Cons: Not really a hotel for walkers. We like to walk a lot and take public transportation. Main entry for hotel best for cars/taxis. There is an after thought roped off area on the edge of the circle drive for pedestrians. The entrance is on 3rd floor up a steep ramp/circle drive which goes from ground floor up to 3rd level where the lobby is. We got honked at twice by taxis. At the top of ramp you arrive to the smoking break area for taxi drivers. Once past that you get to the the beautiful lobby. I think they are more use to people arriving by car/limo.

Cons: We had a Quay room and it bore little resemblance to the advertisement picture. No balcony, no outside seating, no internal armchair to sit in. The 'small-print' escape for the hotel runs that they have heritage rooms so they may vary from the pictures - but there's 'varying' and there's 'bearing only a vague resemblance'. It was a nice enough room that we had but given we staying five days it was quite disappointing. My advice to other travellers would be to try get some confirmation of exactly what room to expect.

Cons: All the extras were SO EXPENSIVE. Breakfast at $50 per person is just a blatant rip off!!! Not value for money at all. I had dinner at the restaurant one evening and it was $153 for two people. The champagne was $24 for a glass and we can buy 2-3 bottles of that in Australia for that price. I am happy to pay for nice things and experiences but when you feel like you're being ripped off at every turn it ruins the experience. I love The Fullerton, I've stayed there before, but how can I come back with my family when it would cost us $200 every day just for breakfast?!!!!! What a shame.

Cons: Unfortunate, but necessary, we understand but renovations were happening immediately above us right on siesta time which made it hard to have a break from humidity and heat of amazing Singapore. We loved it. However Managment made every effort to compensate us for the inconvenience. Gave us late check out. Complimentary taxi to airport and breakfast. Thank You.

We were taken to the 4th floor spa area, where we showered and changed clothing. After a long flight from The US, that was much appreciated. They held our bags for us. We left the hotel, had breakfast, did a little sightseeing. The staff called us a couple hours before 1500 and told us our room was ready. When we returned to the hotel, our bags were already waiting for us in our rooms. Wonderfully staff. Beautiful location. Close to public transportation, shopping, restaurants, and attractions.

The receptions team were amazing, helped with all my requests , so nice and super friendly staff gave me 5 stars service.the hotel was fully booked but didn’t felt like it. Temperature in both the (mens') sauna and steam room was completely inadequate (cold). When I flagged this to the spa receptionist she said this was they were both set at the maximum temperature allowed. If this is the case then either the maximum temperature allowed is too cold, of the facilities were not working correctly - I suspect the latter.

I was anyway going to check out by 7 pm any way same day . If I check in at 2pm that means I pay full board for 5 hours. So I asked for the room little early than 2pm to rest as I arrive at 7am. I am sure they get this request pretty often. It is great if you can get some empathy from the front desk team even if they cannot accommodate the request. Also check how often the guest have stayed at the hotel before.

For example, we book two rooms, one for our friend is paying for the airport limo transfer. I wrote before arriving that our friend who is staying on the club floor is paying for both trip to and from the airport. When we arrived at the hotel, we tell the concierge the same thing. At check out, the bill is still wrong and this is just one of many examples and we only stayed there for one night!!!

Unbelievably convenient where transit station is steps away from the hotel and you don’t need to even go outside if its raining (saved my wife from having her hair ruined which in turn is a life save for me!). Mall is also connected to the hotel so you have an abundance of top notch food choices from a high end japanese restaurant to castella cakes, coffee/ramen shops and Din Tai Fung all just below the hotel.
Room was spacious, with a view and central to almost everything there is to see in Singapore. Gardens by the Bay, Chinatown and Orchard Road can all be reached with a quick 10 min train ride or a 20-30 minute stroll.
Service was impeccable starting from the lovely receptionist and front desk staff. Gina helped us and not only gave us an early check in, but also hand drew on the map where we were in the city, top points of interest and also wrote down her favorite places to eat nearby. Thanks for the chicken rice tip Gina!! You made our stay so much more personable and easy! In addition, we had a hard time using the outlets since my wife had a special hair curler needing the standard US 110V but since we didn’t have one, they actually had a converter AND a step down voltage converter to take the Sing 220V to US 110V! Amazing help so the wife could look and feel her best!
Overall great stay and loved the convenient location and service so much we booked another stay on the way back from Thailand. Kudos to the Fairmont Singapore team!

