Pros: Location around the bay, luxurious accommodation, outstanding client service. Attentive staff. Excellent breakfast with all cuisine styles available.
Cons: Nothing really. This is a fabulous hotel and the best Ritz Carlton I have seen so far.

Pros: Huge variety, very tasty, fresh and well displayed
Cons: There was no a la carte option for those who dont eat much so breakfast was very expensive

Pros: Lovely building. Great service, attentive staff. Great food!
Cons: Not really a hotel for walkers. We like to walk a lot and take public transportation. Main entry for hotel best for cars/taxis. There is an after thought roped off area on the edge of the circle drive for pedestrians. The entrance is on 3rd floor up a steep ramp/circle drive which goes from ground floor up to 3rd level where the lobby is. We got honked at twice by taxis. At the top of ramp you arrive to the smoking break area for taxi drivers. Once past that you get to the the beautiful lobby. I think they are more use to people arriving by car/limo.

6.3 Good
Pros: Convinent
Cons: The conceign staff lack of service quality. The housekeeping staff took very long to set up an additional bed. The facilities in the room are not working. Quite dissappointed for a 5 stair hotel having such a poot service.
5.4 Okay
Pros: The property itself is great
Cons: The management is extremely horrible and not very courteous. Additionally, they have poor communication. I was there for 2 weeks and had 2 reservations, one for 7 days and another one for 3 days. During my stay, I had the Club Deluxe room which comes with breakfast and access to executive lounge; however, the management denied me access to breakfast several times even though my coworkers who had the exact same room and package received breakfast. The management told me that my package did not include breakfast. However, apparently my second reservation included breakfast but the management did not notify me about that either. Upon asking again, the management confirmed that my second reservation indeed included breakfast which was too late by the time. So the management has poor communication skills and is extremely rude.

Pros: Good
Cons: Discount on the room tariff. Even though I pre-reserved the room from 3rd December 2019 night , I check in only at 9 am on 4th December 2019 and checked out 5th December 2019 at 5.30 am. I stayed not even for 24 hours, hence requested considering discount on total bill value ,but no one responded.
6.7 Good
Pros: The staff is very helpful and professional
Cons: Have to wait for 5 minutes for the lift, not surprisingly was really full, like a bus during the rush hour. Not good enough for a 5 star hotel. The staff are really nice and helpful, though. The breakfast buffet has lots of options to cater for global travellers , but none of the food taste authentic.

5.1 Okay
Pros: I like the bed. I think it was better than Marriott’s in terms of comfort. I also like that it’s right by city hall MRT. The location is great.
Cons: From the beginning, I should have set low standards. I asked for a room in the high level. The reception happily announced that he found one - a room at level 15. I never heard level 15 classified as an upper floor. But I was tired after 1.5 days of traveling. The next day, HVAC maintenance came to clean the vent - unannounced. Just knocked and said - we have to clean the vent. No forward notice from the hotel. The room was not very clean. There was mildew in the sink and the towels weren’t arranged properly. The sink stopper was off, the bathtub stop was broken and the water kept gushing out when you shower. The bathroom light was worst. It was like being in a mine, with some spots lit and others dimmed. Definitely not a place to get ready for a date for. The next day, housekeeping did not come. They said there was a privacy notice. I never saw a privacy notice. When I got in at 6pm, they rushed to expedite the cleaning, and it was done haphazardly. For the price you pay per night here, I think you’ll be better off at Fullerton, Shangri-La or Marina Bay Sands.

Pros: Hotel attached to both Raffles city mall and City Mall metro station. Unbelievably convenient where transit station is steps away from the hotel and you don’t need to even go outside if its raining (saved my wife from having her hair ruined which in turn is a life save for me!). Mall is also connected to the hotel so you have an abundance of top notch food choices from a high end japanese restaurant to castella cakes, coffee/ramen shops and Din Tai Fung all just below the hotel.
Room was spacious, with a view and central to almost everything there is to see in Singapore. Gardens by the Bay, Chinatown and Orchard Road can all be reached with a quick 10 min train ride or a 20-30 minute stroll.
Service was impeccable starting from the lovely receptionist and front desk staff. Gina helped us and not only gave us an early check in, but also hand drew on the map where we were in the city, top points of interest and also wrote down her favorite places to eat nearby. Thanks for the chicken rice tip Gina!! You made our stay so much more personable and easy! In addition, we had a hard time using the outlets since my wife had a special hair curler needing the standard US 110V but since we didn’t have one, they actually had a converter AND a step down voltage converter to take the Sing 220V to US 110V! Amazing help so the wife could look and feel her best!
Overall great stay and loved the convenient location and service so much we booked another stay on the way back from Thailand. Kudos to the Fairmont Singapore team!

