Pros: Clean room; polite front desk staff.
Cons: There was an unadvertised conference at the hotel and our first room split a large group of families that had their children running and yelling outside of our door. Evidently this activity caused one of the children to vomit in front of our door. The front desk politely moved us to another floor. At the 2nd room, security decided to knock on our door at 9:30 PM to help a man that left a robe the night before. I have no idea why this couldn't wait or go through the front desk.

Pros: The suite rooms were fantastic. When you have two small children in a hotel room it can quickly feel cramped. Our king bed room was spacious with plenty of room for our kids to play, keep our stuff out of their sight, and allowed for flexible sleeping arrangements! The staff was courteous, friendly, and very patient with my boys.
Cons: Our room had two balconies that overlooked the lobby. This was a cool feature, but ultimately meant that we had no outside light. My five year old kept insisting the "sun was up" since he could move the curtains and see the light from the lobby. No bathtub, but not a big deal for one night stay.

Pros: Great rate, nice location. Covered parking next to the hotel, only $15 night. Most hotels in the midtown/downtown area parking is $30 or more. Affordable restaurants and bars within walking distance. Starbucks and Barnes and Noble across the street. Atlanta's own Waffle House next door. Easy access to all ATL landmarks and tourist attractions. The room was clean and spacious enough for a couple. King bed was comfy, bathroom clean with nice soap. The hotel bar was not overpriced with a decent food and beverage selection. I am an ATL native and stayed one night to attend a party downtown, used Uber as transportation to the party. I absolutely recommend this hotel, especially at $126/ night including taxes. What a deal!

Pros: The staff was great, the location is the best, very close to everything and within walking distance to great places such as bars and places to eat, and be social.
Cons: Who wants to pay for parking when you attend a hotel, no one, so I really don't like that we had to pay $15 a night for parking, but I get it. Also, I hate when hotels put holds on your debit cards, then you have to wait for the crazy fee and amounts to be refunded, it's like hello, why are you locking up my funds to begin with.

Pros: Clean and quiet hotel with nice and responsive staffs that made the stay quite comfortable. There was a problem with bathroom sink drain on the night of arrival, but the staffs fixed it while we were out on the following day.
Cons: Room air was extremely dry, which must be fixed to the entire HVAC system in the building. While the room and all facilities are clean, some facilities are getting old and failing already - bath tub water control was loose, temperature control buttons weren't quite responsive, etc.

Pros: The location is near Emory, CDC, Decatur, and Virginia Highlands. The public spaces are accommodating with comfortable lounge areas, pool, and lovely grounds.
Cons: We have stayed here many times over the past four years. There is large scale construction directly adjacent to the property which is noisy and dirty. The hotel check in staff were not friendly or helpful. The rooms are beginning to show their age including plumbing and bathroom fixtures that are broken and dirty grout in the shower. There is also now a charge for parking at $10/day (self park) which used to be included for all hotel guests. Our room keys did not work properly in the exterior doors or the parking garage which meant having to go around to the front entrance to gain access to our room. All-in-all I am sorry to report that things have gone downhill.

I booked another hotel but then I remembered I gave a credit card to hold my room at intercontinental. I called again, they were able to find me but my name was spelled incorrectly. I tried to cancel and they said it's too late to cancel. So I stayed 1 night and they had the wrong bed type. They gave me 2 double beds. I asked for a king and a baby crib. Then, my best friend tried to deliver me a birthday gift. When she went to the front desk, the front desk would not take the package because my name was still incorrectly spelled in the system. Pros: Hotel was modern and staff was incredibly friendly. I read previous reviews stating that the fire station was loud. I heard it once or twice, but I didn't find it to be a concern. The hotel provided ear plugs in the room for those that are light sleepers. We were attending a festival in Atlanta as we do every year. We haven't stayed that this location, but I definitely will again. For the money paid, the hotel stood up well against several other higher priced hotels we have stayed at in the area. It rained and they provided umbrellas for us to use during the festival as well.

