Staff was great. Unfortunately the sidewalk areas in front of the hotel were filled w garbage. Doors were locked when we arrived w no doorman. Stairs were roped off. Bar closed at 9. Breakfast was only menu based. Rooms were clean and pillows fluffy, but overall for a downtown hotel could use some improvement.

Cons (-) Peeling wallpaper, Horrible view, Slow drains. The valet takes an hour to do anything. Then they get lazy and just park your car on the street. I can do that for free.

Cons (-) The couch is situated against the same wall as the TV is mounted on facing the opposite wall. Therefore one cannot watch TV sitting on the couch which really makes no sense at all, other than that which was very annoying, the rooms were beautifully furnished.

Pros (+) I liked the room and friendliness of the customer facing staff quite a bit.
Cons (-) The management was terrible, I was double charged by the Hotel and ended up getting stuck in Atlanta and missing 2 days of work, which were 2 days I didnt get paid for. Overall it was a really stressful and bad experience.