Pros: The property was always incredibly clean, I was genuinely hard pressed to find any signs of laziness by the property caretakers The staff were amazing- always smiling and always happy to help! They helped with a few abstract queries I had about the city and about our stay. We had to call room service a few times and the staff showed up incredibly quickly. The gym and pool are amazing quality for a hotel, I managed to do a full push/pull workout with the supplied equipment- the equipment was well maintained and seemingly new. Pros: We had a horrible night without sleep due to the marathon which was going on from 6pm on Saturday till 10 am on Sunday. The rooms are not soundproof. It is an old hotel ready for major recontruction. I even paid for room upgrade. I complained without results. Breakfast is very poor.
Cons: When you enter the hotel it looks amazing. It will be a great hotel after the refurbishment.
4.0 Okay
Pros: The location is good
Cons: The hotel needs a serious refurbishment. The carpets is old and dirty. The selection in the breakfast is poor and the quality as well. Will never come back
9.0 Excellent
Pros: good location, good breakfast
Cons: not really luxurious, somewhat old
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was great. Facility was beautiful. Location was tops.
Cons: No, it was a great stay.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location. Everything was a walking distance and the stop to the hop on hop off bus was just infront the hotel. Perfect
Cons:
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very convenient location to conference centers, mass transit, shopping, dining, and walks along the marina. Very helpful, kind staff.
Cons: Very small shower, did not drain well, no bathtub. Not as quiet as I would expect from a hotel of this class. Nearby Conrad hotel has nicer rooms, more of a true 5-star in terms of luxury. I would only consider the Mandarin a 4-star.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Large rooms with balcony. Comfortable, large bed with both soft and firm pillows. The bathroom was spacious with both bath and shower (separate with a rainfall shower head. Staff were exceptionally helpful and attentive. The facilities (swimming pool, gym etc) were all clean and adequately equipped. The location was quite convenient for us, near the Singapore Eye and within walking distance to the Singapore Gardens for us.
Cons: Nothing.
6.2 Good
Pros: Location is right on MRT Esplanade. Easy commute to Marina area, Gardens by the Bay and distance from orchard road.
Cons: Hotel room is not modern, a bit old even though after the renovation.
Drinking water provided in the room is limited, needed to ask for more every day
House keeping keeps changing the spot I put my stuff.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The location of the hotel was perfect for most of the main attractions of Singapore. It was my first visit and I traveled alone so the positioning of the hotel made it very easy to navigate my way around the things I wanted to see and do. The hotel is located within a large shopping mall and opposite another. It is walking distance to two MRT stations and the Helix Bridge, F1 Pit Building, Singapore Flyer and Marina Bay Sands Expo and Convention Centre.
Cons: The room felt a little damp, but did improve when I turned off the air conditioning.

Pros: The bad was comfortableand the breakfast was great!
Cons: Too small for two. Ok for single. There is no much space to put a laggage. The floor in the bathroom is flat so water from shower spread everywhere. You have to be careful when using.
6.2 Good
Pros: clean, modern, attentive receptionists
Cons: forgot my Apple charger iin room.when I checked out. I contacted hotel same day. immediate reply, but was told they could nit locate it. this can only mean a member of staff misappropriated it. Luckily it was just an adapter but coukd have been passport, phone, etc.

Clean rooms, waterfall showers! Flatscreen mounted on the wall, with some cable channels and free movie selection.
Cons: Rooms are small (superior), as expected, but bigger than some rooms I've had in Japan. Pay for the deluxe and the rooms are more normal sized. signage was limited and the taxi drivers didn't know the hotel, so took some time finding the back entrance for cars
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was perfect and convenient, nothing was an hassle. Breakfast was really good and good selection compared many other similar sized hotels. Rooms are a bit small, but it pretty much has all the basics you'd need, well thought through to make use of its space.
Cons: Nothing really that I didn't like. But, maybe a glass door to separate the bath rather than the shower curtain would be great. And an alternative space to leave big suitcase if at all would be nice.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: It was in a fabulous location. Walking distance to little India. The bed was very comfortable and the room came with a tablet that controlled everything in the room! All the lights and the TV so it a as great.
Cons: The room itself was very small. I was traveling solo so I didn't mind, though a couple might have some problems. Overall though it was a amazing hotel.
4.5 Okay
Pros:
Cons: We were in room xx01
Toilet flush failed. After they fixed, it works half the times. No in room refrigerator. The shower hose was leaking water. The linen was dirty but they did not change for us (hotel policy is every 2 days)