Despite being told that they would speak with the guests, the loud talking continued, and I was forced to cut my trip short. I was really looking forward to sleeping late having had an extremely long work day the day before, but that did not happen. I checked out at 7:00 am and drove three hours to be able to get some rest in my own bed. At check out, the staff was rather indifferent about it all. Pros: We stayed here twice in 1 week and requested a King with View room. The first time we got just that, and the skyline view from the international tower was beautiful! The room was quiet, modern, and the best part was all the electronics plugs offered on the nightstands! Great location to restaurants and the trolley. When we checked in, we were told we were "guests of the day" and were given a voucher for food/drink items at the hotel's market. As we checked out, I happened to speak to a nice gentleman at the front door and mentioned we would be back in a week's time because we were celebrating our anniversary in Aruba. He gave me his card and said he and his staff would ensure that we had a great time when we returned. When we returned, he had upgraded us to a King Suite on the 17th floor with a corner view and 3 balconies! It was the most amazing room I have ever stayed in at a hotel. THANK YOU!!! We also had a nice "snack" in the bar and I had am amazing kale salad. We are now huge fans and will be staying at this hotel whenever we can in the future.
Cons: Our King Suite Corner View room could have been vacuumed better. It was apparent that housekeeping does not use a crevice tool at the edges of the carpet, for they were very dusty and dirty throughout the unit. Same with the window tracks, but this is pretty minor. Otherwise the room was AMAZING!

Pros: I absolutely loved the Club level and Club access, with wonderful food and beverages, as well as amazing service!!

Pros: The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Very polite. Even the cleaning crew when you meet them in the hall they all said good morning have a great day. I forgot to leave my keys in my car one night when we got in and they sent a security office named Erin to my room to get my keys and very polite. Pros: I like being close to the Atlanta area. I like the building architecture and the modern furniture.
Cons: After getting our key room, the reception attendant was not too clear about our floor number or room number, so we got of course in the wrong elevator (I had all the bags and three small kids). It was a little frustrating I wished more hospitality and clarity for our first time there... Then the next day the alarm clock in the next room to ours started beeping at 5am with no one there to turn it off. I had to call the guest services to ask for someone to turn it off. Of course all the kids I had sleeping with me woke up at 5am!!! not the way you want to sleep at a 5 star hotel!

Cons: The hallways on the actual guest room floors leave more to be desired. They are dark and gloomy. There's no decor, and it makes one a little nervous as to what their room will look like after they get off the elevator. Also, the parking garage needs more employees. It takes too long to get a car from Valet. Lastly, the Concierge service takes way to long. My friend called in the morning and asked for a toothbrush, it took 42 minutes to receive one.

Pros: Very friendly and accommodating staff. Was travelling with my seven year old and was impressed with every facet of this facility. The proximity to Phillips Arena, World of Coke, GA Aquarium, Olympic Park, CNN, and the College Football Hall of Fame make it the ideal hotel for an Atlanta vacation. The food court in the CNN center was also very, very convenient and provides plenty of options for those traveling with children as I was. The vast majority of the guests in the hotel appeared to be there on business but the hotel is very family friendly as well. My room was extremely clean and well-appointed. I arrived hours ahead of the check in time and was permitted to check in early. I look forward to staying again.

Cons: My husband and I stayed for (3) days. Our room only cleaned 1 time. On that serviced day, only (1) towel returned, and I had to request a towel the next day. My son had the identical room and his wife had gotten ill one night, they had to call house keeping at (1am) to ask for a clean-up. The hotel staff came in and used a wet vac... to pick up (bio-hazard) vomit that had hit the floor. I'm sure this happens from time to time and you'd think they'd use some kind of disinfectant and clean more thoroughly the next day or on the occasion.. No other cleaning application was applied. They explained that they will send someone up, 30min later, nothing, I went downstairs and the staff was short and lazy. I politely asked for a replacement card and asked if there is any kind of compensation for all the inconveniences that happened. Front desk said there is nothing they can do. Cons: Not the hotel's fault but we were blasted awake at 6:00 AM on Sunday morning by loudspeakers & loud music from the public park across the street. This was from the marathon being held that day. No problem with holding a public event but did it really have to begin at 6:00 AM? Countless other hotels guests from this hotel & others in the area were disturbed. I had a reasonable expectation of comfort from the hotel but this did not happen. Again, not the hotel's fault, but not what I expected. Pros: We had a wonderful stay at the Artmore. The staff was friendly and the decor and atmosphere were great. The only drawbacks were the tub and tile in the bathroom had been recoated at some point and the paint has begun peeling and chipping. The dresser in our room was missing the bottom drawer (which wasn't a big deal-it just made the room feel less cared for). And last, the chain bolt on our door was held on with a single screw that when touched, wiggled and nearly fell out-had it not been so late and had we stayed more than one night, I would have requested a repair be made or a change of rooms. All of that said, it is a cute boutique type hotel. The courtyard is fantastic. Even with Gide little issues, I would stay there again. We walked to Starbucks as well as to the art museum. The location cant be beat.

Cons: Bathroom paint needed update. Felt a little dated and grimy. It is a very old hotel that has been updated but the bathroom looked like it has just had years of paint. Needs a total redo. Probably why the price is so affordable. Only negative to our stay.

