Pros:Courteous staff. Easy pickup and drop off.Cons:Don’t try to upgrade me when the vehicle I want is there. I reserved a convertible because that’s what I want to drive.Reviewed 21 May 2021

Cons:Would have been better to get the car I reserved. Went from a Cadillac to a Toyota Corolla. Tiny, can’t get in or out easily. Setting will sits too low as does the seat. Joke of a car!!!Reviewed 27 Apr 2021

Pros:YesCons:I was pulled over by a State Trooper, due to the vehicle having a “Tag Applied For” , instead of an actual license plate. He provided me with the license plate # that’s registered to the vehicle and said he pulled me over because the vehicle should have have a license tag.Reviewed 3 Apr 2021

Pros:nothing, they were not thereCons:I arrived at 11:15 into GSO/PTI airport, and the Alamo staff did not wait, and no other rental agences were still open, so I was forced to get a $70 uber ride to my destination and find a car the next day. No one was available by phone to assist me that evening (even the 24 roadside assist was not answering) and the following day I was able to reach roadside assistance who said that they could not help. I phoned the national office and was told that someone would contact me. No one ever called, apologized, or offered to reimburse me for the extra expense. WORST service I have ever received. You CANNOT count on Alamo.Reviewed 21 Nov 2020

Pros:Absolutely Nothing!!Cons:They were supposed to open at 06:30, The one and only employee wandered in @06:52 took him till 7:00 to start addressing customers. It took till 7:34 to get vehicle. I checked with Alamo one prior to ensure vehicle would be on site as I had very tight schedule. Will not recommend, nor rent from them.Reviewed 16 Oct 2020

Pros:Friendly but rushed.Cons:Only one person covering three rental companies at airport. She was quite hurried. We ended up with very uncomfortable vehicle. Chose standard size car ended up with VW Gulf but felt like we were driving a golf cart all weekend.Reviewed 23 Sep 2020

Pros:The staff was pleasant and the process was quick.Cons:The vehicle was very dirty inside. I reserved a full size SUV in what's the only one left, otherwise I would have refused it. There were dried bird droppings on the car windows. I had to clean the entire vehicle before I could get my family in there to leave on our trip. There were sticky items on the seats, dog hair, and food crumbs in the cupholders.Reviewed 22 Sep 2020

Cons:Staff harassed me about my car being overdue when dropped off on time at another airport (as scheduled) hours before. Also harassed through multiple emails the same day stating that I was overdue when the car was dropped off on time and I had a pending charge on the card for days for more than the car reservation cost Card was overcharged $200 when I picked it up despite a deposit not being due at pickup on my email and despite the fact that I used a credit, not debit, card. No one available at drop-off and no checkout paperwork available I did not appreciate being made to feel like a criminal when I did everything correctly and by the book.Reviewed 8 Sep 2020