I thought the bacon was very greasy, no grilled tomato or mushroom.The serial was very limited and the location of the jams , honey etc were placed in the wrong area. They should be placed near the bread and toaster not way away from this. I only found it as I was going out. The variety of bread was very limited only having sliced bread and one other fresh loaf.

Pros: From the moment we left the taxi, we were treated like royalty, conscierge and bell boy looked after luggage, and very quick friendly front of house staff. The room was spacious, very clean, complimentary toileteries were good quality, with tooth brush, shaving and cotton products. The mini bar was free, and restocked daily. TV had local and international news stations. They allowed us a late check out, but charged after a few hours for the same facility, depending on room availability. Live entertainment in the bar nightly.

Pros: Newly renovated, nice decoration. Free parking, even though we could not use the Autopass to enter and exit the car park, the parking management let us in as soon as we buzz them. Also had emailed hotel earlier requesting for connecting doors, and was provided with two rooms with connecting doors.
Cons: I have sinusitis and at the lift lobby of the 14th floor there was a smell of freshly paint or varnish (not sure what it was), so when ever I pass through I had to walk fast and slightly hold my breath. Just a minor discomfort.

Pros: From the moment we left the taxi, we were treated like royalty, conscierge and bell boy looked after luggage, and very quick friendly front of house staff. The room was spacious, very clean, complimentary toileteries were good quality, with tooth brush, shaving and cotton products. The mini bar was free, and restocked daily. TV had local and international news stations. They allowed us a late check out, but charged after a few hours for the same facility, depending on room availability. Live entertainment in the bar nightly.
Cons: The hotel bar was a bit pricey, and room rates were quoted with out tax. Apart from that I can't complain about anything.

Very good value for money especially with the central location as it’s just a couple of minutes walk to Chinatown MRT. The staff were good with making recommendations on where to go and where to eat as they have the famous Michelin star restaurant in Chinatown. I was able to store my luggage and have a shower before taking my flight which was great considering the humidity in Singapore. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for making my stay amazing!

Pros: The bathroom and toilets had large windows that look into a well designed 2nd floor open space. There was plenty of ventilation for the bathroom and toilets keeping them dry and free of any unpleasant smell.
Cons: The stay would have been perfect if it wasnt for fleas! Sadly i discover this too late. It was when I took out the bed sheets, blanket and pillow covers for check out that I discover them. I have around 5 bites on my feet 3 on my thighs and 1 on my shoulder. I have added photos and I hope this review gets the attention of the hostel staff to fix this situation before it gets any bigger.

Pros: We have stayed at this hotel before on our way to Europe. It has all the you require for a stopover in our case. Close to shops, transport and restaurants. You can walk to many of the attractions on offer in Singapore from this hotel as it is well located in the heart of the city.

The staff check in was a great experience, very friendly. Gave me the key to staff bathroom just to change before my room was ready. Staff was very nice. Pool is nice although I never used it. Room is small, but exactly what I needed for myself.

Cons: Room 634 and 635 are not meant for two guests each. Literally no space without knocking the other when we need to pass. Toilet has no glass door that the whole floor and seat got very wet after one had used the bathrooms. Floor too slippery. No face towels provided. I could not perform my daily prayer which I was able too previously, as space not adequate to lay even a face mat. My family and I stayed at this hotel whenever we’re in spore. Indeed very disappointed to be given such rooms.

Bed cushion needs to be cleaned. My wife was bitten by bed bugs every night.
Toilet does not have partition or shower curtain, so when you shower, the urinal area and floor are wet. Suggest even shower curtain to keep the water in.
Air freshner in room too strong. Actually, there was no need for air freshner unless you are masking an odor you can't get rid of.
Staff looked bored, but helpful to attend to your needs.
