Clean and comfortable. Green hotel promoting it very well.
Staff behavior not very friendly. Not much emphasis on Customer service. I had asked for an iPhone charger as I had forgot - they had asked me to deposit the phone as their policy is not to give it to the room but they will have one charger that is used to charge everyone. So deposit the phone and collect it when done. Did not supply utilities like tooth brush, ear buds, etc. I am a business traveller and expect these so I save from carrying them.

A very high quality throughout very clean staff attentive and helpful, the selection of breakfast options was massive and good quality, good internet connection included in bedroom and a communal room with internet computer and printer. One of the best Hotels we have ever stayed in.

From the moment we left the taxi, we were treated like royalty, conscierge and bell boy looked after luggage, and very quick friendly front of house staff. The room was spacious, very clean, complimentary toileteries were good quality, with tooth brush, shaving and cotton products. The mini bar was free, and restocked daily. TV had local and international news stations. They allowed us a late check out, but charged after a few hours for the same facility, depending on room availability. Live entertainment in the bar nightly.
The hotel bar was a bit pricey, and room rates were quoted with out tax. Apart from that I can't complain about anything.
