I appreciate the accommodation on the room when I asked to be moved so that I could have a different view. I especially appreciated Chris for calling to see if that was a better room once I was able to get up and settled.
I didn’t like that 3 out of 4 elevators were broken and that the escalator was also down. Luckily I was only on the 7th floor but I couldn’t imagine for people higher than me
Everyone greeted and were friendly and helpful
The property was nice and in a great at location.
It was somewhat confusing navigating the elevators at first, but got used to it eventually.
The hotel was nice and clean and very convenient for the concert we were attending.
We were charged twice for the room, still trying to get that sorted out. Had to wait over an hour for valet to get our car at check out. Neighbors were very loud all weekend.
room was good
the hotel's stuck in the 50s, slow elevators and the whole place is in dire need of renovation. Most of the staff was good, however the staff member, Sam , that checked me in was most probably the worst staff member i have ever experienced in a hotel.