Pros: The staff is uniformly friendly and helpful throughout our three night stay. The bar is modern, yet cozy. This hotel would be a fine romantic get-a-way in the heart of Mid-town Atlanta. Walking distance to the Marta (across the street), High Art Museum and Symphony. Lovely courtyard with azaleas still in flower in Dec. The room was nicely laid out with wonderful, luxurious bedding. Pros: This is a great boutique hotel - reminded me of traveling in Europe. Great courtyard area, live band at the bar, great room. I didn"'t expect the kitchen area and it would have been very useful for a longer stay. Perfect picture of Marilyn Monroe in the room and a great little alcove with an Wlvis print for a mystical moment. Pros: Staff was helpful. Exterior is gorgeous. Nice to have the kitchen in the room--it was like an efficiency apartment. Tidy. A fine value and while it's mostly office buildings in the area, the location by the MARTA station was otherwise excellent.

Cons: The facilities were a little dated as were the fixtures in the room (sink, shower, etc.). My sink would not drain. It was moderately annoying. Pros: Staff in general is excellent except for "Bell" staff. Autumn is amazing as is other front desk team! Cleaning staff-very friendly!
Cons: Bell staff & valet are famous for watching you arrive and handle your own luggage. This most recent visit I was confronted by bellman saying I could not personally get a cart for my luggage. This was after standing at my car for about 5+ minutes while valet and bell staff were busy doing nothing. Amazing-it hasn't been a problem on past visits for me to get a cart and handle my own luggage while they all stand around and watch. The best they will do is push the handicap button that automatically opens the doors and sometimes a half hearted "can I help you". If management could get bell staff on board then everything would be first class.

Pros: Staff were very accommodating.
Cons: Parking fees are greatly overpriced. Price of parking should have been included in price of room. A/C did not operate properly during visit. Staff offered room change or box fan. Pros: The hotel is probably the best in Atlanta. Especially if this is your first visit. It's pretty cool because you can go on the 72nd floor and see the entire city.
Cons: Well the parking was terrible. We were really disappointed. We decided to self park vs valet, grabbed a ticket.. This parking garage is so tiny. We drove around looking for parking, ended up on the top floor. No parking. So we had to leave the parking garage. Paid money to drive around looking for a spot. We ended up Valeting. The next day we checked out, and came to find a note on our truck that another car hit our truck and ran. Good thing a couple saw and left their car info. Basically the parking is the worst part.

Pros: Great hotel in the center of downtown. Very clean, comfortable bed, and nice room. Great view of the city from our 50th floor room.

Pros: The Westin Peachtree was a lovely hotel; we would definitely stay there again. My only complaint was that we went to the bar for some late night snacks/drinks and it took an incredibly long time for us to be served. The food took an hour and we only ordered a quesadilla! Granted they were busy, but I think they should've been able to handle the crowd since they are a well-established facility. There was no manager there to address the issue. That being said, we also ate breakfast there the next morning and the service was very prompt. Overall the hotel was really nice, clean and comfortable.

Pros: TL,DR; List: - Clean and modern - Awesome view - Two blocks from Centennial Park and all the attractions there (Aquarium, Coke museum, etc) - The staff was pretty awesome and very friendly We were there for only two nights for a concert that was in the park, so the location was the entire reason I chose the hotel. The room was a tad small, but well maintained and modernly furnished. I wish they had glass doors in the shower instead of a tub and a curtain, as I have 3 kids that don't know how to keep the curtain in the tub and thus the water not all over the bathroom floor. There were a LOT of places to eat around the hotel, but most were either SUPER pricey or not opened on the weekend as the most likely catered to the business crowd. There is an underground mall that we found had a pizza joint and a chinese place opened. Waffle House is also a couple blocks away, and on your way to the park. We also walked over to The Varsity for lunch so the kids could experience it. It was about a 20min walk each way. Other immediate eateries I saw: Hooters (across the street, open till midnight), Hard Rock Cafe (also across the street), some brazillian steakhouse that looked AMAZING, a fish place named Ray's that looked pretty pricey, several bar-and-grill type places, and some cozy little place a block down that had a cute name that had southern food. Parking was crazy. My GPS took me to the smaller entrance, so I wasn't aware there was self-parking right at the hotel. It was $22 per day to self-park, but I ended up where the guard pointed me towards a block away for $20 a day. I would have rather paid the extra $2 a day and had the car in a more convenient location. Since we were just there a couple days, and had no intention of going anywhere in the car, the only benefit would have been packing our stuff into the car and taking off without having to walk through the city with all our luggage. The pool was a bit interesting. I loved the fact that it was inside, so even though it was raining all weekend, the kids and I were able to take a dip. It's a strange little pool, not concrete but rather some sort of plastic insert. The biggest let down was that we did not see a hot tub. Nothing better to relax after standing for a 4hr concert in the park than to relax in the hot tub. Also, to get to the pool (and the workout room), you have to go to the 9th floor, then over to another elevator off to the side, then up to the 11th floor. Seemed very strange, but I guess they may have added the pool later. Lastly, we found out the last day that you can go up to the tippy-top floor, where they have some observation decks setup. We got all excited, since the hotel is like 70+ floors, and we were told you can see several states away. However, we found out that it isn't opened until like 3pm, and being out last day and having a 8hr drive back home ahead of us, we were not able to actually go up there. Oh well, maybe next time.
Cons: TL,DR; List: - No free wifi in the room - Parking is a mess, and valete is pricey - There are a few restaurants in the immediate couple of blocks, but most of the cheaper options were not open on Sat or Sun (not the hotel's fault, I know) - Most of the channels on the TV were not in HD or were VERY fuzzy - Pool is strange to get to, and no hot tub

