't accept any debit cards. So if you book and think you're going to pay with debit, you can't. Also, they overcharged me. What they charged me differs from the desk to after return. Shady. Don't use them.Reviewed 16 Oct 2024
