car was clean. check-in agent was friendly. however, are some ideas to improve 1. many companies upgrade customers just for the sake of prompting business, and keep happy 2. the car we rented sputtered several times. cars should be maintained more frequently. 3. car had close to 50,000 miles and that's quite a bit on a rental car. should be retired. 4. price to value is no good. I paid a total of $202 for one day of rental. that's is quite a bit. your rate is high, the taxes are high, and everything else is simply too expensive. 5. I booked a Kia Rio 2023, and I received a Nissan Versa with 50.000 miles on it.Reviewed 24 Apr 2023

The final price ended up being $100 more than what my booking receipt said i would pay. I did not take any extras like guaranteed fuel price, prepaid tolls, insurance etc etc. they charged me for an additional day, i rented for 3 days ( three 24 hours periods) and they charged me 4 days even though it was returned on time. The car was hardly cleaned. Dirt and grime in the cracks around cup holders/shift selector, trash under drivers seat and a drink splashed on passenger door and windshield pillar.Reviewed 12 Feb 2023

Customer service was terrible. They gave me two cars with paperwork two separate times that were not correct or available when I went out to the garage to pick them up. Just a ridiculous experience. Thankfully there was a manager in the garage the second time when I went to the spot to pick up the car I was given and saw it wasn’t there again. The manager gave me a new vehicle immediately which wasn’t exactly what I wanted (too big and a gas guzzler) but I took it so I could get out of there. It also had not been cleaned yet after the previous renter.Reviewed 30 Jan 2023