Pros: Clean, room is simple
Cons: Taste of breakfast is not good.
7.7 Good
Pros: Good breakfast, with a multitude of choices. Rooms comfortable and quiet. Interesting location.
Cons: The air-conditioning, despite having a control panel in each room, had a mind of its own and tended to be too cold or too warm, irrespective of the temp and fan speed set on the panel - coupled with this, is the all too common practice of hotels putting a duvet on the bed, with no option of a top sheet or thinner blanket. A duvet would be more suited to a hotel room in the Arctic circle, rather than in a hotel located almost on the equator!
The bathrooms, while adequate, are a bit on the small side and the elevators are slow and not up to the amount of passenger traffic.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Supporting Staff
Cons: 1. Caution deposit of SGD 100 taken. It doesn’t look for Hilton brand. Anyway they have credit card details incase of any pending charges to be recovered 2. Did not like being allotted room in some other small building instead of main Hilton building
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The reception staff are friendly and helpful. Checked us in early for no added cost. Called cabs whenever we needed. Attended to issues in the room immediately.
Cons: Its in the heart of Little India. Our room (across the road from the main building) was next to the Kovil. Was woken up to the sounds of Poojas at 6am! Also, no cafes or dining options close by. Only Darbar type south Indian shops.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Hilton always has a great product
Cons: Near Little India, mass started at 7a-3p of loud speaker chants that you could hear from your room. I wasn’t planning on being up at 7a on Sunday but had no choice. Very loud the entire morning.

Cons: Everything went just fine.
4.2 Okay
Pros: Quite new and nice design inside hotel
Cons: 1) Too Noisy to Sleep! There are several bars right downstairs that wouldn’t turn down the music until 1am/2am. Had a terrible sleep during the night time, even though the music is turned down you can sleep feel the beating of the music when you are lying in bed. 2) Poor Customer Service! Talked to the receptionist and was offered a tiny room upstairs with no window, but wouldn’t provide a refund on the difference of the rooms we actually booked and the room provided unless we move to the tiny room for the entire trip which is unacceptable. To make it even worse, we were waked up by calls from the reception before 10am without any apologies during the call informing us something goes wrong in our room that affected the air conditioner of entire hotel(?????). The staff even didn’t let us know beforehand that she will bring a female technical guy to the room. I was extremely shocking to see him come in when we are wearing pajamas. A well trained staff definitely will give us a heads-up especially she is aware that guests include female. It was such a terrible experience that we only stay one night and cancel the rest of the days.
5.4 Okay
Pros: The hotel has a great location. The metro station is just 5 minutes walking.
Cons: The rooms are very small. To catch an elevator that was working and synchronized you had to be very lucky and the dining area gets extremely crowded for breakfast to the point you cannot even walk.

Cons: - SGD21 Breakfast buffet lacked variety. Would've liked to eat rice but there wasn't any. - Room is slightly smaller than expected but it'll make do since we were really just in the hotel to sleep. - There is a window but there's barely any city view on the 5th floor. - No bathtub in our room. - Swimming pool didn't look very clean. - Nearest MRT (Nicoll Highway station) is a few minutes walk away and may involve stairs depending on your direction. - Crossing to the opposite bus stop always meant climbing the stairs of the pedestrian bridge. - Not necessarily the most central location, but if on a budget, it works. - We experienced a false fire alarm at midnight and it was quite scary since the PA system only announced that the fire alarm was pulled and was being investigated, but the PA system was never used again to tell us that everything was under control. We had to keep calling the front desk to know that it was a false alarm.

