Would have been an excellent review but a few items in the car did not work USB adapter, some of the features on the screens and most importantly tire pressure was off by 17 lbs under inflated and 10 lbs inflated on other wheels. That is scary and very important to me on safetyReviewed 8 Nov 2023

Cons:Pickup was very cumbersome. Why do I have to re-give all the same address/phone number/credit card details over the counter that I gave when I made the reservation? The system should have all my details. Just give me the keys. It shouldn't take 15 minutes of back and forth to check each person in. The line to wait at the counter was longer than the flight to Orange County was!Reviewed 27 Apr 2021

Pros:Staff was great at pick up and dropoffCons:The quality of the vehicle. Given a vehicle with a big dent in the door. Purchased the package that I could choose my own vehicle only to find out I needed to pay an upgrade for a mustang if I wanted. Pros:The staff was very friendly at the Orange County airport. The pick-up was super easy and fast with no wait time. I did get there early and they were able to adjust my pick-up time accordingly.Cons:I noticed all the employees were Spanish and weren't fluent in English. The staff member that was helping me out had a little trouble understanding my English but I didn't think it was a problem.Reviewed 1 Apr 2021
