10.0 Excellent
Pros: I like how the room is designed, the lobby and the reception are spectacular, the room service is excellent and the staff are professional.
Cons: I did not like the in room dine menu, as it did not include any halal dishes. And I did not like entrance for the hotel as it’s a bit complecated
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Super clean, comfortable and quiet at the guest levels. Excellent room layout. Free mini bar is a nice tough. Lovely friendly staff. Free Andaz tea. Singaporean touches throughout.
Cons: Hotel feels a bit cramped in terms of the common spaces. We had the bay view room at level 31, but the view of the bay is not complete and obstructed by buildings. No bath tub.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel, our room, and the staff exceeded our expectations. The Andaz is my new favorite hotel on the planet, and rivals some of the best places we have stayed at around the world. The staff was exceptional!
Cons: There was not easily accessible public restroom in the main lobby! Once we checked out and was waiting for our transportation, we had to walk outside to a public handicap bathroom as nothing was made available to us in the hotel.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: I like the spacious room and the amenities provided in the room.
Cons: The inconsistency of service. Again, it was the whiskey live weekend with high volume of guests. The staff attempted to serve each guest to their best of abilities. I really think most of the staff were a tad distracted while serving - whether at the counter or at the restaurants. Overworked perhaps?
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Good breakfast 24hr lounge at 25th lobby
Cons: Small size and temp control at the 26th floor spa.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Modern luxury hotel in a great location. Great service, amazing pool and rooftop!
Cons: It can be a little confusing to get in and out of hotel to the Main Street initially because of it’s entrance at 2nd floor level but you will get used to it after few times

Pros: Fabulous 7 night stay, immaculately clean, well serviced, attention to detail. Central to everything. Highly recommend, hard to find fault except for the price of onsite food and bar but the Gin Happy Hour from 5-7 is amazing. The little touches were like a cherry on top. Best hotel experience I’ve had even at the “basic level”, in fact I can’t imagine what the higher end would have to make it better.

Pros: Friendly, helpful staff; room was comfortable; outdoor pool was nice.
Cons: Lighting controls in the room looked impressive at first glance, but were actually not very practical in real-world use.
Temperature in both the (mens') sauna and steam room was completely inadequate (cold). When I flagged this to the spa receptionist she said this was they were both set at the maximum temperature allowed. If this is the case then either the maximum temperature allowed is too cold, of the facilities were not working correctly - I suspect the latter.

Pros: I had a room with a great view looking twds the Bay!
Cons: I found the checking prossess very disorganised.
6.3 Good
Pros: Convinent
Cons: The conceign staff lack of service quality. The housekeeping staff took very long to set up an additional bed. The facilities in the room are not working. Quite dissappointed for a 5 stair hotel having such a poot service.
5.4 Okay
Pros: The property itself is great
Cons: The management is extremely horrible and not very courteous. Additionally, they have poor communication. I was there for 2 weeks and had 2 reservations, one for 7 days and another one for 3 days. During my stay, I had the Club Deluxe room which comes with breakfast and access to executive lounge; however, the management denied me access to breakfast several times even though my coworkers who had the exact same room and package received breakfast. The management told me that my package did not include breakfast. However, apparently my second reservation included breakfast but the management did not notify me about that either. Upon asking again, the management confirmed that my second reservation indeed included breakfast which was too late by the time. So the management has poor communication skills and is extremely rude.

