The view from the 54th floor was absolutely amazing!! We ordered room service salmon and steak dinners and it tasted amazing! The beds are very comfortable like sleeping on cloud nine! I will definitely be at the Westin more often!!!
Everything was great. Maybe better parking situations. Waited 30 mins to get in the garage waiting for valet parkers. Get a better flow going into the garage!
The offer the breakfast in the price and when we went to our breakfast it was not, we need to pay for it. We ask at the front desk and they say they never has breakfast included, that is something booking. com offers without their consent.
The hotel is nice just very over priced
the rooms are small they are over prices no refrigerator or microwave for the price you pay then they over charged my card and lied about it
the cafe was closed no food
The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The wait staff at the Cafe provided outstanding service. Excellent views, nice pool and fitness center. I would recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay here again.
The bed was a little too firm for me. The shower was rain shower type with a handheld feature which I had a hard time using. But overall it was an excellent stay.
