The pickup experience was terrible. We waited in line for more than 2 hours and they seemed very understaffed. However, we got a very nice car despite paying for the cheapest one and were very happy with the car as well as the drop off experience.Reviewed 1 Sep 2023

They had extremelly few cars, most people who reserved weren’t able to get a car at all. People were crying in the lobby. It took 1.5 hours to get through a line of 4 people. I managed to get a car, but they were extremely rude about it, saying it was my fault for being an hour late- only I wasn’t, I had been standing in line for an hour. They offered me a smaller car than what I paid for, which wouldn’t work for my use. Finally gave me a different SUV but with no AWD as I reserved to go to snow.Reviewed 1 Mar 2023