Pros: The location of Swissotel is fine, not far from the harbor and not embedded too deep in the downtown. The staff are very helpful and will approach you without prompting if you look at all puzzled about where to go or how to proceed. There are many restaurants in the hotel, and a shopping mall underground with a huge food court with many eating places featuring different cuisines. There is also a McDonalds next door to the hotel if you want a quick breakfast. The famous Raffles Hotel (home of the original Singapore Sling drink) is across the street from the hotel. Pros: I like the bed. I think it was better than Marriott’s in terms of comfort. I also like that it’s right by city hall MRT. The location is great.
Cons: From the beginning, I should have set low standards. I asked for a room in the high level. The reception happily announced that he found one - a room at level 15. I never heard level 15 classified as an upper floor. But I was tired after 1.5 days of traveling. The next day, HVAC maintenance came to clean the vent - unannounced. Just knocked and said - we have to clean the vent. No forward notice from the hotel. The room was not very clean. There was mildew in the sink and the towels weren’t arranged properly. The sink stopper was off, the bathtub stop was broken and the water kept gushing out when you shower. The bathroom light was worst. It was like being in a mine, with some spots lit and others dimmed. Definitely not a place to get ready for a date for. The next day, housekeeping did not come. They said there was a privacy notice. I never saw a privacy notice. When I got in at 6pm, they rushed to expedite the cleaning, and it was done haphazardly. For the price you pay per night here, I think you’ll be better off at Fullerton, Shangri-La or Marina Bay Sands.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: central location to all tourist activities and my ESMO Asia conference was at a walking distance. did a lot of walking to dowtown and major tourist attraction sites.
Cons: upfront full payment which was taken from me in June 20th whilst my stay was in November 21st .... 5 months down the line. 1 or 2 days hotel stay could have been taken upfront for the rest to be paid on arrival as is the practice in most hotels ive been to. Also on arrival another deposit was taken which is standard practice in some hotels but wasn't informed on booking.com. its yet to be refunded..lets see how long that takes :) Pool was also shallow and crowded at peak times.
5.4 Okay
Pros:
Cons: Communicated with staff in advance for several requests and non were noted or communicated to staff. The excuse was booking was made through external agent hence message didn’t come through even though I had followed up with hotel internal staff (who confirmed by email) about the request NOT the external agent.

The WiFi is free and speedy.
Cons: Our room (2265) was a slightly odd shape, possibly due to being on the corner and the specific footprint of the structure. I had only one major concern: there are no discernable drawers in which to store clothing if you unpack. There is sufficient closet space, but limited hangars to use. The check-in procedure is entirely done using a large number of touch-screen displays in the lobby. As a computer systems analyst, I found the process was not very intuitive, and a staff member (apparently assigned to assist customer checking in) had to help us get processed.

Pros: Hotel attached to both Raffles city mall and City Mall metro station. Unbelievably convenient where transit station is steps away from the hotel and you don’t need to even go outside if its raining (saved my wife from having her hair ruined which in turn is a life save for me!). Mall is also connected to the hotel so you have an abundance of top notch food choices from a high end japanese restaurant to castella cakes, coffee/ramen shops and Din Tai Fung all just below the hotel.
Room was spacious, with a view and central to almost everything there is to see in Singapore. Gardens by the Bay, Chinatown and Orchard Road can all be reached with a quick 10 min train ride or a 20-30 minute stroll.
Service was impeccable starting from the lovely receptionist and front desk staff. Gina helped us and not only gave us an early check in, but also hand drew on the map where we were in the city, top points of interest and also wrote down her favorite places to eat nearby. Thanks for the chicken rice tip Gina!! You made our stay so much more personable and easy! In addition, we had a hard time using the outlets since my wife had a special hair curler needing the standard US 110V but since we didn’t have one, they actually had a converter AND a step down voltage converter to take the Sing 220V to US 110V! Amazing help so the wife could look and feel her best!
Overall great stay and loved the convenient location and service so much we booked another stay on the way back from Thailand. Kudos to the Fairmont Singapore team!

Pros: location was good, room was not comfortable, dirty, dusty
Cons: room was too dirty, we stayed for 3 days everyday we asked for cleaning but they do not clean very well, first we check in there was an other person's hand stain on the window, for three days they did not clean that. Everything was dusty and room was humid not comfortable! Room was small, bed was short i am only 170cm tall and my legs are hanging down the bed! Bed was too short omg. Second day we asked for a bed linen change they changed it but linen was dirty there was a beige spot so horrible dirty place never stay again! Do not think about the floors they don't even mop the floor. And we paid 600 Singapore dollar!

Clean rooms, waterfall showers! Flatscreen mounted on the wall, with some cable channels and free movie selection.
Cons: Rooms are small (superior), as expected, but bigger than some rooms I've had in Japan. Pay for the deluxe and the rooms are more normal sized. signage was limited and the taxi drivers didn't know the hotel, so took some time finding the back entrance for cars
7.9 Good
Pros: It was clean and easy access for walking and various malls, shops and eateries. Decently comfortable. Minutes walk to the museums. Ideal location.
Cons: Its very very small. Even for the larger room - if you are a couple traveling with medium to large suitcases as we did for a stop over trip from a longer trip prior, the room barely has any space. Its a good accommodation for a weekend trip or short work trip with less baggage or for single travelers.
6.0 Good
Pros: Convenient position to travel easily to various parts of the city. The bars downstairs have a reasonable choice of dishes and you can dine until late.
Cons: The rooms are advertised as small, but for a middle aged couple like us, clambering over each other on the bed was not ideal. The sink was the same size as the one we had in our camper, and when i had the suitcase open on the floor there was no room to pass.
7.5 Good
Pros: Comfortable room. The breakfast is OK Mostly, the location nearby Bugis and easily accessible to Orchard, the population commercial area. The hotel also houses the French restaurant Ginette with French food and a bar.
Cons: I happened sometimes to find my room not cleaned in the evening after a long day out. I had to request it once by a call to front desk or by asking directly a cleaning staff member . At one of these occasions , I could witness that my coffee mug was being "cleaned" with the same piece of fabric being used for wiping the dust from the pieces of furniture! Sometimes I had to request the soap bare to be replaced and be provided with shower gel, even a new roll of toilet paper. The water from the shower was not drained properly and left the floor in the bathroom damp with remaining puddles.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: It was in a fabulous location. Walking distance to little India. The bed was very comfortable and the room came with a tablet that controlled everything in the room! All the lights and the TV so it a as great.
Cons: The room itself was very small. I was traveling solo so I didn't mind, though a couple might have some problems. Overall though it was a amazing hotel.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location close to mrt and other interesting areas
Cons: Hotel Access through 25 degree bar !!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Good value for money. Well located, close to a Bugis and Albert Centre food court. The rooms are nice and clean. The wine bar/restaurant downstairs is very nice, as well as the burger place on the corner.
Cons: The cleaning of the room was quite late (around 17:00-18:00)
4.5 Okay
Pros:
Cons: We were in room xx01
Toilet flush failed. After they fixed, it works half the times. No in room refrigerator. The shower hose was leaking water. The linen was dirty but they did not change for us (hotel policy is every 2 days)
Not recommended.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The location is good. Breakfast did not have many options, but the pastry part had everything you could want.
Cons: The room is incredibly small.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: A good location in central Singapore, and good value by local standards. Rooms small but functional. Had a certain funkiness to it.
Cons:
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Cute nice place, all good
Cons: Nothing

Pros: That if was nice, comfortable and clean. The pool was great
Cons: No bar at pool and couldn’t get alcoholic beverage until after 12pm. “Remember it’s 5 O’Clock somewhere” Also more options in pantry and at breakfast
7.1 Good
Pros: Even though there were hardly any staffs in the hotel since it’s an express entity, the ones present were very accommodating and very well mannered
Cons: They didn’t properly clean the room, atleast the glasses were the same I had left the night before just turned upside down
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Staff are friendly. Breakfast was amazing with the fresh cooked options. compliments to the chefs! You are doing a great job. Good views from the Deluxe City room. Overall very happy with the experience :-)
Cons: Noise from the temple but it’s not the hotels fault.
6.0 Good
Pros:
Cons: Was in the Podium tower, on a floor which was the center of bickering couples or party animals or unruly children. Past stays in the main tower were better
8.0 Excellent

7.0 Good
Pros: The rooms are good and clean. It has a nice pool with great view. Even though my room was not ready before check in time, they let me shower after a 17 hour flight, thanks!
Cons: The location, in the middle of Little India (which does not specify in the booking site) there's a lot of noise and chaos in the streets near the hotel, plus I had to close the drapes all the time because my room was in front of another building and a park.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very good
Cons: No complaints
7.7 Good
Pros: Good breakfast, with a multitude of choices. Rooms comfortable and quiet. Interesting location.
Cons: The air-conditioning, despite having a control panel in each room, had a mind of its own and tended to be too cold or too warm, irrespective of the temp and fan speed set on the panel - coupled with this, is the all too common practice of hotels putting a duvet on the bed, with no option of a top sheet or thinner blanket. A duvet would be more suited to a hotel room in the Arctic circle, rather than in a hotel located almost on the equator!
The bathrooms, while adequate, are a bit on the small side and the elevators are slow and not up to the amount of passenger traffic.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Hilton always has a great product
Cons: Near Little India, mass started at 7a-3p of loud speaker chants that you could hear from your room. I wasn’t planning on being up at 7a on Sunday but had no choice. Very loud the entire morning.

Pros: Very modern and upscale hotel. Staff is very courteous and professional. The club lounge hostess was extra nice and knew our room number and food/drink preference from day 2. Pros: Breakfast was very bad with no taste. Staff in the breakfast area was not courteous. Vegetarians has to starve. Being near to little India, it was chosen with the expectation of at least 1 or 2 south Indian items, but the only one item served was not good to smell or eat. Totally for all the 4 days we visited the Blue Jasmine for BF but went out to have the BF, as the item served was bad.

Excellent location with the subway and shopping mall accessible without even having to go outside on warm days. :)
Cons: Aircon machines by the pool area were a bit noisy. The hotel room's bed pillows were awfully tall and hard, so we both had neck pain after the first night. After asking for softer pillows and then asking again for even softer pillows we got a nice pair of normal ones, and slept great.

Pros: We really liked the location of the hotel, good neighborhood to go out at night and have a drink.
Cons: Breakfast! The breakfast room was way to crowded. Quality of good was not very good and choice was very limited. No Asian breakfast available. Rooms and bathroom are very small. There are not enough lounges at the pool area. The pool area is not very welcoming either. This is a budget hotel. Overall it is ok for a couple of days but don’t expect anything special.

5.0 Okay
Pros: Very friendly courteous staff, good swimming pool, comfortable bed, hotel is kept clean though slightly dated in appearance. Location above the MRT was a major plus also.
Cons: Breakfast was very disappointing five days in a row. Appeared to be a big selection but on closer inspection, much of what was on offer was Asian/Indian orientated. Fruit selection was very limited each day for Singapore (two choices) and the quality was not what we expected. Water melon one morning was going off. Another morning, the honeydew melon was hard and tasteless and the apple slices tasted stale. 'Fresh' fruit juices tasted like cordial. On the last day the four of us ended up having toast and coffee at the hotel and then having a good inexpensive breakfast at one of the hawkers near by. Next time we would certainly not bother with the hotel breakfast option. Swimming pool was great but closed too early in the evening. Couldn't even come back from shopping and have a dip at the end of the day. How about keeping it open till 10pm? The cleaning of our two rooms was also hit and miss. On three days we had to ask for soap that had not been replaced, shampoo on another day and twice for new bathroom towels that we took ourselves from the cleaning trolly that was often left parked outside our room for a good part of the day.

Pros: Being right above the MRT station made this location a top pick
Cons: Woken up multiple times in the middle of the night from some loud plumbing and water noise. Mould growing in bathroom Tight gap to squeeze through after placing luggage at the luggage stand.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The property is close to CBD area and was a walking distance to Singapore Management University administration block where I was attending an Executive Leadership Programme. The MRT was next to the hotel and served by roads with good network to all places.
Cons: The room was squeezed not in tandem with the stated 4 star hotel.
4.0 Okay
Pros: Comfortable and good location
Cons: Breakfast wasn’t that great. Very noisey down the coradoor, second and last night stay.

3.7 Mediocre
Pros:
Cons: Size of the room is too small
5.4 Okay
Pros: No frills room, meant for a single traveller
Request over phone was immediately attended to.
Cons: bed large enough for couple, not enough room for suitcases. Lack of drawer for shirts/socks/underwear that you cannot hang.
Bed cushion needs to be cleaned. My wife was bitten by bed bugs every night.
Toilet does not have partition or shower curtain, so when you shower, the urinal area and floor are wet. Suggest even shower curtain to keep the water in.
Air freshner in room too strong. Actually, there was no need for air freshner unless you are masking an odor you can't get rid of.
Staff looked bored, but helpful to attend to your needs.

Pros: I booked one night stay and added another night stay. The amenities and values are top notch (almost as good as Vegas). The values is only good if you booked online. If not, then the value proposition goes away. The bed and linens were luxurious and comfortable. They even offered two bottle waters and instant coffe/tea with an electric kettle. Nice! Be sure to check out the 4th floor (swimming pool and gym). The staff were very friendly. I hope management takes good care of their maids and pay them well. :). I will recommend to my friends if they ever want to visit Singapore.
