An hour and 45 minutes from arrival to when the vehicle was available to give I thought Security line was bad at the airport but waiting online outside to just get your vehicle. That was the worst only one person working and when the car was registered and handover the keys. I immediately returned back because the vehicle was not in mid conditions for what I was paying and they have to give me another vehicle which took sometimes and after being an hour and 30 minutes, I decided to go and get something to eat. I arrive at 12:30 PM and I got to the hotel around 4 o’clock. When I came back. I got my car took it and left. The return was very quick then I have to wait that long.Reviewed 4 Sept 2025

This car rental location never answers the phone. Never returned my calls and left 4 msgs to no avail. My trip was canceled and I was requesting cancelation or reschedule for refund. Initially when I scheduled from Kayaks referral the man who answered was rude and unprofessional. I just need to clarify whether my Credit Card was charged and receive a refund. Scammers! Charged for insurance when we’re already covered, lots of add ons not explained, said the car had gps, it did not, Ac did not work. And the day after we rented, they tried to charge 2,000.00 to my card! Luckily card company caught it! I then cancelled my card immediately so they couldn’t attempt to charge anything else. Car was dented and scratched all over! I took a movie so they couldn’t come back to us. You should take off your web site! Ghetto!!!!!!!!Reviewed 6 Jun 2025