8.2 Excellent
Pros: location near mrt
Cons: sink little bit clogged. room no 1302
9.0 Excellent
Pros: 1. Location is the best 2. Free 2 bottled water
Cons: 1. Room is quite small (still we could squeeze 3 people in a room) 2. Wifi is really slow (as you'd expect I guess) 3. Room floor is kinda slippery (a type of tile they use)
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: Very small room. But that is how it is in singapore
3.8 Mediocre
Pros:
Cons: There is no flexibility in changing the dates, the rooms and the bath rooms are very tiny.. not worth for the price.
7.5 Good
Pros: Great location with plenty food and beverage nearby. And you can get food, fruits and drinks at walking distance supermarket.
Cons: Price a bit expensive.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: location
Cons: no face towel
8.3 Excellent
Pros: I like it is so near the MRT and very accessible.
Cons: The shower area is so small. Breakfast is so bad. First day is fine but if you are staying for multiple days I suggest just eat outside if you are not fine eating same food every morning.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Very convenient to MRT and various low cost food options.
Cons: Small rooms, not very clean, bathroom had mold, room smelled.
7.0 Good
Pros: The reception staff were helpful and the location by the MRT station was excellent
Cons: The breakfast buffet was not so good in both quality and quantity. It really let the hotel down and put me off in house dining. Only 1 pillow per person and one towel was provided. I would have expected a hand towel and a bath towel each.
8.2 Excellent
Pros: No frills hotel, good for business travellers, affordable and accessible, MRT right next to the hotel. A food court also behind the hotel for a quick meal.
Cons: Housekeeping was not attentive. Does not respond for request on first call. Breakfast buffet was so-so. Nothing to be excited about.
9.0 Excellent
Pros:
Cons: No business office with internet access and printing facilities

Pros: The property itself is in a excellent location so close to everything. Clark quay 5 mins walk away. 5-10 walk to marina bay. 2 mins walk across the road to city hall mrt this allows excellent access to other locations in Singapore. Plenty shopping options within easy walking distance. 5 min walk to raffles and chimes . The views from the roof top bar on level 22 is a must even if you just go and have a look at the view at night time.2 nice swimming pools. Gymnasium is well equipped.

Pros: Love the location. From the hotel, i can walk to fav. stores, departments and restaurants around also connect to any landmarks easily.
Cons: Not to close to MRT
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Good staff,Good location
Cons: Aircondition not strong enough. Didn't feel the chillness.
9.6 Excellent

Cons: Overall the hotel is is in reasonable condition but is a little tiered in places. What really saves it is undoubtably it’s location.
1.0 Poor
Pros:
Cons: Huge Cockroach in the room!!! Had to be moved at 10.30pm so room could be sprayed.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The best part of this hotel is location and unique swimming pool. Counter staff at check-in were also nice and professional.
Cons: The room itself was dated and run-down with patch work on walls and bathroom. Bell service gave us a hard time when we asked for two extra towels (they only provided 2 in the room for three people). This is not a 4-Star hotel, I'd give it 2 1/2 at best.
5.4 Okay
Pros: Staff were courteous and efficient.
Cons: My room looked right out into a construction site that had 24 hour operations going on. While the noise was not horrible in the middle of the night it was enough to be a nuisance. Then real work began at 0700 and was very loud. I’ve stayed here before and thought it was fine but will not return until the construction is complete. At the price they are asking for a mediocre room 20 Meters from a construction site it’s just not worth it. There are plenty of other mediocre hotels to stay at for the same price (or less) with no construction just outside the window!
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Location
Cons: Bathroom size extremely small.. very little space in bathtub and not easy to stand in.. shower curtain dirty, bath towels quite thin. Had issues with the TV.. had to unplug and replug it daily for it to work. The breakfast buffet had no appealing to us
6.0 Good
Pros: Location. Is very good .
Cons: The major problem I faced there is very poor internet connection . I called everyday to the staff and keep them complaining but hardly they pay attention to this . And without WiFi I had very difficult time there .
7.5 Good
Pros: Excellent location. Lovely comfortable bed. Great air-conditiong. Good food in the top floor restaurant with spectacular views. Couldn't have got a better view from our room on 18th floor. Swimming pools looked lovely although we didn't get a chance to try them. Concierge staff were very helpful. Would certainly stay again.
Cons: Slightly tired decor. Shower ran hot & warm. Prefer walk in showers to those over baths.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Location is very good.
Cons: The rooms are not kept well and constant noice from the construction projects going around this hotel.
7.0 Good
Pros: The room was spacious and neat and clean. The spread of the breakfast could be better.
Cons:
1.0 Poor
Pros:
