Cons:When we arrived at the Thrifty counter to pick up the car we were told that they didn't have our reservation in their system and that they were sold out for the day. We need to wait over an hour for another car to arrive that we could rent on a day when time was of the essence.Reviewed 18 Apr 2016

People make the differencePros:The car was ready on time. Check in was quick.Cons:It was pouring with rain. The clerk was ok but didn't do anything extra. I circled back to double check where the car was parked and was given the same vague instructions. Not once did she mention that Thrifty has no signs in the lot. I was soaked by the time I hit the panic button and found my vehicle. Returning the car, I didn't refill it. I was charged $10/gallon! That was not mentioned at check in. It doubled the price of my rental. Really unacceptable.Reviewed 25 Jan 2016

Godo rental...very quick service.Pros:It was raining outside so I wanted to get in and out of the Thrifty office and get in my car. The person working was great and very quick processing my upgrade when we needed a larger vehicle.Reviewed 11 Jan 2016