Pros: This is the 2nd Westin I've stayed in and they have both been great. At this one in particular, the staff was super nice and I had a very good experience. The bed was amazing. Beautiful hotel from the outside too.
Cons: The room wasn't as big as I was expecting and I had hoped for a bathroom as nice as the one I stayed in in St. Louis. It had a big walk in shower while the one in Atlanta was a standard tub you can find in any hotel.
Okay

Pros: Hotel has a nice view and rooms were comfortable and clean.
Cons: After spending $135 for one night, parking was full and we had to park in a a garage 6 blocks away and pay $32 dollars. Valet parking did nothing to help and then the hotel wanted $12 to use wifi. I thought for the price that would be included.

Pros: I liked that MARTA was across the street and there were several restaurants on the same block. I also liked that checkout wasn't required until 3pm. The valet service was always very prompt. I appreciated the security of needing your key card to enter the building at night and to get the elevator to go to guest room floors.
Cons: Every morning we woke up there, we were congested. After we left the hotel each day, we felt great (and neither of us were sick before or after our stay). I question the air quality from the air conditioning. The bathroom was very small and the grout in the shower was stained to a degree that I was grateful to have remembered my shower shoes. The exit to the valet was very convenient, but exits to walk onto the street were less obvious.

Pros: Beautiful hotel
Cons: There was an incident on our floor with a rowdy guest banging on our door at 2 am. When we called the front desk, they said they were aware of the situation and hung up. When checking out the next day, they barely acknowledged it and said we were the only guests to complain and claimed the floor was full. It was impossible to get ahold of management after calling and leaving a message.

Pros: Central location, close to interstate and shopping needs. Friendly staff, clean hotel. Room was a good size for the money spent and had a decent view of downtown Atlanta.
Cons: The self parking facility was built in the 1960's and because of that, the spaces are extremely narrow and the ceilings were so low that I could not open my trunk to remove my luggage while parked inside (I drive an Infiniti QX60) Due to this reason, I was forced to valet park so I could get my luggage out of the trunk, this cost me $34 per day plus tip of course. I would like to encourage the hotel management/owners to consider rebuilding the parking garage to adapt to the needs of modern vehicles to alleviate this issue and allow patrons to self park more easily.

Cons: The food menu was very limited and overpriced. I didn't have a mini bar in my room (2207). The ice cream freezer in their market was a mess. Pros: Fitness Center was very good for a hotel. The dining options for breakfast in the sit down areas was very expensive and not a lot of choice except for the buffet.
Cons: I complained on 2 of the intended three nights of smoking. THere was clearly smoking in one of the rooms near mine or on the floor below. The security team agreed and said that they could not do anything about it. Clearly the cleaning staff would have noticed after one night and been able to stop it. I had a headache and woke up with my allergies inflamed . I had to leave the hotel. I went to the Marriott Midtown Suites...awesome...

Pros: Pretty good location. Walking distance to aquarium and World of Coke, and MARTA station. Series of skywalks connecting hotels made it nice to walk around Atlanta out of the heat, and away from traffic. A little tricky finding how they all connect up inside each hotel, though.
Cons: Elevator from parking deck came up into a construction area: there was no sign indicating this would be the case. That area was closed for entry from the hotel lobby. Other elevator to/from parking deck had a stop on the LL level which was a room slightly larger than the elevator, but with the exit doors chained shut. Seemed like a fire hazard or a claustrophobic nightmare. Every little thing was an extra fee, including the internet whose price didn't match what was on the reservation. The restaurant in the basement, Trader Vic's, doesn't know the difference between a "reservation" and a "wait list."
